Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种单向收线机构,其包括固定座、卷线轮、轴芯、单向轴承、轴承套、阻尼反弹部件和定位轴,在窗帘下拉时,单向轴承锁死,卷线轮通过轴承套联动轴芯逆时针转动,轴芯转动时,与阻尼反弹部件产生摩擦力形成阻尼效果,能在放线时提供反向作用力,能较好地抵消窗帘的部分重力,减缓窗帘下坠的速度及冲击力,使得窗帘的升降动作更为平稳,同时也减轻弹簧马达的负载,降低能耗,增加弹簧马达的承载能力;在卷线收窗帘时,卷线轮联动轴承套相对轴芯顺时针自由转动,轴芯与阻尼反弹部件无相对运动,转动无阻力,可以充分利用阻尼反弹部件的回卷力使得窗帘拉扰更为平衡顺畅;另外整体结构紧凑、体积小,易于实现,利于广泛推广应用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及收线机构技术领域,具体涉及一种单向收线机构。
背景技术
随着窗帘产品的发展,能自动实现窗帘开合的电动窗帘以其操作便捷而成为了窗帘产品的一个重要发展方向。当前的电动窗帘多是采用电机组件作为驱动装置来驱动相应的收绳装置,进而实现窗帘帘体的自动开合。
然而,目前收绳装置中的收线机构虽然能满足收线功能,但是在放线时,窗帘帘体的全部重量作用力均是靠电机的牵引力进行拉扯而达到维持平衡定位目的,这种电动窗帘不仅存在能耗大的问题,尤其是对于大尺寸的窗帘,其所采用电机的功率将更大,能耗更高。此外,当窗帘帘体的尺寸比较大,重量比较重时,其下坠的速度及冲击力是比较大的,影响到电机的使用寿命和窗帘产品的质量。
实用新型内容
针对上述不足,本实用新型的目的在于,提供一种结构设计巧妙、合理,能在放线时提供反向作用力的单向收线机构。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型所提供的技术方案是:一种单向收线机构,其包括固定座、卷线轮、轴芯、单向轴承、轴承套、阻尼反弹部件和定位轴,所述卷线轮位于固定座的内腔中,该卷线轮的一端设有转轴,并在所述内腔的一侧壁上设有与该转轴相适配的轴孔,所述单向轴承的外圈通过轴承套固定在卷线轮内,轴芯固定在单向轴承的内圈上,所述定位轴的一端固定在内腔的另一侧壁上,该定位轴的另一端伸入卷线轮内通过阻尼反弹部件与轴芯的一端相连接。
作为本实用新型的一种改进,所述卷线轮包括柱形轮体和端盖,所述柱形轮体内设有装配腔,所述端盖盖合在装配腔的开口上,该端盖的圆心位置设有让定位轴伸出的通孔。
作为本实用新型的一种改进,所述阻尼反弹部件为弹簧,该弹簧的一端设置在定位轴上,另一端设置在轴芯上。
作为本实用新型的一种改进,所述阻尼反弹部件为弹簧,该弹簧的一端设置在定位轴上,另一端套设在轴芯上,并与该轴芯过盈配合。
作为本实用新型的一种改进,所述阻尼反弹部件为胶套,该胶套固定在所述定位轴上,该胶套的内孔壁套设在轴芯上,并与该轴芯过盈配合。
作为本实用新型的一种改进,所述轴芯上固定套设在耐磨套。
作为本实用新型的一种改进,所述耐磨套为不锈钢套。
本实用新型的有益效果为:本实用新型设计巧妙,合理设有单向轴承和阻尼反弹部件,单向轴承在一个方向上可以自由转动,而在另一个方向上锁死;在窗帘下拉时,单向轴承锁死,卷线轮通过轴承套联动轴芯逆时针转动,轴芯转动时,与阻尼反弹部件产生摩擦力形成阻尼效果,能在放线时提供反向作用力,能较好地抵消窗帘的部分重力,减缓窗帘下坠的速度及冲击力,使得窗帘的升降动作更为平稳,同时也减轻弹簧马达的负载,降低能耗,增加弹簧马达的承载能力;在卷线收窗帘时,卷线轮联动轴承套相对轴芯顺时针自由转动,轴芯与阻尼反弹部件无相对运动,转动无阻力,可以充分利用阻尼反弹部件的回卷力使得窗帘拉扰更为平衡顺畅,另外整体结构紧凑、体积小,易于实现,利于广泛推广应用。

具体实施方式
参见图1、图2和图3,本实施例提供的一种单向收线机构,其包括固定座1、卷线轮2、轴芯3、单向轴承4、轴承套5、阻尼反弹部件6和定位轴7。
所述卷线轮2位于固定座1的内腔中,该卷线轮2的一端设有转轴21,并在所述内腔的一侧壁上设有与该转轴21相适配的轴孔12,具体的,所述卷线轮2包括柱形轮体22和端盖23,所述柱形轮体22内设有装配腔,所述端盖23盖合在装配腔的开口上,该端盖23的圆心位置设有让定位轴7伸出的通孔。固定座1的底面设有出线孔11。
