Abstract

本发明公开一种适用于射水抽气器的散热型水箱，包括水箱，所述水箱的顶部设有连接管和散热口，所述连接管伸入液面下，所述散热口下设有蒸汽导向阻水装置；风扇设在水箱内上部，所述水箱下部设有冷却水接口和循环水泵接口，所述循环水泵接口处设有防气蚀及降噪装置；水箱在少量冷却水的前提下就能自身实现自冷却，自行散热，降低了循环冷却水量，降低冷却水泵的耗功；本发明能够有效散发循环水的热量，降低循环水温，预防结垢，提高射水抽气器的使用效果，提高真空度。

一种适用于射水抽气器的散热型水箱
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于真空抽射设备的散热型水箱，特别是一种适用于射水抽气器的散热型水箱。
背景技术
射水抽气器是广泛运用于电厂凝汽器以及余热发电凝汽器的真空度提高设备，但其在工作过程中，射水抽气器的喷射水柱裹胁凝汽器中的不凝结气体，提高真空度，但由于射水抽气器在不停的运行过程中，随着裹胁的气体越来越多，而不凝结气体的温度较高，导致射水抽气器的循环水箱水温增加，而循环水箱的补水量有限且循环水含有大量的离子钙化物，随着使用年限的增加，在射水抽气器的喉管以及下部形成大量的结垢，影响射水抽气器的使用效果。
此外水箱内的水与水中溶解的气体无法分离，水流通过泵体时对泵造成气蚀，泵体内会产生坑点，还有较大的振动噪音，对水箱和泵体造成损坏。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术存在的技术问题，提出一种适用于射水抽气器的散热型水箱，射水抽气器配套用高效散热型水箱能够有效散发循环水的热量，降低循环水温，预防结垢，提高射水抽气器的使用效果，提高真空度。
本发明采用的技术方案如下：
一种适用于射水抽气器的散热型水箱，包括水箱，所述水箱的顶部设有连接管、排气口和散热口，所述连接管伸入液面下，所述散热口下设有蒸汽导向阻水装置；风扇设在水箱内上部，汽水分离装置设在水箱内部下端，所述水箱下部设有冷却水接口和循环水泵接口，所述循环水泵接口处设有防气蚀及降噪装置。
进一步的，所述连接管和散热口之间设有液位波动隔板，所述液位波动隔板伸入液面下。
进一步的，所述汽水分离装置设在液位波动隔板的下方。
进一步的，所述蒸汽导向阻水装置由网层组成，网层由倒三角铁组成。
进一步的，所述防气蚀及降噪装置为多孔板壳体，多孔板壳体内置填料。
进一步的，所述连接管伸入液面下30mm。
进一步的，水箱的一侧设有液位显示接口和排污口。
进一步的，所述蒸汽导向阻水装置置于液面以上。
进一步的，所述风扇为气动散热风扇。
进一步的，所述连接管与射水抽气器连接。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有如下优点：
本发明水箱摒弃传统水箱的不足之处，循环水只能通过加冷凝水来降低温度。
水箱在少量冷却水的前提下就能自身实现自冷却，自行散热，降低了循环冷却水量，降低冷却水泵的耗功。
水箱能够降低冷却水量的投入，降低冷却水中钙离子在射水抽气器内壁结垢，提高射水抽气器的使用效果，提高射水抽气器的真空度。
通过防气蚀及降噪装置，将水箱内的水与水中溶解的气体进行分离，降低水中气体含量，减少水流通过泵体时对泵形成气蚀现场，延长泵的使用寿命，该装置还可以降低流体在流动过程中产生的噪声。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的说明：
如图1所示，一种适用于射水抽气器的散热型水箱，包括水箱2，所述水箱的顶部设有连接管1、排气口14和散热口6，所述连接管1伸入液面下，所述散热口6下设有蒸汽导向阻水装置9；风扇7设在水箱内上部，汽水分离装置13设在水箱内部下端，所述水箱下部设有冷却水接口10和循环水泵接口11，所述循环水泵接口11处设有防气蚀及降噪装置12；所述连接管和散热口6之间设有液位波动隔板5，所述液位波动隔板5伸入液面下；所述汽水分离装置设在液位波动隔板的下方；所述蒸汽导向阻水装置由网层组成，网层由倒三角铁组成；所述防气蚀及降噪装置为多孔板壳体，多孔板壳体内置填料；所述连接管1伸入液面下30mm；水箱的一侧设有液位显示接口3和排污口4；所述蒸汽导向阻水装置9置于液面以上；所述风扇7为气动散热风扇；所述连接管与射水抽气器连接。
射水抽气器与连接管1相连，液位显示接口3接液位显示装置，用于检测水位高度，射水抽气器高速水柱作用于水箱，连接管1伸入液面下300mm，液位波动隔板5防止水流引起水箱内液位的波动，水箱内的多余蒸汽通过排气口14直接排除，汽水分离装置13使循环水中裹胁的气体被分离，从而通过14排气口排出；冷却水通过冷却水接口12进行冷却水补给，射水抽气器高速水柱裹胁气体进入液面下，气体通过与水箱内的水进行混合，多余不凝结气体溢出，通过蒸汽导向阻水装置9汽水分离，对于气体在压力作用下推动气动散热风扇7旋转，降低蒸汽压力，减轻对大气作用力，气动散热风扇旋转带走多余不凝结低温蒸汽，完成散热循环；在循环水泵接口11处设有防气蚀及降噪装置12，将水箱内的水与水中溶解的气体进行分离，降低水中气体含量，减少水流通过泵体时对泵形成气蚀现场，延长泵的使用寿命，该装置还可以降低流体在流动过程中产生的噪声。

1.一种适用于射水抽气器的散热型水箱，包括水箱(2)，其特征在于：所述水箱的顶部设有连接管(1)、排气口(14)和散热口(6)，所述连接管(1)伸入液面下，所述散热口(6)下设有蒸汽导向阻水装置(9)；风扇(7)设在水箱内上部，汽水分离装置(13)设在水箱内部下端，所述水箱下部设有冷却水接口(10)和循环水泵接口(11)，所述循环水泵接口(11)处设有防气蚀及降噪装置(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于射水抽气器的散热型水箱，其特征在于：所述连接管(1)、排气口(14)与散热口(6)之间设有液位波动隔板(5)，所述液位波动隔板(5)伸入液面下。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于射水抽气器的散热型水箱，其特征在于：所述汽水分离装置设在液位波动隔板(5)的下方。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于射水抽气器的散热型水箱，其特征在于：所述蒸汽导向阻水装置(9)由网层组成，网层由倒三角铁组成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于射水抽气器的散热型水箱，其特征在于：所述防气蚀及降噪装置为多孔板壳体，多孔板壳体内置填料。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种适用于射水抽气器的散热型水箱，其特征在于：所述连接管(1)伸入液面下30mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于射水抽气器的散热型水箱，其特征在于：水箱的一侧设有液位显示接口(3)和排污口(4)。
