Claims (9)
1. A tobacco high-ridge film paving machine comprises a rack assembly (2) and is characterized in that an upper-ridge shaping device (8), a furrow pressing device (9), a film pressing wheel device (11) and a soil throwing and film pressing device (3) are sequentially arranged on the rack assembly (2) from front to back; the frame assembly (2) is also provided with a film cylinder device (10) and a traveling mechanism.

A tobacco high-ridge film spreading machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the ridge shaping device (8) comprises a shaping scraper (81), and the shaping scraper (81) is connected with the frame assembly (2) through a first supporting rod (82); the lower part of the shaping scraper blade (81) is provided with an upward concave gap, and the tail parts of the left side and the right side of the shaping scraper blade (81) are inclined backwards.

A tobacco high ridge film spreading machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the furrowing device (9) comprises two furrowing wheels (91) arranged in parallel, and the two furrowing wheels (91) are connected with the frame assembly (2) through a second supporting rod (92); the tread of the creasing wheel (91) is provided with an annular groove arranged around the axis thereof.

The tobacco high-ridge film spreading machine according to claim 1, wherein the film pressing wheel device (11) comprises two film pressing wheels (111) which are arranged in a bilateral symmetry manner, and the film pressing wheels (111) are connected with the frame assembly (2) through third supporting rods (112); the lower side and the rear side of the film pressing wheel (111) are inclined outwards; the outward inclination angle of the lower side of the film pressing wheel (111) is 10-50 degrees, and the outward inclination angle of the rear side of the film pressing wheel (111) is 10-30 degrees.

The tobacco high-ridge film spreading machine according to claim 1, wherein the two soil-throwing film pressing devices (3) are arranged on two sides of the frame assembly (2) in a bilateral symmetry manner; each soil throwing and film pressing device (3) comprises a hilling knife (32) rotating around a transverse axis and a mud blocking cover (31) positioned on the outer side of the hilling knife (32).

A tobacco high ridge film-laying machine as claimed in claim 5, characterized in that said earth-throwing film-pressing device (3) further comprises a spoon-shaped cutter (33) rotating coaxially with the hilling knife (32); the spoon-shaped cutter (33) is positioned on the inner side of the mud blocking cover (31) and is positioned on the outer side of the hilling cutter (32).

A tobacco high ridge film spreading machine according to claim 5, characterized in that the ridge shaping device (8), the furrowing device (9) and the film pressing wheel device (11) are provided with a width adjusting mechanism and a height adjusting mechanism, and the soil throwing and film pressing device (3) is provided with a width adjusting mechanism.

The tobacco high-ridge film spreading machine according to any one of the claims 1 to 6, wherein the walking mechanism is a tail wheel assembly (1) arranged at the tail part of the frame assembly (2); the front part of the frame assembly (2) is provided with a connecting assembly used for being connected with a tractor (13); and a transmission assembly linked with the soil throwing and film pressing device (3) is arranged on the frame assembly (2).

The tobacco high-ridge film spreading machine according to claim 8, wherein the transmission assembly comprises a bevel gear transmission case (5), a universal joint transmission shaft (6) used for being connected with a power output end of a tractor (13) is arranged at an input end of the bevel gear transmission case (5), and an output end of the bevel gear transmission case (5) is linked with the soil throwing and film pressing device (3) through a transmission mechanism (4).