所述单向轴承4的外圈通过轴承套5固定在卷线轮2的装配腔中,轴芯3固定在单向轴承4的内圈上,为提升工作时的稳定性,在装配腔上设有与轴芯3相适配的套接部24,该套接部24的孔径与轴芯3的轴径相适配。轴芯3的右侧端插入套接部24。
所述定位轴7的一端为方轴,内腔的另一侧壁上设有与该方轴相适配的方槽13,通过方轴卡入方槽13实现将定位轴7固定在内腔的另一侧壁上,该定位轴7的另一端伸入卷线轮2内通过阻尼反弹部件6与轴芯3的左侧端相连接。
本实施例中,所述阻尼反弹部件6为弹簧,该弹簧的一端设置在定位轴7上,另一端设置在轴芯3上。具体的,定位轴7上设有能将弹簧的一端定位固定的卡槽,轴芯3的外周面上设有能将弹簧的另一端定位固定的卡孔。其它实施例中,也可以通过焊接或胶粘等方式来实现连接的目的。工作时,通过弹簧的自身形变来产生反作用力,具有一定的阻尼效果和反弹能力,进而相应抵消掉窗帘的部分重力,有效减缓窗帘下坠的速度及冲击力,使得窗帘的升降动作更为平稳,同时也减轻弹簧马达的负载,降低能耗,增加弹簧马达的承载能力。
其它实施例中,该弹簧也可以一端设置在定位轴7上,另一端套设在轴芯3上,并与该轴芯3过盈配合。即弹簧的内圈做小,强行套在轴芯3上,通过轴芯3与弹簧之间的摩擦作用来产生反作用力,同样具有一定的阻尼效果。另外,所述阻尼反弹部件6也可以为胶套,该胶套的一端固定在所述定位轴7上,该胶套的内孔的孔径小于轴芯3的直径,强行将胶套套在轴芯3上,通过胶套的内孔壁套设在轴芯3上,与该轴芯3形成过盈配合结构,通过轴芯3与胶套的内孔壁之间摩擦来产生反作用力,同样具有一定的阻尼效果。
较佳的,为延长使用寿命,在所述轴芯3上固定套设在耐磨套8。本实施例中,该耐磨套8优选为不锈钢套,耐磨效果好,有效保护轴芯3不被损坏,延长轴芯3的使用寿命。其它实施例中,该耐磨套8也可以为铜套、耐磨陶瓷套等其它耐磨套体。
使用时,由于合理设有单向轴承4和阻尼反弹部件6,单向轴承4在一个方向上可以自由转动,而在另一个方向上锁死;本实施例中,以单向轴承4在顺时针方向上可以自由转动,而在逆时针方向上锁死为例。在收线时,卷线轮2联动轴承套5相对轴芯3顺时针自由转动,轴芯3与阻尼反弹部件6无相对运动,转动无阻力;在放线时,单向轴承4锁死,卷线轮2通过轴承套5联动轴芯3逆时针转动,轴芯3转动时,与阻尼反弹部件6产生摩擦力形成阻尼效果,实现在放线时提供反向作用力,可以充分利用阻尼反弹部件的回卷力使得窗帘拉扰更为平衡顺畅,相应抵消窗帘的部分重力,有效减缓窗帘下坠的速度及冲击力,使得窗帘的升降动作更为平稳,同时也减轻弹簧马达的负载,降低能耗,增加弹簧马达的承载能力,相对传统的收线机构具有明显的优势。

Claims (7)
1.一种单向收线机构,其特征在于:其包括固定座、卷线轮、轴芯、单向轴承、轴承套、阻尼反弹部件和定位轴,所述卷线轮位于固定座的内腔中,该卷线轮的一端设有转轴,并在所述内腔的一侧壁上设有与该转轴相适配的轴孔,所述单向轴承的外圈通过轴承套固定在卷线轮内,轴芯固定在单向轴承的内圈上,所述定位轴的一端固定在内腔的另一侧壁上,该定位轴的另一端伸入卷线轮内通过阻尼反弹部件与轴芯的一端相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的单向收线机构,其特征在于,所述卷线轮包括柱形轮体和端盖,所述柱形轮体内设有装配腔,所述端盖盖合在装配腔的开口上,该端盖的圆心位置设有让定位轴伸出的通孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的单向收线机构,其特征在于,所述阻尼反弹部件为弹簧,该弹簧的一端设置在定位轴上,另一端设置在轴芯上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的单向收线机构,其特征在于,所述阻尼反弹部件为弹簧,该弹簧的一端设置在定位轴上,另一端套设在轴芯上,并与该轴芯过盈配合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的单向收线机构,其特征在于,所述阻尼反弹部件为胶套,该胶套固定在所述定位轴上,该胶套的内孔壁套设在轴芯上,并与该轴芯过盈配合。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任意一项所述的单向收线机构,其特征在于,所述轴芯上固定套设在耐磨套。
7.根据权利要求6所述的单向收线机构,其特征在于,所述耐磨套为不锈钢套。
