Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种新型电动机直联泵。本实用新型利用引射器、基于引射流原理的电动机直连泵装置,运行过程中具有降低电动机温度和提高泵抗汽蚀性能的双重优点。本实用新型包括电动机、泵、引射器、电动机冷却腔体、引流管和回流管构成。经过叶轮做功后,输送液体压力骤然升高,将泵出口处压水室内的高压液体经过引流管引入电动机冷却腔体;高压液体经过电动机冷却腔体后,可有效将电动机散发的热量带走,从而降低了电动机温度;再经过回流管引入引射器,进入泵吸水室,提高了泵叶轮进口处的液体压力,有利于提高泵的抗汽蚀性能。同时,高压液体经过电动机冷却腔体后,在冷却电动机的同时,液体吸热,自身温度升高,更加有利于提高泵的抗汽蚀性能。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种利用引射器和电动机冷却腔体的电动机直连泵装置。准确地说是一种带有电动机冷却腔体,基于引流原理和引射器装置形成循环流达到电动机降温和提高泵抗汽蚀性能的一种新型电动机直联泵装置。
背景技术
电动机直连泵具有结构紧凑、占地少、可靠性高等优点,被广泛用于各个领域的流体输送。然而,在泵的运转过程中,电动机不可避免的发热。尽管目前电动机都安装散热风扇和散热翅片,但电动机的外围表面温度仍然是非常高的,尤其是当运行较长时间后,温度十分高,有时候会达到烫手的程度。当温度太高后,电动机的效率会显著降低;同时温度的增加,也大大降低了装置的运行稳定性。因此,降低电动机温度对于提升电动机效率具有十分重要的意义。
基于此,本实用新型提出了一种利用引射器、基于引射原理的新型电动机直联泵装置。通过引流形成循环流动,达到降低电动机温度和提高泵抗汽蚀性能的双重目的,可以大大提高直联泵装置的运行稳定性。
发明内容
本实用新型针对上述问题提出了一种新型电动机直联泵装置。本实用新型是利用引射器、基于引射流原理的新型电动机直联泵装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案如下:
本实用新型包括泵、电动机、引射器、电动机冷却腔体、引流管和回流管;借助于引流管将泵中压水室内的高压液体引入包围电动机的电动机冷却腔体;电动机冷却腔体为环形内空腔,紧紧包围在电动机的周围;高压液体再经过回流管,进入引射器;电动机冷却腔体中的高压液体将电动机散发的热量带走,从而使电动机降温。
所述的引射器为环形内空腔,环形内空腔对应的吸水室的管壁上周向均匀设置有多个入射孔,高压液体经过入射孔后,以射流形式进入泵和吸水室。
泵出口附近的压水室中,液体压力非常高;引流管与压水室外围的壳体通过螺纹、螺钉密封无泄漏相互连接;引流管与电动机外围的电动机冷却腔体通过螺纹、螺钉密封无泄漏相互连接;电动机冷却腔体包围电动机,并与之密切接触;密切接触是为了确保传热良好,从而带走电动机散发的热量;电动机冷却腔体与回流管通过螺纹、螺钉密封无泄漏相互连接;回流管与引射器通过螺纹、螺钉密封无泄漏相互连接。
泵在运转过程中,液体经引流依次经过压水室、引流管、电动机冷却腔体、回流管、引射器、吸水室的形成循环流;在压水室中,液体压力高;在吸水室中,液体压力低,因此可形成流动;将压水室中的高压流体引入电动机冷却腔体后,带走电动机散发的热量,降温电动机;同时高压液体自身温度提高进入引射器,高压液体经过电动机冷却腔体后,在冷却电动机的同时液体吸热,自身温度升高,提高泵的抗汽蚀性能。
所述的电动机冷却腔体为一内空的环形腔体,该环形腔体仅仅包围在电动机的外围,并与之接触良好,并保证具有十分好的传热性能。该环形腔体的具体尺寸大小根据电动机的情况而定。电动机冷却腔体内的高压液体经过回流管进入引射器,回流管与电动机冷却腔体和引射器的连接形式可采用螺纹连接、螺钉连接等多种形式,并确保密封良好。引流管和回流管的尺寸需要根据电动机、泵的实际尺寸确定。引射器也是一环形内空腔体,并在靠近叶轮入口方向引射器侧壁上开设一定数量的入射孔,入射孔的数量、大小、位置和入射角度等几何参数需要根据泵、电动机的实际情形确定。
本实用新型的技术效果:
