Abstract

本实用新型提供一种连接器插头,包含一本体,一绝缘外壳以及复数个端子;所述本体包含一中心板,一组装于所述中心板上的基体,以及一接地外壳;所述基体包含一连结端以及一组装端,所述接地外壳设置于所述组装端上;且所述绝缘外壳包覆于所述接地外壳;所述复数个端子设置于所述基体上,所述复数个端子包含数个讯号端子及数个接地端子,所述接地端子分别设置于所述基体的上表面与下表面的两侧,所述讯号端子及所述接地端子皆设有一外露于所述连结端的接触部,以及一设置于所述组装端的焊接部;且所述接地端子的所述接触部设有一焊盘,所述焊盘固定于所述中心板上,进而达成所述接地端子不易变形及断裂。

连接器插头
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种连接器插头,尤其是一种防止接地端子变形或断裂的连接器插头。
背景技术
在已知的连接器插头制程中,端子组装好后会直接将连接器插头进行包射成型出一个保护部来固定和保护端子。使用者通常把连接器插头插入对应的插入口时,会左右地摇晃来确保连接器插头是否连接到位,或者因意外不小心拉扯到连接器插头,导致插入口中两侧用于固定或者松开连接器插头的弹簧片会磨损到保护部两侧的塑胶。再次插入或拔出连接器插头时,因保护部两侧的塑胶已受损,进而磨损到设置于连接器插头两侧的接地端子,使接地端子容易发生变形或断裂的现象,并影响连接器插头的正常使用以及寿命。
因此,设计一款防止接地端子变形或断裂的连接器插头尤其重要。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种防止接地端子变形或断裂的连接器插头。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供一种连接器插头,包含一本体,一绝缘外壳、一保护部以及复数个端子;所述本体包含一中心板,一组装于所述中心板上的基体,以及一接地外壳;所述基体包含一连结端以及一组装端,所述接地外壳设置于所述组装端上;且所述绝缘外壳一体成型地包射于所述接地外壳;所述复数个端子包含数个讯号端子及数个接地端子,所述讯号端子分别设置于所述基体的上表面与下表面中间处,所述接地端子分别设置于所述基体的上表面与下表面的两侧,所述讯号端子及所述接地端子皆设有一外露于所述连结端的接触部,以及一设置于所述组装端的焊接部;且所述接地端子的所述接触部设有一焊盘,所述焊盘固定于所述中心板上,所述保护部一体成型地包射于所述讯号端子及所述接地端子的所述接触部。
在另一较佳实施例中,所述接地端子的所述接触部的末端向下反折而形成一支撑端,且所述支撑端上下平行于所述接触部,且与所述接触部一体成型。
在另一较佳实施例中,所述支撑端与所述中心板连接,且所述焊盘设置于靠近所述支撑端的内侧,且垂直于所述支撑端,并与所述支撑端一体成型。
在另一较佳实施例中,所述连结端的末端两侧分别设有一自外往凹的缺口。

