Problem to be solved by utility model
In the conventional heating tool for cigarette, when the flange portion is provided to hold the base body, the heating tool is fixed to a non-heating region of the base body where the heating resistor is not provided. In such a heating tool for cigarette, it is difficult to miniaturize the heating tool for cigarette.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
Means for solving the problem
The disclosed heating tool for cigarettes is characterized by comprising: an insulating base body having a long side direction; and a heating resistor provided inside or on the surface of the insulating base, the insulating base having a folded portion at a distal end portion of the insulating base and a region other than the distal end portion, the heating region of the insulating base where the heating resistor is provided having a holding member fixed directly above the folded portion in a region other than the distal end portion among the heating regions.
Effects of Utility model
According to the cigarette heater of the present disclosure, the holding member is fixed directly above the folded portion of the region other than the tip portion of the heat generating region. This can reduce the length of the insulating base in the longitudinal direction. As a result, the cigarette heating tool can be downsized.

Detailed Description
An example of the cigarette heating tool 10 will be described below with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, a cigarette heating tool 10 of the present disclosure includes: an insulating base 1, a heating resistor 2, and a holding member 3.
The insulating base 1 is a member for protecting the heating resistor 2. The insulating base 1 is a member having a longitudinal direction. The insulating base 1 is made of, for example, a ceramic material. The insulating base 1 may be a plate-like member as shown in fig. 1 or a cylindrical member as shown in fig. 3. The insulating base 1 may be a rod-shaped member.
Regarding the size of the insulating substrate 1, for example, when the insulating substrate 1 is plate-shaped, when the main surface is rectangular, the length of the long side can be set to 5 to 20mm, the length of the short side can be set to 1 to 10mm, and the thickness can be set to 0.08 to 1 mm. In addition, the insulating base 1 may be tapered at the tip in order to facilitate insertion of the object to be heated into the end. Further, the insulating base 1 may be bent at the front end or the whole.
When the insulating base 1 is cylindrical, the length in the longitudinal direction may be 5 to 20mm, the inner diameter may be 8 to 20mm, and the outer diameter may be 8.5 to 22 mm.
The heating resistor 2 is a member for heating an object to be heated. The heating resistor 2 is provided on the surface or inside the insulating base 1, for example. The heating resistor 2 is, for example, a linear or belt-shaped member. The heating resistor 2 has a folded portion 21 in the region other than the distal end portion and the distal end portion of the insulating base 1. For example, in the heating tool 10 for cigarettes shown in fig. 1, the folded portion 21a is provided at the tip end portion of the insulating base 1, and the folded portion 21b is provided in a region other than the tip end portion of the insulating base 1.
The heating resistor 2 is electrically connected to an external power supply. The heating resistor 2 generates heat by flowing a current therethrough, and can heat an object to be heated. The heating resistor 2 may be provided along the longitudinal direction of the insulating base 1.
The heat generating resistor 2 is made of, for example, tungsten, molybdenum, chromium, carbide thereof, or metal such as gold, silver, palladium, or platinum. The heating resistor 2 may also include alumina, silicon nitride, or the like as a component other than metal. The heating resistor 2 has a length of 5 to 50mm, a width of 0.2 to 2mm, and a thickness of 0.005 to 0.1mm, for example.
The heating resistor 2 may be provided from the front end to the rear end of the insulating base 1. As shown in fig. 1, the heating resistor 2 may be connected to the lead portion 6. In this case, the lead portion 6 can have a smaller resistance value than the heating resistor 2. This can reduce heat generation in the lead portion 6. As shown in fig. 2, the heating resistor 2 may be connected to the electrode land 5 on the rear end side of the insulating base 1 and connected to the terminal 4 via the electrode land 5.
The insulating base 1 includes a heat generating region 11 provided with the heat generating resistor 2. Here, the heat generation region 11 is a region where the cigarette heating tool 10 substantially generates heat, specifically, for example, a region from the tip of the insulating base 1 to the boundary between the heat generating resistor 2 and the lead portion 6. For example, when the heating resistor 2 is provided from the front end to the rear end of the insulating base 1, a region from the front end to the rear end of the insulating base 1 is the heat generation region 11.
As shown in fig. 2, the insulating base 1 may have a non-heat generating region 12. The non-heat generating region 12 is a region other than the heat generating region 11, and includes the electrode land 5 or the lead portion 6. In other words, the non-heat generating region 12 is a region where the cigarette heating tool 10 generates substantially no heat. Specifically, for example, the region is from the boundary between the heating resistor 2 and the lead portion 6 to the rear end of the insulating base 1.
The holding member 3 is a member for holding the insulating base 1. The holding member 3 is fixed to the heat generating region 11. For example, in the example shown in fig. 1 to 4, the holding member 3 is fixed at a position shown by a.
The holding member 3 may be configured to: for example, the insulating base 1 is surrounded in the circumferential direction when viewed from the longitudinal direction of the insulating base 1. The holding member 3 is made of a ceramic material or a resin material such as PEEK (polyetheretherketone). The holding member 3 can be fixed to the insulating base 1 by, for example, an adhesive or fitting.
In the heating tool 10 for cigarettes of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 1, the heating resistor 2 has a folded portion 21 at the tip end portion of the insulating base 1 and in a region other than the tip end portion, and the holding member 3 is fixed directly above the folded portion 21b located in a region other than the tip end portion among the heating region 11. This can shorten the length of the insulating base 1 in the longitudinal direction without shortening the entire length of the heating resistor 2. As a result, the cigarette heating tool 10 can be downsized while maintaining the heat generation amount of the cigarette heating tool 10.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, the cigarette heating tool 10 may be cylindrical. Thus, the object to be heated can be heated by inserting the object to be heated into the cylinder. Although fig. 4 is a perspective view, the holding member 3 is not shown for the sake of priority and ease of understanding. Although fig. 4 is a perspective view, the heating resistor 2 is shown in a perspective view for the sake of priority and ease of understanding.
The heating type smoking device 100 of the present disclosure includes a cigarette heating tool 10 as a heating means. This makes it possible to reduce the size of the heating type smoking device. In the heating type smoking device 100, as shown in fig. 5, for example, the cigarette heating tool 10 is fixed to the case 7 by the holding member 3. The heating type smoking device 100 can heat a cigarette by inserting the cigarette into the case 7.