本实用新型利用引射器、基于引射流原理实现电动机降温和提高泵的抗汽蚀性能变得切实可行。泵出口高压流体经过电动机冷却腔体,带走电动机散发的热量,使电动机降温;高压液体经过引射器进入叶轮入口附近的吸水室,提高了液体压力,从而增强了泵的抗汽蚀性能。引流的高压液体在整个循环过程中,在使电动机降温的同时,自身温度也将适当提高,从而进一步更加有利于提高泵的抗汽蚀性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步的说明,图1~3中,包括泵1、电动机2、引射器3、电动机冷却腔体4、引流管5、泵出口6、吸水室7、回流管8、泵进口9、压水室10和入射孔11。
如图1所示,一种新型电动机直联泵,包括泵1、电动机2、引射器3、电动机冷却腔体4、引流管5和回流管8。借助于引流管5将泵1中压水室10内的高压液体引入包围电动机2的电动机冷却腔体4。电动机冷却腔体4为环形内空腔,紧紧包围在电动机2的周围。高压液体再经过回流管8,进入引射器3。电动机冷却腔体4中的高压液体将电动机2散发的热量带走,从而使电动机2降温。
泵在运转过程中,液体经引流依次经过压水室10、引流管5、电动机冷却腔体4、回流管8、引射器3、吸水室7的形成循环流,高压液体经过电动机冷却腔体4后,在冷却电动机2的同时,液体吸热,自身温度升高,更加有利于提高泵的抗汽蚀性能。
所述的引射器3为环形内空腔,其对应的管壁上周向均匀设置有多个入射孔11,高压液体经过入射孔11后,以射流形式进入泵和吸水室7。从而提高了泵叶轮进口处的液体压力,进而提高了泵的抗汽蚀性能。
在泵出口6附近的压水室10中,液体压力非常高,引流管5与压水室10外围的壳体通过螺纹、螺钉等相互连接。引流管5与电动机2外围的电动机冷却腔体4通过螺纹、螺钉等相互连接。在可采用的所有的连接形式中,都要确保密封无泄漏。电动机冷却腔体4包围电动机2,并与之密切接触。密切接触是为了确保传热良好,从而带走电动机散发的热量。电动机冷却腔体4与回流管8通过螺纹、螺钉等相互连接。回流管8与引射器3通过螺纹、螺钉等相互连接。在引射器3靠近叶轮入口的内壁上开设一定数量的入射孔11,入射孔11的数量、大小、位置和入射角度等几何参数需要根据泵1、电动机2的实际情形确定。
在压水室10中,液体压力非常高;在吸水室7中,液体压力低。由于二者存在压差,故可形成流动。将压水室10中的高压流体引入电动机冷却腔体4后,带走电动机2散发的热量,降温电动机2;同时高压液体自身温度提高,并进入引射器3,经过入射孔11,进入吸水室7,提升了自泵入口9进入的来流压力,加之自身温度升高,所以可以大大提高了泵的抗汽蚀能力。

1.新型电动机直联泵,其特征在于包括泵(1)、电动机(2)、引射器(3)、电动机冷却腔体(4)、引流管(5)和回流管(8);借助于引流管(5)将泵(1)中压水室(10)内的高压液体引入包围电动机(2)的电动机冷却腔体(4);电动机冷却腔体(4)为环形内空腔,紧紧包围在电动机(2)的周围;高压液体再经过回流管(8),进入引射器(3);电动机冷却腔体(4)中的高压液体将电动机(2)散发的热量带走,从而使电动机(2)降温。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型电动机直联泵,其特征在于所述的引射器(3)为环形内空腔,环形内空腔对应的吸水室(7)的管壁上周向均匀设置有多个入射孔(11),高压液体经过入射孔(11)后,以射流形式进入泵和吸水室(7)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的新型电动机直联泵,其特征在于泵出口(6)附近的压水室(10)中,液体压力非常高;引流管(5)与压水室(10)外围的壳体通过螺纹、螺钉密封无泄漏相互连接;引流管(5)与电动机(2)外围的电动机冷却腔体(4)通过螺纹、螺钉密封无泄漏相互连接;电动机冷却腔体(4)包围电动机(2),并与之密切接触;密切接触是为了确保传热良好,从而带走电动机散发的热量;电动机冷却腔体(4)与回流管(8)通过螺纹、螺钉密封无泄漏相互连接;回流管(8)与引射器(3)通过螺纹、螺钉密封无泄漏相互连接。
