背景技术
钢结构是主要由钢制材料组成的结构,是主要的建筑结构类型之一。结构主要由型钢和钢板等制成的钢梁、钢柱、钢桁架等构件组成,各构件或部件之间通常采用焊缝、螺栓或铆钉连接,因其自重较轻,且施工简便,被广泛应用于大型厂房、场馆、超高层等领域。在钢结构建筑中,主板装配完成后要在主板上浇注混凝土,浇注混凝土的过程中,混凝土容易溢出,从而落在下方的主板架上,导致后期清理困难,清理过程中容易。
实用新型内容
针对上述技术问题,本实用新型的目的是提供一种装配式钢结构集成楼盖砼浇筑成型工装。
本实用新型的技术方案具体为:
一种装配式钢结构集成楼盖砼浇筑成型工装,包括围挡板和U型夹,围挡板围绕着主板架的边缘设置,U型夹上固定有一螺母,螺母中配合有螺栓,围挡板的底端伸入U型夹中,通过螺栓将围挡板固定在主板架边缘处,围挡板的顶端高于主板架。
所述螺栓的一端设置有手柄。
所述围挡板首尾相接围绕着主板架的边缘,围挡板与主板架之间设置有橡胶板,相邻两个围挡板的接缝处设置有填缝围挡板,填缝围挡板与围挡板的接触面轮廓相同,围挡板高出主板架的高度不低于浇砼的高度。
所述围挡板由一个倒L型板和一个7字形板拼接而成,倒L型板位于主板架平面上方,7字形板位于主板架平面的下方,7字形板的底端向主板架倾斜并与主板架接触,橡胶板位于7字形板与主板架之间。
所述围挡板在长度方向上设置有筋板,筋板固定在7字形板上,筋板的顶部与倒L型板的水平方向上的板连接在一起。
所述填缝围挡板由一竖直板和一7字形板拼接而成。
相对于现有技术,本实用新型的技术效果为,通过设置的围挡板对浇砼的高度进行标高,防止浇筑混凝土时污染主板架钢构,减少清洁工作,通过在围挡板的接缝处设置填缝围挡板,防止混凝土从围挡板的接缝处渗出。

具体实施方式
如图1-2中所示,一种装配式钢结构集成楼盖砼浇筑成型工装,包括围挡板3和U型夹2,围挡板3围绕着主板架1的边缘设置,U型夹2上固定有一螺母7,螺母7中配合有螺栓6,螺栓6的一端设置有手柄5,围挡板3的底端伸入U型夹2的U型槽中,U型夹2的一侧伸入主板架中,拧动手柄5通过螺栓6顶紧围挡板3,将围挡板3牢固固定在主板架1边缘处,围挡板3的顶端高于主板架1,围挡板3高出主板架1的高度不低于浇砼的高度,优选的,围挡板3高出主板架的高度与浇砼的高度一致,能够对浇砼定高,防止混凝土污染主板架的钢板,减少清洁工作。
围挡板3首尾相接围绕着主板架1的边缘,围挡板3与主板架1之间设置有橡胶板8,相邻两个围挡板3的接缝处设置有填缝围挡板4,防止混凝土从围挡板的接缝处渗出,填缝围挡板4与围挡板3的接触面轮廓相同,围挡板3由一个倒L型板和一个7字形板拼接而成,倒L型板位于主板架1平面上方,7字形板位于主板架1平面的下方,7字形板的底端向主板架倾斜并与之接触,橡胶板8位于7字形板与主板架1之间,防止围挡板3与主板架之间摩擦磨损。
如图3中所示,围挡板3在长度方向上设置有筋板9,筋板9固定在7字形板上,筋板9的顶部与倒L型板的水平方向上的板连接在一起,围挡板3设置长度过程的话,筋板9能对围挡板3的倒L型板起到支撑的作用,防止水平方向的板向下倾斜坍塌,影响浇砼的标高。
填缝围挡板4由一竖直板和一7字形板拼接而成。

3.如权利要求1所述的装配式钢结构集成楼盖砼浇筑成型工装,其特征在于:所述围挡板(3)首尾相接围绕着主板架(1)的边缘,围挡板(3)与主板架(1)之间设置有橡胶板(8),相邻两个围挡板(3)的接缝处设置有填缝围挡板(4),填缝围挡板(4)与围挡板(3)的接触面轮廓相同,围挡板(3)高出主板架(1)的高度不低于浇砼的高度。
