充电桩是如何散热的,热量无法散出会有怎么的危害呢:说起新能源汽车散热,也许您想起的是汽车核心电池散热,但是相匹配设备如充电桩、电机,控制器等一系列的散热问题也是极其重要的,因此,好的散热系统可以保证充电桩具备很好的工作效率。

本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种充电桩。为实现上述目的本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
一种充电桩,包括顶板、顶部散热风机、散热片、散热风机、导流通风装置、前安装板、充电装置、基座、侧安装板、散热窗、充电机箱,顶部散热风机安装在充电机箱顶端位置,散热片安装在充电机箱侧端面,散热片与散热风机为同一水平线安装,充电机箱安装在基座上,充电机箱下端面安装有充电装置,充电装置侧端安装的导流通风装置连接散热片,侧安装板板体上安装有散热窗,侧安装板和前安装板将充电机箱密闭安装。
优选的,所述导流通风装置由侧散热风机、导流板和侧散热片组成,侧散热片安装在充电装置侧端,导流板中间位置安装了侧散热风机。
优选的,所述顶板前后端开设有散热口。
优选的,所述顶部散热风机两侧端位置安装有侧滤网。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有以下优点:一种充电桩,本装置设计为充电桩做散热作业,导流通风装置通过风机将热量传输至散热片高度,散热风机工作将热量通过散热窗导出,顶部散热风机将热量从顶部导出,提高了充电机箱的整体散热效率。

如图1、图2、图3和图4所示,一种充电桩,包括顶板1、顶部散热风机2、散热片3、散热风机4、导流通风装置5、前安装板6、充电装置7、基座8、侧安装板9、散热窗10、充电机箱11,顶板1安装在顶部散热风机2上端,顶部散热风机2安装在充电机箱11顶端位置,散热片3安装在充电机箱11侧端面,散热片3与散热风机4为同一水平线安装,充电机箱11安装在基座8上,充电机箱11下端面安装有充电装置7,充电装置7侧端安装的导流通风装置5连接散热片3,侧安装板9板体上安装有散热窗10,侧安装板9和前安装板6将充电机箱11密闭安装。
所述导流通风装置5由侧散热风机12、导流板13和侧散热片14组成,侧散热片14安装在充电装置7侧端,导流板13中间位置安装了侧散热风机12。
所述顶板1前后端开设有散热口15。
所述顶部散热风机2两侧端位置安装有侧滤网16。
本实用新型工作原理:一种充电桩,本装置设计为充电桩做散热作业,导流通风装置的侧散热片吸收充电装置的热量,侧散热风机将热量传输至散热片高度,散热风机工作将热量通过散热窗导出,顶部散热风机将热量从顶部导出,在导出热量的同时,滤网的设计安装保证了箱体内部为无尘环境,多组散热风机的不同位置的设计安装提高了充电机箱的整体散热效率。
