The watertight cabinet is provided with a watertight door, and the harvester is opened during operation, so that the operation requirement of the harvester is met. An electric control box, an air inlet pipe orifice of a storage battery and a diesel engine, an air outlet pipe orifice, an oil tank ventilation port, a water tank ventilation port and a hydraulic oil tank ventilation port (or other ventilation ports, such as a gear box ventilation port and the like) are arranged in the watertight cabinet.

Claims (10)
1. A plowing type seashell harvester is characterized by comprising:
a crawler body;
a drive mechanism mounted on the crawler body;
and a harvesting plow mounted at a front side of the crawler body, the harvesting plow comprising:
the harvesting plough box body is obliquely arranged on the front side of the crawler body;
the plough tooth can shovel and collect beach mud and is arranged at the front end of the harvesting plough box body;
the main conveyor belt is in a grid shape, and the driving mechanism drives the main conveyor belt to upwards transmit along the inclination direction of the harvesting plough box body;
the mud cutting teeth are used for cutting beach mud and are arranged on the harvesting plough box body, and the mud cutting teeth are of arc structures;
and the vibration wheel can vibrate the main conveying belt and is rotationally arranged on the inner side of the main conveying belt, and the rotation direction of the vibration wheel is the same as that of the main driving wheel of the main conveying belt.
2. The plow type seashell harvester of claim 1, wherein: the vibrating wheel comprises a central wheel and two vibrating rods, the two vibrating rods are fixed on two sides of the central wheel, and the central wheel is close to the main conveying belt.
3. The plow type seashell harvester of claim 1, wherein: the vibration wheel is a vibration cam, and the vibration cam is arranged close to the main conveying belt.

The plow-type seashell harvester according to claim 2 or 3, wherein: the harvesting plough further comprises a mud poking wheel for scraping and poking beach mud, the mud poking wheel is rotatably arranged above the front end of the main conveyor belt, and the mud poking wheel is opposite to the rotation direction of a main driving wheel of the main conveyor belt.
5. The plow type seashell harvester of claim 4, wherein: and a group of corrugated teeth or saw teeth or comb teeth are arranged on the mud removing wheel at equal intervals along the length direction of the mud removing wheel.

The plow type seashell harvester of claim 5, wherein: the device also comprises a vibrating screen, a non-finished product bin and a finished product bin; the harvesting plough with be equipped with vice conveyer belt between the shale shaker, non-finished product storehouse corresponds to be established under the shale shaker, the finished product storehouse is established one side of shale shaker, the finished product storehouse with be equipped with shale shaker slope slide between the shale shaker, the upper end of shale shaker slope slide with the screen cloth of shale shaker flushes, the lower extreme of shale shaker slope slide stretches into the finished product storehouse.
7. The plow type seashell harvester of claim 6, wherein: the mud cutting teeth are of a comb tooth structure.
8. The plow type seashell harvester according to any one of claims 5 to 7, wherein: the harvesting plough is obliquely arranged on the front side of the crawler body through the hydraulic support rod;
the upper end of the harvesting plough box body is hinged to the main supporting column, and the hydraulic supporting rod is obliquely arranged between the harvesting plough box body and the crawler body.
9. The plow type seashell harvester of claim 8, wherein: the harvesting plough also comprises a plough tooth cam, and the plough tooth cam is rotationally arranged on the harvesting plough box body;
the plough tooth is hinged to the front end of the harvesting plough box body, the upper end of the plough tooth extends upwards to be connected with a rocker, and the rocker is tangent to the plough tooth cam.
10. The plow type seashell harvester of claim 9, wherein: the plough teeth are in a sawtooth structure or a corrugated structure or a comb tooth structure.
