随着手机在市面上的高端化，智能化，手机摄像头的成像质量非常关键，在实际生产中，会有MYLAR、SPACER使用规格错误现象，需要将镜头进行拆卸分解进行分析验证。在镜头拆解时候遇到了很多麻烦，缺少一种针对手机镜头拆解的工具。

本实用新型的目的是解决制程中镜头拆解的问题，提供一种简单快速、安全的镜头分解治具。
为实现本实用新型的目的，采用的技术方案是：
一种镜头分解治具，包括底板、夹爪一、夹爪二、压板一和压板二；底板上具有两条滑槽；夹爪二底部的滑轨嵌入滑槽内；底板上通过螺钉固接有压板一和压板二；压板一和压板二的翼缘板抵压到夹爪二上；底板上通过螺钉固接夹爪一；在夹爪一与夹爪二之间设有压缩弹簧，还贯穿有螺杆；螺杆螺纹端置于夹爪一外侧与蝶形螺母连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是：
1、本实用新型两夹爪之间安有两个弹簧，将螺杆穿入两个夹爪中间的孔径，用蝶形螺母进行锁死，再用两块压板将可滑动一段夹爪进行固定，保证夹爪在滑动期间不会滑动脱落。
2、本实用新型使用时将镜头放入在镜筒夹取位置中，用蝶形螺母进行锁紧，内部弹簧对两夹爪施加外力，保证夹爪力度够大夹坏镜头。再使用刻刀和镊子对镜头进行拆解，查找问题点。
