Description

Clothing product
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a clothing article with pelvis region, it aims at covering the pelvis position of wearer, the pelvis region is extended by two lower trousers section of thick bamboo, two lower trousers sections of thick bamboo aim at covering respectively at least a part of a leg of wearer, the region is located and aims at around waistband below that wearer's waist extends.
Background
The article of clothing is particularly suitable for underbody clothing designed specifically for practice of water sports (e.g. surfing) during which the clothing is subjected to water currents and wave motion, which may result in a risk of displacement of the clothing relative to the wearer's body.
In order to adapt the fit of the clothing article to different configurations, it is known to equip the waistband of clothing articles for the lower body with elastic adjustment means for adapting to the waist of the wearer.
For example, there are swimming pants: it has a waist band comprising a peripheral sheath in which elastic strips or strings are mounted for tightening around the waist. However, such a waistband does not in practice allow the swim pants to be held in place properly, particularly with respect to morphological differences between individuals wearing the same size.
Trousers are also known, for example from document US-1831451, the waistband of which has an outer sheath in which elastic adjustment bands are positioned, said bands being fastened in the rear part of said waistband, and each of the ends of the bands being equipped with a tightening tab which extends by sliding through a vertical slot formed in the sheath, respectively.
To tension the elastic strips and thereby tighten the waist belt, the tension sheets are manually moved closer to each other and then tightened using an adjustable button system.
However, this solution is not entirely satisfactory in that the over-tensioning of the elastic strip is detrimental to the comfort of wearing the article of clothing, which in particular creates discomfort that causes additional mechanical stress during repeated movements at the waist of the wearer.
Furthermore, the tension in the belt can result in a relatively unsightly configuration of the article of clothing at the belt, particularly with respect to the positioning of the fastening sheet on the belt.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The purpose of the present invention is to perfect the prior art, in particular by proposing an item of clothing whose belt is arranged to adapt to the different forms of the wearer, while maintaining wearing comfort and aesthetic properties, in particular when practising sports activities.
To this end, the invention proposes an article of clothing having a pelvic region intended to cover the pelvic region of a wearer, said pelvic region being extended by two lower pants sleeves intended to cover respectively at least part of one leg of the wearer and to be positioned below a waist band for extending around the waist of the wearer, said waist band being equipped with at least one sheath extending over at least part of said waist band, said sheath having a front lateral slot in which an elastic strip is mounted, said elastic strip having a front portion equipped with a tab mounted in said slot and a portion fastened to the waist band, said tab being slidable through said slot by elastic stretching of said elastic strip, said article of clothing further comprising a tightening device for tightening the waist band by moving and fastening said tab outside said slot, the elastic strip is provided with a non-extensible element, the length of which is limited so as to limit the maximum extension of the elastic strip.

Other features and advantages of the invention will become apparent in the following description which is given with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which:
Figure 1 is a front view of a pair of swimming pants according to an embodiment of the invention;
Figures 2a and 2b schematically show, in a partially transparent manner, a waist band of the swim pant of figure 1, from a front view (figure 2a) and a rear view (figure 2b), respectively;
Figures 3a and 3b schematically show, in a partially transparent manner, a waistband of an article of clothing according to another embodiment of the invention, from a front view (figure 3a) and a rear view (figure 3b), respectively.
Detailed Description
With reference to these figures, we describe hereinafter an article of clothing to be worn on the lower part of the body, having a pelvic region 1 intended to cover the pelvic region of the wearer, said region being extended by two lower pants sleeves 2 intended to cover respectively at least a portion of one leg of the wearer.
The pelvic region 1 is located below a waist belt 3 intended to extend around the waist of the wearer, and the trouser legs 2 are intended to cover one leg extending below the pelvic region respectively so as to enclose the leg.
In particular, the article may be made by arranging a flexible textile material (e.g. cloth) to allow an optimal freedom of body movement, in particular during physical exercise. Advantageously, the nature of the material allows the article of clothing to dry quickly in order to use the article for wading activities.
Furthermore, the material may have sufficient elasticity such that the article does not cause discomfort and does not create additional mechanical stress during repeated movements of the wearer's body, whereby the material may have a polyester and/or elastane fiber substrate.
According to the shown embodiment, the article of clothing is in the form of a pair of swim pants, which are arranged to cover the lower part of the body, e.g. from the waist to the bottom of the thighs of the wearer. Advantageously, the swimming trunks may be equipped with one or more rear or side pockets 4 that can be closed (e.g., by zippers).
