Description
DESCRIPTION
INNOVATION IN FAST CLAMPING AND SQUEEZING ELEMENTS
TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention relates to some innovations in fast clamping elements that provides maximum squeeze, push, -pull and pressure with minimum power and keeps the part in intended position for the series clamping apparatus used in various industries. PRIOR ART
If it is required to clamp a piston to the fast clamping elements produced today, an absolute necessity emerges to use some attachments. This situation causes incremental costs and work loss. As screw of the movable clamp squeeze and squeeze piece used in fast clamping apparatus are produced being fixed to each other, it is in question that force cannot fully be transmitted on sloping or radius surfaces. The known locking system used in fast clamping elements is explained in an American Patent numbered US 5165148. An attachment is used for the operation of lock system in such types of lock systems. This part passes through the attachment that will provide locking process, so it performs it. This attachment brings difficulty in assembly as well as some incremental costs.
BRIEF ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION
Fast clamping and squeezing elements we developed as a result of works I performed due to disadvantages of today's technique is added a hole to connect piston and necessity to use some attachments/special pieces is removed. And also movable clamp squeeze screw is connected to squeeze piece as hinged and surface of the squeeze piece develops a serrated surface that will keep it without sliding. Another study we did is in locking system. As locking part in the locking system performs a locking being fastened on the notch that is opened to the base, the cost of used attachment (special piece) and assembly difficulty will be removed.

DETAILED DESCRIPION OF THE INVENTION
6. Invention consists of a lever (1) including piston clamping hole (1.1), jaw (2), lock latch (3), base (4) including a locking notch (4.1) and movable clamp squeeze apparatus (5) including screw (5.1), Hinge (5.2) and Serrated Squeeze Piece (5.3). With the piston clamp hollow (1.1) opened on lever (1 ), it provides clamping without using attachments when needed to clamp piston. The process on part to be applied pull-push or pressure with fast clamping and squeezing apparatus is performed by the means movable clamping squeeze apparatus (5) assembled on jaw (2). With the fast clamping and squeezing apparatus, piece to be applied pus, pull and
pressure would be performed by the means of movable clamp squeeze apparatus (5) assembled on jaw (2). Movable clamp squeeze apparatus (5) consists of a screw (5.1) that provides assembly on jaw (2), a hinge (5.2) that provides full contact in case surface to be applied pressure is sloping and serrated squeeze piece that provides full hold on surface to be squeezed. System will be ready for use by fixing base (4) on surface to be used. When lever (1) is "up" position, piece to be squeezed is placed under the movable clamp squeeze apparatus (5). Claims
1. It is fast clamping and squeezing element and comprises a lever (1 ) including piston clamp hollow (1.1), a base (4) including a lock latch (4.1 ) and a movable clamp squeeze apparatus (5) including screw (5.1), Hinge (5.2) and Serrated Squeeze Piece (5.3).
2. The squeeze piece (5.3) of Claim 1 wherein said squeeze piece has a serrated surface that enabled full hold on piece surface to be squeezed.
3. It is the hinge (5.2) mentioned Claim 1 and is a part that enables serrated squeeze piece (5.3) to take its position with screw (5.1) by forming the angle necessary for slope and radius, if the piece to be squeezed has sloping or radius .