具体实施方式
为详细说明本实用新型的技术内容、构造特征、所实现的目的及功效,以下结合具体实施例并配合附图予以详细说明。
请参阅图1,本实用新型连接器插头100,包含一本体10、一绝缘外壳20、一保护部30以及复数个端子40。
请再参阅图1至图3,所述本体10包含一中心板11、一组装于所述中心板11上的基体12、以及一接地外壳15。所述中心板11两侧朝外延伸形成一第一连接部11a。所述基体12包含一上基体13以及一下基体14,且所述上基体13对称于所述下基体14。所述复数个端子40分别竖向排列地与所述上基体13以及所述下基体14一体成型,且设置于所述上基体13上的所述端子40与设置于所述下基体上14的所述端子40之间相互对应。所述上基体13与所述下基体14分别设置于所述中心板11的上表面与下表面。所述第一连接部11a外露于所述基体12。所述基体12包含一连结端12a以及一组装端12b,所述接地外壳15包覆于所述组装端12b。所述接地外壳15包含一第一接地外壳15a以及一第二接地外壳15b,所述第一接地外壳15a对称于所述第二接地外壳15b。且所述第一接地外壳15a与所述第二接地外壳15b两侧分别向外延伸形成一第三连接部15c,所述第一接地外壳15a组装于所述上基体13上,所述第二接地外壳15b组装于所述下基体14上,使所述第一连接部11a与所述第三连接部15c重叠,再透过第一连接部11a与所述所述第三连接部15c的焊接,使所述基体12固定于所述接地外壳15中。
若所述接地外壳15直接外露于表面,使用时容易导致所述接地外壳15变形,影响所述连接器插头100的正常使用。因此,所述绝缘外壳20一体成型地包射于所述接地外壳15,进一步加固所述接地外壳15,致使所述接地外壳15不易变形。
请再参阅图1和图2,所述复数个端子40包含数个接地端子41及数个讯号端子42,所述接地端子41及所述讯号端子42皆设有一外露于所述连结端12a的接触部411、421,以及一设置于所述组装端12b的焊接部412、422。为避免所述接地端子41及所述讯号端子42的所述接触部411、421在插接使用时发生上翘或者变形的现象。因此,所述保护部30一体成型地包射于所述连结端12a的末端,密封了所述中心板11与所述连结端12a之间的缝隙,同时也密封了所述端子40之间的缝隙,进而避免了所述接触部411、421上翘或者变形的现象发生。
请再参阅图4和图5,为避免所述接地端子41在所述连接器插头100插入对应的插入口或者从对应的插入口拔出时变形或者断裂。因此,所述中心板11包含分别设置于对应所述第一连接部11a的两侧的一第二连接部11b。所述连结端12a的末端两侧设有一缺口12c,所述缺口12c自所述连结端12a末端的两侧向内凹,并对应于所述第二连接部11b。所述第二连接部11b透过所述缺口12c外露于所述所述连结端12a。本实施例中设有四个所述接地端子41,且所述接地端子41分别相对地设置于所述上基体13与所述下基体14的两侧。所述接地端子41包含自所述接触部411的末端向下反折而形成一支撑端41a,以及一自所述支撑端41a内侧往所述缺口12c方向延伸的焊盘41b,所述支撑端41a上下平行于所述接触部411,并与所述第二连接部11b相连。所述焊盘41b垂直于所述支撑端41a,且横向地透过所述缺口12c与所述第二连接部11b焊接在一起。所述支撑端41a与所述焊盘41b一体成型于所述接地端子41。透过支撑端41a增加受力和所述焊盘41b焊接于所述第二连接部11b上,即使插入口中两侧的弹簧片把所述保护部30的两侧的塑胶磨损,也不易将所述接地端子41变形或断裂,进而确保了所述连接器插头100的寿命和正常使用。

Claims (4)

1.一种连接器插头,包含一本体,一绝缘外壳、一保护部以及复数个端子;所述本体包含一中心板,一组装于所述中心板上的基体,以及一接地外壳;所述基体包含一连结端以及一组装端,所述接地外壳设置于所述组装端上;且所述绝缘外壳一体成型地包射于所述接地外壳;所述复数个端子包含数个讯号端子及数个接地端子,所述讯号端子分别设置于所述基体的上表面与下表面中间处,所述接地端子分别设置于所述基体的上表面与下表面的两侧,所述讯号端子及所述接地端子皆设有一外露于所述连结端的接触部,以及一设置于所述组装端的焊接部;且所述接地端子设有一焊盘,所述焊盘固定于所述中心板上,所述保护部一体成型地包射于所述讯号端子及所述接地端子的所述接触部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连接器插头,其特征在于,所述接地端子的所述接触部的末端向下反折而形成一支撑端,且所述支撑端上下平行于所述接触部,且与所述接触部一体成型。
3.根据权利要求2所述的连接器插头,其特征在于,所述支撑端与所述中心板连接,且所述焊盘设置于靠近所述支撑端的内侧,且垂直于所述支撑端,并与所述支撑端一体成型。
4.根据权利要求1所述的连接器插头,其特征在于,所述连结端的末端两侧分别设有一自外往凹的缺口。
