本实用新型属于工业废水处理领域，尤其涉及一种钢铁酸洗废水处理的集成装置。包括依次串联的初淀池、陶瓷微滤装置、一级纳滤装置、二级纳滤装置、三级纳滤装置和膜蒸馏装置，一级纳滤装置和二级纳滤装置分别有纳滤浓缩液输送管道与冷冻结晶装置连通，三级纳滤装置的三级浓缩液回流管道与二级纳滤装置和/或一级纳滤装置的进水端连通。本实用新型将陶瓷微滤装置、一级纳滤装置、二级纳滤装置、三级纳滤装置、冷冻结晶装置、膜蒸馏装置集成到一台集装箱内或一个撬架上，并充分考虑了膜材料的选择及管道连接方式，是一种便捷、一体化钢铁酸洗废水的处理装置，实现了钢铁酸洗废水中有用物质的回收达到了近零排放的目的。

技术领域
本实用新型属于工业废水处理领域，尤其涉及一种钢铁酸洗废水处理的集成装置。
背景技术
钢铁元件毛坯在表面电镀、喷涂前一般都要经过酸洗，以清除表面的氧化物，因而产生酸洗废液和酸洗废水。其中酸洗废液含酸浓度较高，可回收再生酸。而大量的冲洗水，即酸洗废水含酸量较低，用来回收则很不经济，所以作为废水外排。不同的元件加工产生的酸性废液含量不同，如清洗钢铁工件或毛坯产生的废液中含有硫酸（H2SO4）100-150 g/L、硫酸亚铁（FeSO4）30-250 g/L，另有氧化铁皮和油污等。采用盐酸清洗钢铁元件，废液中一般含氯化亚铁（FeCl2）280-150 g/L、盐酸（HCl）10-50 g/L。
传统钢铁酸洗废水处理可采用如下几种方法处理：中和、渗析法、硫酸铁盐法、有机溶液萃取、离子交换等，有机溶剂萃取和离子交换尚处于试验研究阶段，工业应用较多的是中和、硫酸铁盐法、和渗析，但这些方法具有管理繁琐，回收量少，回收质量差以及生产周期长等弊端。目前，纳滤及膜蒸馏技术被愈加重视和采用，但现有技术中，这些技术大多被单独使用，无法进行系统的结合达成一个完整的并能具体针对钢铁酸洗废水处理的理想效果。
发明内容
为解决上述技术缺陷，本实用新型提供一种便捷、一体化钢铁酸洗废水的处理装置；装置集成度高，占地面积小，运输方便快捷，并且实现了钢铁酸洗废水中有用物质的回收达到了近零排放的目的。本使用新型解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下：
一种钢铁酸洗废水处理的集成装置，包括依次串联的初淀池、陶瓷微滤装置、一级纳滤装置、二级纳滤装置、三级纳滤装置和膜蒸馏装置，一级纳滤装置和二级纳滤装置分别有纳滤浓缩液输送管道与冷冻结晶装置连通，三级纳滤装置的三级浓缩液回流管道与二级纳滤装置和/或一级纳滤装置的进水端连通，所述陶瓷微滤装置采用的陶瓷微滤膜材质可以是氧化铝质、氧化钛质、氧化锆质、或其复合材料，孔径范围：0.1~10 µm，一级纳滤装置、二级纳滤装置、三级纳滤装置采用的耐酸纳滤膜可以为中性、两性、或荷电（荷正或负电荷），截留分子量MWCO，范围： 180~2000 Da，冷冻结晶装置采用超声波仪或投加晶种引发促进结晶，膜蒸馏装置采用疏水的内压式中空纤维微孔膜，膜材质为聚四氟乙烯（PTFE），内径为0.3~0.5 mm，外径为1.5~2.5 mm，膜蒸馏装置采用低温膜蒸馏装置。
进一步地，本实用新型一种钢铁酸洗废水处理的集成装置，陶瓷微滤装置的浓缩液出口与初淀池通过回流管道连通。

本实用新型装置工作原理为：钢铁酸洗废水经过初沉池的上清液进入集成装置，首先经过陶瓷微滤装置，其浓缩液回流至初沉池，透过液进入一级纳滤装置。一级纳滤装置的透过液进入二级纳滤装置，二级纳滤装置的透过液进入三级纳滤装置，一级和/或二级纳滤装置的浓缩液进入冷却结晶装置后得工业级绿矾（FeSO4·7H2O）晶体。三级纳滤浓缩液回流至二级纳滤装置进水端，三级纳滤透过液进入膜蒸馏装置得到高品质硫酸。本实用新型将陶瓷微滤装置、一级纳滤装置、二级纳滤装置、三级纳滤装置、冷冻结晶装置、膜蒸馏装置集成到一台集装箱内或一个撬架上，并充分考虑了膜材料的选择及管道连接方式，是一种便捷、一体化钢铁酸洗废水的处理装置，实现了钢铁酸洗废水中有用物质的回收达到了近零排放的目的。

如图1所示，本实用新型一种钢铁酸洗废水处理的集成装置，包括依次串联的初淀池、陶瓷微滤装置、一级纳滤装置、二级纳滤装置、三级纳滤装置和膜蒸馏装置，一级纳滤装置和二级纳滤装置分别有纳滤浓缩液输送管道与冷冻结晶装置连通，三级纳滤装置的三级浓缩液回流管道与二级纳滤装置和/或一级纳滤装置的进水端连通，所述陶瓷微滤装置采用的陶瓷微滤膜材质可以是氧化铝质、氧化钛质、氧化锆质、或其复合材料，孔径范围：0.1~10 µm，一级纳滤装置、二级纳滤装置、三级纳滤装置采用的耐酸纳滤膜可以为中性、两性、或荷电（荷正或负电荷），截留分子量MWCO，范围： 180~2000 Da，其中一级纳滤装置操作压力为4.8-5.5 MPa，二级纳滤装置装置操作压力为4.5-5.0 MPa，三级纳滤装置的操作压力为4.0-5.0 MPa，冷冻结晶装置采用超声波仪或投加晶种引发促进结晶，低温结晶过程的温度控制在1~8 ℃，膜蒸馏装置采用疏水的内压式中空纤维微孔膜，膜材质为聚四氟乙烯（PTFE），内径为0.3~0.5 mm，外径为1.5~2.5 mm，膜蒸馏装置采用低温膜蒸馏装置，热侧温度为40~60 ℃。
作为优化，本实用新型一种钢铁酸洗废水处理的集成装置，陶瓷微滤装置的浓缩液出口与初淀池通过回流管道连通。
