为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供一种橡胶添加剂生产废气处理装置,以解决现有的橡胶添加剂生产废气处理装置存在着不方便对冲洗液进行循环,不方便对废液进行排除和不方便将废料进行排除的问题。一种橡胶添加剂生产废气处理装置,包括净化塔,入气管,支撑腿,导向板,废液排放管结构,可循环喷洒架结构,出气斗,L型导气管,气流加速废渣储存架结构,出烟管,第一过滤网,第二过滤网和连接法兰盘,所述的入气管焊接在净化塔的左侧下部;所述的支撑腿焊接在净化塔的下部四角处;所述的导向板螺栓安装在净化塔的内侧下部;所述的废液排放管结构安装在净化塔的右侧下部;所述的可循环喷洒架结构安装在净化塔的内侧中上部;所述的出气斗螺栓安装在净化塔的上部;所述的L型导气管焊接在出气斗的上部;所述的气流加速废渣储存架结构安装在L型导气管的右侧;所述的第一过滤网和第二过滤网分别螺钉安装在出烟管的内壁左侧;所述的连接法兰盘焊接在入气管的左侧;所述的气流加速废渣储存架结构包括U型导风管,出料斗,出料管,防护盖,横向连接杆和吹风机,所述的U型导风管焊接在L型导气管的右侧;所述的出料斗焊接在U型导风管的下部;所述的出料管焊接在出料斗的下部;所述的横向连接杆螺钉安装在U型导风管的内壁左上部;所述的出烟管焊接在U型导风管的右侧。
优选的,所述的废液排放管结构包括排料管,纵向连接盘,密封盘,固定螺栓和密封垫,所述的排料管焊接在净化塔的右侧下部;所述的纵向连接盘焊接在排料管的右侧;所述的密封垫胶接在纵向连接盘与密封盘的连接处。
优选的,所述的可循环喷洒架结构包括抽液泵,抽液管,过滤芯,导液管,横向导管和喷洒头,所述的过滤芯胶接在抽液管的下部;所述的导液管插接在抽液泵的上部出液口处;所述的横向导管螺钉安装在净化塔的内壁上,并在右端插接在导液管的左侧;所述的喷洒头分别螺纹连接在横向导管的下部。
优选的,所述的抽液泵螺钉安装在净化塔的右侧下部。
优选的,所述的密封盘通过固定螺栓安装在纵向连接盘的右侧。
优选的,所述的防护盖螺纹连接在出料管的下部。
优选的,所述的密封垫采用厚度为三毫米至五毫米的硅胶垫。
优选的,所述的吹风机螺钉安装在横向连接杆的中下部。
优选的,所述的第一过滤网和第二过滤网分别采用厚度为三毫米至五毫米的不锈钢网。
优选的,所述的导向板以水平为准向右下倾斜二十度角至三十度角。
优选的,所述的横向导管设置有两层,所述的喷洒头分别螺纹连接在横向导管的下部。
优选的,所述的抽液管插接在排料管的下部,并在上端螺纹连接在抽液泵的下部入料口处。
优选的,所述的抽液泵具体采用型号为5-400YCY的抽液泵,所述的吹风机具体采用型号为ASB-20A的风机。

1.本实用新型中,所述的抽液泵螺钉安装在净化塔的右侧下部,有利于在使用时方便利用抽液管抽取排料管内的液体,从而方便利用导液管倒入到横向导管内,以便在喷洒头内喷向净化塔内,从而方便对烟雾中的烟尘进行冲净。
2.本实用新型中,所述的密封盘通过固定螺栓安装在纵向连接盘的右侧,有利于在不使用时将密封盘在纵向连接盘上拆下,从而方便将废液从排料管内排出。
3.本实用新型中,所述的防护盖螺纹连接在出料管的下部,有利于在不使用时将防护盖在出料管上拧下,从而方便将出料斗内的废料进行排出。
4.本实用新型中,所述的密封垫采用厚度为三毫米至五毫米的硅胶垫,有利于在使用时能够增加纵向连接盘与密封盘连接处的密封效果。
5.本实用新型中,所述的吹风机螺钉安装在横向连接杆的中下部,有利于在使用时能够增加从U型导风管内经过烟气的流动速度。
6.本实用新型中,所述的第一过滤网和第二过滤网分别采用厚度为三毫米至五毫米的不锈钢网,有利于在使用时方便对排除的烟雾起到过滤作用。
7.本实用新型中,所述的导向板以水平为准向右下倾斜二十度角至三十度角,有利于在使用时方便向右下导流液体。
8.本实用新型中,所述的横向导管设置有两层,所述的喷洒头分别螺纹连接在横向导管的下部,有利于在使用时能够对烟雾中的烟尘进行双层清除。

