Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种木质彩花钢漆面组合地板，
这种地板采用中密度木质纤维板，长或正方型地板块
的两侧邻边加工有凸棱，另两侧邻边加工有凹槽，地
板上层铺有带彩花图案的夹层布或纸，其表面加工有
玻璃钢漆膜面，地板底面及侧面涂有防潮石蜡或漆，
具有耐磨，耐腐蚀，制造工艺简单，加工成本低，美观
实用等特点。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种地板的改进。
目前，家庭住宅，宾馆、饭店、办公室等室内场合所铺设的地板，除过去老式建筑所沿用的长条木板结构外，由于木材资源的短缺，逐渐被木材边角料——小木板块所代替，这种地板块铺设在地面后需要找平，磨光，涂漆等，且结构不坚固，色调单一，日久容易退色，造价成本高。
本实用新型目的是提供一种由中密度木质纤维板制成的带有彩花图案夹层布或纸的钢漆面组合地板。
本实用新型是由木质地板，彩花图案夹层布或纸，漆面组成，长或正方型中密度木质纤维板块的两侧邻边加工有凸棱1，另两侧邻边加工有凹槽2，在地板上层铺有带有彩花图案的夹层布或纸3，其表面加工有玻璃钢漆膜面4，地板底面及侧面涂有防潮石腊或漆5。
本实用新型与已有技术比，具有耐磨，耐腐蚀，制造工艺简单，加工成本低，美观实用等特点。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述，本实用新型的木质地板采用的是由木屑，木漆，树皮，各种植物草等粉碎高温压型制成的中密度木质纤维板，在刚性，变形，平面度，加工方法等都优于木材，可以大面积加工使用，在中密度木质纤维板的上层铺有夹层布或纸，夹层布或纸上印有各种图案，山水风景，动、植物，几何造型等图案，夹层布或纸铺设好后涂上不饱合聚脂树脂（玻璃钢漆），漆膜厚度可在200－300微米左右，为了防止中密度木质纤维板因受潮而变形，在地板的四周边及底部涂有防潮石腊或漆。

1、木质彩花钢漆面组合地板，是由木质地板，彩花图案夹层布或纸，漆面组成，其特征在于长或正方型中密度木质纤维板块的两侧邻边加工有凸棱1，另两侧邻边加工有凹槽2，在地板上层铺有带有彩花图案的夹层布或纸3，其表面加工有玻璃钢漆膜面4，地板底面及侧面涂有防潮石腊或漆5。
