本实用新型涉及一种车身活装防潜结构支架,属于汽车设计和制造的技术领域。本实用新型的车身活装防潜结构支架由第一支撑结构、第二支撑结构与限位横梁通过螺栓紧固而成。本实施例的活装防潜支架设计在“马鞍形”油箱配置的需求下,可更好为油箱检修提供便捷的后期维修成本及周期;能为座椅提供防下潜需求,保证乘员舱后排人员的安全性;活装型防潜支架可适配性较强,配置不同车型,可采用调整支撑结构来实现功能要求;配置不同容积的油箱。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及汽车设计和制造的技术领域,更具体地说,本实用新型涉及一种车身活装防潜结构支架。
背景技术
图1是现有技术中常用的车型防潜安装支架的轴视图,“几”字型防潜支架设计保证防潜性能要求;在匹配“马鞍型”油箱时,此结构限制油泵检修口的布置及尺寸。
实用新型内容
为解决现有技术中存在的上述技术问题,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种车身活装防潜结构支架。
本实用新型的车身活装防潜结构支架,其特征在于由第一支撑结构、第二支撑结构和限位横梁构成;所述第一支撑结构包括第一支撑梁,所述第一支撑梁为空心结构且一侧具有开口,所述第一支撑梁的下端通过弯曲形成有与地板总成的纵梁配合焊接的焊接面,所述第一支撑梁的上端为具有安装孔的第一安装面;所述第二支撑结构包括第二支撑梁,所述第二支撑梁为空心结构且一侧具有开口,所述第二支撑梁的下端通过弯曲形成有与地板总成的纵梁配合焊接的焊接面,所述第二支撑梁的上端为具有安装孔的第二安装面;所述限位横梁的两端通过穿过所述第一安装面的安装孔以及第二安装面的安装孔的螺栓分别与所述第一支撑结构和第二支撑结构紧固,并且所述第一支撑梁的开口与第二支撑梁的开口相对设置。

实施例1
如图2-3所示,本实施例的车身活装防潜结构支架由第一支撑结构20、第二支撑结构30和限位横梁10构成。所述第一支撑结构20包括第一支撑梁21,所述第一支撑梁21为空心结构且一侧具有开口25,所述第一支撑梁21的下端通过弯曲形成有与地板总成的纵梁配合焊接的焊接面22,所述第一支撑梁21的上端为具有安装孔24的第一安装面23。所述第一支撑梁21由下端至上端具有逐渐变小的截面积,从而可以进一步提高Z向的支撑性。所述第二支撑结构30包括第二支撑梁31,所述第第二支撑梁31为空心结构且一侧具有开口35,所述第二支撑梁31的下端通过弯曲形成有与地板总成的纵梁配合焊接的焊接面32,所述第二支撑梁31的上端为具有安装孔34的第二安装面33。所述第二支撑梁31由下端至上端具有逐渐变小的截面积,从而可以进一步提高Z向的支撑性。所述限位横梁10的两端通过穿过所述第一安装面23的安装孔24以及第二安装面33的安装孔34的螺栓分别与所述第一支撑结构20和第二支撑结构30紧固,并且所述第一支撑梁21的开口25与第二支撑梁31的开口35相对设置。图4示出了本实施例的活装防潜结构支架焊接在底板总成的纵梁后的应用视图。本实施例的结构整体用三个零件组成,采用螺栓进行连接紧固;左右两侧为半开口型支撑结构,确保足够的Z向支撑性及纵向冲击需求,与后地板总成的纵梁进行焊接;限位横梁保证坐垫支撑性及收到冲击力时对人体起到物理性约束作用,保证人体受惯性作用位移量,避免受到严重伤害。
本实施例的活装防潜支架设计在“马鞍形”油箱配置的需求下,可更好为油箱检修提供便捷的后期维修成本及周期;能为座椅提供防下潜需求,保证乘员舱后排人员的安全性;活装型防潜支架可适配性较强,配置不同车型,可采用调整支撑结构来实现功能要求;配置不同容积的油箱,此种设计可以调节支撑板间距,来实现不同车型油箱检修口位置设计需求。本实施例的活装防潜结构支架是一种车身结构轻量化、多功能设计方案,符合行业内的设计趋势。本实施例的活装防潜结构支架适用于传统乘用车型,在我司某些车型已经过设计验证,可作为传统汽车的推荐方案。

1.一种车身活装防潜结构支架,其特征在于由第一支撑结构、第二支撑结构和限位横梁构成;所述第一支撑结构包括第一支撑梁,所述第一支撑梁为空心结构且一侧具有开口,所述第一支撑梁的下端通过弯曲形成有与地板总成的纵梁配合焊接的焊接面,所述第一支撑梁的上端为具有安装孔的第一安装面;所述第二支撑结构包括第二支撑梁,所述第二支撑梁为空心结构且一侧具有开口,所述第二支撑梁的下端通过弯曲形成有与地板总成的纵梁配合焊接的焊接面,所述第二支撑梁的上端为具有安装孔的第二安装面;所述限位横梁的两端通过穿过所述第一安装面的安装孔以及第二安装面的安装孔的螺栓分别与所述第一支撑结构和第二支撑结构紧固,并且所述第一支撑梁的开口与第二支撑梁的开口相对设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车身活装防潜结构支架,其特征在于:所述第一支撑梁由下端至上端具有逐渐变小的截面积。
