Abstract

一种压力测示器，是一种利用液力传动原理设计 的压力测量显示装置，左压盖和右压盖旋入阀体，压 紧并衬托着两片弹性膜，预紧螺堵从右压盖初加压旋 入，柱塞承受被测压力从左压盖顶入，油液腔通过管 件组将被测压力传输到压力表显示出来，构成具有弹 性膜油液腔的压力测示器。本发明具有实用、方便、 可靠、价廉的特点，可广泛用于机械压力测量领域。

Description

本发明是一种可对各种机械压力进行测量和显示的压力测示装置。
现有的各种压力测量显示装置，利用弹簧做测力元件的为数不少，如与Y412型棉花水分电测器配套的750牛压力测示器就采用了三根螺旋圆柱弹簧，但长时间使用会使弹簧产生疲劳应变而失去原有的测量精度；近年来发展的功能较齐全的压力传感器往往成本比较高；那些用于液压系统的压力继电器又仅能起到超限报警的作用，因而有必要设计一种实用、方便、可靠、价廉及多用途的压力测量显示装置，既可与主机配套，也可供一般的压力检定或试验研究使用。
本发明利用油液基本不可压缩和密闭容器中液压力可向任意方向传递的原理设计而成。附图给出了本发明的结构，其要点在于油液腔（10）的左压盖（7）和右压盖（4）从两端旋入阀体（1）内，在圆周压紧并始终从外向内衬托着两片弹性膜（2），以承受所构成的油液腔（10）受外力后的油压。预紧螺堵（3）旋入右压盖（4）接触弹性膜（2）并初加压力消除油液腔（10）内可能有的真空或气穴。承受被测压力的柱塞（8）穿入左压盖（7）接触另一片弹性膜压入油液腔（10），其压力作用面积是含弹性膜厚度的当量面积，可以按被测压力的需要预选。油液腔（10）将被测压力通过管件组（5）的通道传输，由安装在管件组（5）上端的压力表（6）显示出来，构成具有弹性膜油液腔的压力测示器。该压力表的精度和量程可根据需要选配。下螺堵（9）用于密封阀体（1）的灌油口。
使用时将阀体（1）插入被测位置，使被测压力作用于柱塞（8）上，由压力表（6）读出被测值。选用不同的柱塞当量面积和压力表量程，所测量的压力范围可以很宽。

  1. 一种压力测示器，其特征在于油液腔的左压盖(7)和右压盖(4)从两端旋入阀体(1)内，在圆周压紧并始终从外向内衬托着两片弹性膜(2)，预紧螺堵(3)初加压旋入右压盖(4)与一片弹性膜接触，承受被测压力的柱塞(8)从左压盖(7)顶入与另一片弹性膜接触，构成具有弹性膜油液腔的压力测示装置。