如附图2所示,上述实施例中,具体的,所述的废液排放管结构5包括排料管51,纵向连接盘52,密封盘53,固定螺栓54和密封垫55,所述的排料管51焊接在净化塔1的右侧下部;所述的纵向连接盘52焊接在排料管51的右侧;所述的密封垫55胶接在纵向连接盘52与密封盘53的连接处;所述的密封盘53通过固定螺栓54安装在纵向连接盘52的右侧,在不使用时将密封盘53在纵向连接盘52上拆下,从而方便将废液从排料管51内排出,所述的密封垫55采用厚度为三毫米至五毫米的硅胶垫,在使用时能够增加纵向连接盘52与密封盘53连接处的密封效果。
如附图3所示,上述实施例中,具体的,所述的可循环喷洒架结构6包括抽液泵61,抽液管62,过滤芯63,导液管64,横向导管65和喷洒头66,所述的过滤芯63胶接在抽液管62的下部;所述的导液管64插接在抽液泵61的上部出液口处;所述的横向导管65螺钉安装在净化塔1的内壁上,并在右端插接在导液管64的左侧;所述的喷洒头66分别螺纹连接在横向导管65的下部;所述的抽液泵61螺钉安装在净化塔1的右侧下部,在使用时方便利用抽液管62抽取排料管51内的液体,从而方便利用导液管64倒入到横向导管65内,以便在喷洒头66内喷向净化塔1内,从而方便对烟雾中的烟尘进行冲净,所述的横向导管65设置有两层,所述的喷洒头66分别螺纹连接在横向导管65的下部,在使用时能够对烟雾中的烟尘进行双层清除。
工作原理
本实用新型在工作过程中,使用时首先将清洗液从入气管2内导入,然后利用连接法兰盘13与外部烟管连接,以便将烟雾传入到净化塔1内,同时给抽液泵61供电,使其利用抽液管62抽取排料管51内的液体,从而方便利用导液管64倒入到横向导管65内,以便在喷洒头66内喷向净化塔1内,从而方便对烟雾中的烟尘进行冲净,继续上升的烟雾经过出气斗7和L型导气管8并通过U型导风管91在出烟管10内排出,同时给吹风机96供电,并利用吹风机96增加气流流动速度,并利用第一过滤网11和第二过滤网12对其进行过滤。
利用本实用新型所述的技术方案,或本领域的技术人员在本实用新型技术方案的启发下,设计出类似的技术方案,而达到上述技术效果的,均是落入本实用新型的保护范围。

1.一种橡胶添加剂生产废气处理装置,其特征在于,该橡胶添加剂生产废气处理装置,包括净化塔(1),入气管(2),支撑腿(3),导向板(4),废液排放管结构(5),可循环喷洒架结构(6),出气斗(7),L型导气管(8),气流加速废渣储存架结构(9),出烟管(10),第一过滤网(11),第二过滤网(12)和连接法兰盘(13),所述的入气管(2)焊接在净化塔(1)的左侧下部;所述的支撑腿(3)焊接在净化塔(1)的下部四角处;所述的导向板(4)螺栓安装在净化塔(1)的内侧下部;所述的废液排放管结构(5)安装在净化塔(1)的右侧下部;所述的可循环喷洒架结构(6)安装在净化塔(1)的内侧中上部;所述的出气斗(7)螺栓安装在净化塔(1)的上部;所述的L型导气管(8)焊接在出气斗(7)的上部;所述的气流加速废渣储存架结构(9)安装在L型导气管(8)的右侧;所述的第一过滤网(11)和第二过滤网(12)分别螺钉安装在出烟管(10)的内壁左侧;所述的连接法兰盘(13)焊接在入气管(2)的左侧;所述的气流加速废渣储存架结构(9)包括U型导风管(91),出料斗(92),出料管(93),防护盖(94),横向连接杆(95)和吹风机(96),所述的U型导风管(91)焊接在L型导气管(8)的右侧;所述的出料斗(92)焊接在U型导风管(91)的下部;所述的出料管(93)焊接在出料斗(92)的下部;所述的横向连接杆(95)螺钉安装在U型导风管(91)的内壁左上部;所述的出烟管(10)焊接在U型导风管(91)的右侧。
2.如权利要求1所述的橡胶添加剂生产废气处理装置,其特征在于,所述的废液排放管结构(5)包括排料管(51),纵向连接盘(52),密封盘(53),固定螺栓(54)和密封垫(55),所述的排料管(51)焊接在净化塔(1)的右侧下部;所述的纵向连接盘(52)焊接在排料管(51)的右侧;所述的密封垫(55)胶接在纵向连接盘(52)与密封盘(53)的连接处。
3.如权利要求1所述的橡胶添加剂生产废气处理装置,其特征在于,所述的可循环喷洒架结构(6)包括抽液泵(61),抽液管(62),过滤芯(63),导液管(64),横向导管(65)和喷洒头(66),所述的过滤芯(63)胶接在抽液管(62)的下部;所述的导液管(64)插接在抽液泵(61)的上部出液口处;所述的横向导管(65)螺钉安装在净化塔(1)的内壁上,并在右端插接在导液管(64)的左侧;所述的喷洒头(66)分别螺纹连接在横向导管(65)的下部。
4.如权利要求3所述的橡胶添加剂生产废气处理装置,其特征在于,所述的抽液泵(61)螺钉安装在净化塔(1)的右侧下部。
5.如权利要求2所述的橡胶添加剂生产废气处理装置,其特征在于,所述的密封盘(53)通过固定螺栓(54)安装在纵向连接盘(52)的右侧。
6.如权利要求1所述的橡胶添加剂生产废气处理装置,其特征在于,所述的防护盖(94)螺纹连接在出料管(93)的下部。
7.如权利要求2所述的橡胶添加剂生产废气处理装置,其特征在于,所述的密封垫(55)采用厚度为三毫米至五毫米的硅胶垫。
8.如权利要求1所述的橡胶添加剂生产废气处理装置,其特征在于,所述的吹风机(96)螺钉安装在横向连接杆(95)的中下部。
9.如权利要求1所述的橡胶添加剂生产废气处理装置,其特征在于,所述的第一过滤网(11)和第二过滤网(12)分别采用厚度为三毫米至五毫米的不锈钢网。