However, the invention is not limited to this embodiment, in particular as regards the size of the article and the body part it covers, whereby the article may in particular be a pair of trousers.
The waist belt 3 is equipped with at least one sheath 5 extending over at least a portion of said belt, said sheath having front lateral grooves 6 in which elastic strips 7 are mounted in order to tighten the belt 3 around the waist of the wearer.
For this purpose, the elastic strip 7 has a front portion 9 equipped with a tab 10 mounted in the slot 6, which can slide through the slot by elastic stretching of the elastic strip, and a portion fastened to the waistband 3. The article also comprises a tightening device for tightening the waistband 3 by displacing and tightening the tab 10 outside the slot 6.
With reference to fig. 1 and 2a and 2b, the waistband 3 is equipped with two sheaths 5, each of which extends on one side of the bisecting plane S of the waistband 3, between the rear region 11 and the front lateral slot 6 of said waistband.
An elastic strip 7 is mounted in one sheath 5, respectively, having a rear portion 8 fastened to the waistband 3 and a front portion 9 equipped with tabs 10, the tightening of the waistband being performed by bringing the tabs close to each other and fastening them.
With reference to fig. 3a and 3b, the waistband 3 is equipped with a sheath 5 in which an elastic strip 7 is mounted, said strip having an end portion fastened to the waistband 3 and a front portion 9 equipped with a tab 10, the tightening of the waistband being performed by pulling and fastening said tab.
In particular, the elastic strip 7 can be fastened to the waistband 3 at a sufficient distance from the tab 10 so as to provide tightening over a large part of said waistband, whereby said tab can be folded by pivoting towards the waistband 3 after being pulled in view of the fastening of the tab 10 (for example by a hook and loop device).
In both embodiments, each elastic strip 7 is equipped with a non-extensible element 12, the length of which is defined so as to limit the maximum extension of said elastic strip. Thus, the maximum extension of the elastic strip 7 can be controlled in order to provide an effective, comfortable and aesthetic tightening of the waist belt 3.
According to one embodiment, the inextensible element 12 is arranged so that the maximum extension of the elastic strip 7 is less than the length of the tab 10, so that at least part of said tab remains inside the sheath 5, regardless of the degree of tightening applied. Thus, in addition to the aesthetic qualities achieved, tightening of the waistband 3 is also easier to relieve.
Referring to fig. 2a and 3a, the inextensible element 12 has a front end 12a fastened to the tab 10. More specifically, the tab 10 is equipped with a rear inelastic extension 13 to which the elastic strip 7 and the inextensible element 12 are fastened.
Furthermore, the tabs 10 are connected by a pull cord 14 which is mounted through an eyelet 15 formed in the tab. Furthermore, to facilitate the operation of bringing the tabs 10 closer together during tightening, the front lateral slots 6 extend substantially vertically and are symmetrical with respect to the splitting plane S.
According to the embodiment in fig. 1 and 2a and 2b, the sheath 5 communicates in the rear region 11 of the waistband 3, so that the sheath forms a continuous tube portion extending between the slots 6 over substantially the entire circumference of the waistband 3. The elastic strip 7 may thus be formed by a portion of the same belt mounted in the tube portion, whereby the central portion 15 of said belt is fastened in the rear region 11 of the waist belt.
Furthermore, the non-extensible band extends continuously between the tabs 10 so as to form each of the non-extensible elements 12 on either side of a central portion of said non-extensible band. In particular, a non-extensible belt may be positioned above or below the elastic strip 7 in order to limit the stretching of said elastic strip.
According to an advantageous embodiment, the sheath 5 is formed on the outside of the waistband 3 by fastening, in particular sewing, an outer wall 16 to said waistband, which can be made of the same material as the waistband, or of a material with greater or lesser elasticity.
The front lateral groove 6 is made in an outer wall 16, for example having a periphery equipped with a cord fastened (in particular by stitching) to the outer wall. Furthermore, the elastic strip 7 may be fastened indirectly to the waist belt 3 by having a portion fastened to the outer wall 16.
Furthermore, fig. 2B provides that the elastic strip 7 is fastened to the waist belt 3 by means of at least one fastening strap for fastening to the upper or lower edge of the waist belt (in particular by providing a lower strap 17a and an upper strap 17B). Furthermore, the upper edge of the waist belt 3 is provided with resilient biasing members 18, so that the outer wall 16 can be aesthetically fastened to said edge.
