背景技术
钢结构是主要由钢制材料组成的结构,是主要的建筑结构类型之一。结构主要由型钢和钢板等制成的钢梁、钢柱、钢桁架等构件组成,各构件或部件之间通常采用焊缝、螺栓或铆钉连接,因其自重较轻,且施工简便,被广泛应用于大型厂房、场馆、超高层等领域。在钢结构建筑中,最主要的构件柱、粱、主板均为工厂批量生产制造,再运输到施工现场进行拼接安装,主板架桁架梁在制作时很容易出现腹杆定位位置、倾斜角度偏差的问题,为了准确定位会使得装配工序繁琐,影响进度。

针对上述技术问题,本实用新型的目的是提供一种装配式钢结构桁架梁制作平台。
本实用新型的技术方案具体为:
一种装配式钢结构桁架梁制作平台,包括上下两根平行设置的底座工字钢,两根底座工字钢之间设置有腹杆定位杆,腹杆定位杆包括竖杆定位杆和斜杆定位杆,竖杆定位杆垂直于底座工字钢,两根底座工字钢的外侧对称设置有定位块,底座工字钢的端部设置有活动挡板。
所述定位块为角铁,定位块包括端定位块、外定位块和中定位块,端定位块位于底座工字钢的端部外侧,中定位块位于竖杆定位杆的两端,其余的为外定位块。
所述底座工字钢的端部还设置有螺栓,螺栓上配合有螺母,螺母焊接在工装上,螺栓位于活动挡板的外侧。
所述中定位块上焊接有槽钢。
相对于现有技术,本实用新型的技术效果为,腹杆用仿行定位,在工装焊接有与桁架梁相同的腹杆,减少定位装置对产品脱模增加的阻力,使桁架梁中间的竖杆可以从两端推进,减少了繁琐的装配工序。

具体实施方式
如图1中所示,一种装配式钢结构桁架梁制作平台,包括底座工字钢6,底座工字钢6用于桁架弦杆的定位,底座工字钢6外侧设置有定位块,上下两根底座工字钢6之间设置有腹杆定位杆4,腹杆定位杆4用于腹杆的定位。腹杆定位杆4包括竖杆定位杆41和斜杆定位杆42,竖杆定位杆41垂直于底座工字钢6,两根底座工字钢6的外侧对称设置有定位块,底座工字钢6的端部设置有活动挡板7和螺栓1,活动挡板可选用现场滞用槽钢制作,螺栓1上配合有螺母,螺母焊接在工装上,螺栓1位于活动挡板7的外侧,两个活动挡板7之间的距离与成品桁架的长度一致,通过活动挡板对弦杆的两端部定位,再拧动螺栓,使螺栓顶紧活动挡板,保证弦杆在焊接过程中不偏移。
定位块为角铁,定位块包括端定位块2、外定位块3和中定位块5,端定位块2位于底座工字钢6的端部外侧,用于限制桁架弦杆的端部,中定位块5位于竖直腹杆定位杆4的两端,用于竖向腹杆位置的定位,其余的为外定位块3,外定位块3用于桁架弦杆侧面的定位。中定位块5上焊接有槽钢,加强中定位块的支撑。
使用时,将两根桁架弦杆放置在底座工字钢6上,弦杆的端部顶在活动挡板上,调整螺栓,使其顶紧活动挡板,防止焊接过程中弦杆攒动,通过活动挡板与端定位块2对弦杆的端部定位,通过外定位块对弦杆的外侧定位,弦杆定位后,按照斜杆定位杆的位置及倾斜方向放置斜杆腹杆,然后点焊,根据竖杆定位杆及中定位块的位置放置竖杆腹杆,放置好后进行点焊,完成桁架的装配。

2.如权利要求1所述的装配式钢结构桁架梁制作平台,其特征在于:所述定位块为角铁,定位块包括端定位块(2)、外定位块(3)和中定位块(5),端定位块(2)位于底座工字钢(6)的端部外侧,中定位块(5)位于竖杆定位杆(41)的两端,其余的为外定位块(3)。
3.如权利要求1所述的装配式钢结构桁架梁制作平台,其特征在于:所述底座工字钢(6)的端部还设置有螺栓(1),螺栓(1)上配合有螺母,螺母焊接在工装上,螺栓(1)位于活动挡板(7)的外侧。
