It is also understood that the folded track segment 20 is rotationally twisted with one side or some axis of the folded track segment. The track further comprises a rising support track section 30 extending in the same direction as the turnover track section 20; the upright support track sections 30 and the turnover track sections 20 are matched for forming support action on two adjacent side surfaces of the prefabricated component transfer trolley 2 together.
The vehicle body 50 includes a bottom portion 54 and a side portion 55, and the traveling device 60 includes a third traveling device 63 provided on the bottom portion 54 and capable of traveling on the horizontal rail section 10 and the turnover rail section 20, and a fourth traveling device 64 provided on the side portion 55 for traveling on the rising support rail section 30.
In this embodiment, along the conveying direction of the prefabricated part 3, the third traveling device 63 first travels on the horizontal track section 10, when reaching the turnover track section 20, the third traveling device 63 transits from the horizontal track section 10 to the turnover track section 20 to continue traveling, the fourth traveling device 64 contacts and travels on the upright support track section 30, the vehicle body 50 enters the turnover track section 20 under the driving of the third traveling device 63, the state thereof gradually changes until reaching the end of the turnover track section 20, and the vehicle body 50 stands.

Claims (11)

1. A track is characterized by being used for running of a prefabricated part transfer trolley; the track includes: the horizontal track section and the turnover track section are mutually connected;
the prefabricated part transfer trolley sequentially runs on the track surface of the horizontal track section and the track surface of the turnover track section along the prefabricated part conveying direction; and the track surface of the turnover track section is intersected with the track surface of the horizontal track section.
2. The track according to claim 1, wherein the track surface of the turnover track section is inclined to the track surface of the horizontal track section by a set angle in a vertical direction along a conveying direction of the prefabricated member.
3. The track according to claim 2, wherein the track surface of the folded-over track section is disposed lower than the track surface of the horizontal track section as a whole.
4. The track of claim 3, further comprising a buffer device disposed at an end of the fold-over track segment; the buffer device is used for buffering and limiting the prefabricated part transfer trolley in the conveying direction.
5. The track according to claim 1, wherein the track surface of the turnover track segment is inclined relative to the track surface of the horizontal track segment by a set angle gradually towards the lateral direction of the conveying direction along the conveying direction of the prefabricated parts.
6. The track of claim 5, further comprising an upright support track segment extending in the same direction as the fold-over track segment; the upright supporting track sections and the turnover track sections are matched to jointly support two adjacent side surfaces of the prefabricated part transfer trolley.
7. The track according to any one of claims 2 to 6, wherein the track surface of the folded track section and the track surface of the horizontal track section are in smooth transition.
8. A prefabricated component transfer trolley is characterized by comprising: a vehicle body and a running gear provided on the vehicle body, the running gear running on the track according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
9. The prefabricated component transfer trolley according to claim 8, wherein the trolley body comprises a front trolley body, a rear trolley body and a connecting piece, the front trolley body and the rear trolley body are rotatably connected with the connecting piece, and the front trolley body is used for carrying prefabricated components;
the traveling device comprises a first traveling device arranged on the front vehicle body and a second traveling device arranged on the rear vehicle body, the first traveling device can travel on the horizontal track section and the turnover part track section, and the second traveling device is used for traveling on the horizontal track section.
10. The prefabricated component transfer trolley according to claim 8, wherein the trolley body comprises a bottom portion and a side portion, and the traveling means comprises a third traveling means provided on the bottom portion and a fourth traveling means provided on the side portion, the third traveling means being capable of traveling on the horizontal rail segment and the turnover rail segment, the fourth traveling means being for traveling on the upright support rail segment.
11. A prefabricated part transfer device comprising a track according to any one of claims 1 to 7 and a prefabricated part transfer trolley according to any one of claims 8 to 10, the running means of the prefabricated part transfer trolley running on the track.
