Description

本实用新型属于常用物件支承腿的改进。
在公共场所、车间及家庭经常会遇到笨重而不易移动的箱、柜等，在家庭的洗衣机和较大的沙发等也存在不易移动的现象。如支承腿为圆柱形固定式，当移动时需多人才能进行；若是采用万向脚轮的支承腿，有些箱、柜还不适合；对于家庭中常用的洗衣机如安装万向脚轮会在机器工作时，使机身产生移动不稳。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种可根据需要，变换为脚轮或固定式脚腿两种方式，使用方便的轮架。
本实用新型的技术要点是：
它由支承腿、变位器、轴承、调整堵构成。带有螺母（9）的T形支承腿（10）下端插入变位器（7）的凹槽内，通过侧部插入的螺栓（8）与变位器（7）相接，变位器（7）外凸处通过螺纹与轴承（4）中部的轴管（3）一侧相接，内含弹簧（2）的轴管（3）另一侧螺纹连接调整堵（1）。
安装本实用新型可使较笨重的物件移动时方便自如，固定放置时稳定而不会移动。其结构简单，安装、使用方便。

轴承（4）与中部轴管（3）及外部带有胶圈（6）的钢套（5）均为过盈连接。T形支承腿（10）上端面设有连接孔（11）。当固定支承状态时（图1状态），通过连接孔与被支承物固定相连，旋紧定位器侧部的螺栓，紧固螺母，调整堵即可与地面接触固定。
当需要移动被支承物时，将螺母及变位器侧部螺栓松动后，将变位器弯折90°（图2状态），使轴承外部的胶圈着地，然后紧固定位器侧部的螺栓及支承腿上的螺母。T形支承腿可采用带螺纹的螺杆和角铁焊接制成。调整堵可用来调节平衡，轴承的弯折方向可用来调整两轮的间距。变位器外凸处与轴承中部的轴管一侧可通过焊接相连。

1、一种多功能轮架，由支承腿、变位器、轴承、调整堵构成，其特征在于带有螺母(9)的T形支承腿(10)下端插入变位器(7)的凹槽内，通过侧部插入的螺栓(8)与变位器(7)相接，变位器(7)外凸处通过螺纹与轴承(4)中部的轴管(3)一侧相接，内含弹簧(2)的轴管(3)另一侧螺纹连接调整堵(1)。
2、按照权利要求1所述的多功能轮架，其特征在于轴承（4）与中部轴管（3）及外部带有胶圈（6）的钢套（5）均为过盈连接。
3、按照权利要求1所述的多功能轮架，其特征在于T形支承腿（10）上端面设有连接孔（11）。
