背景技术
传统的无铅电气玻璃焊料连接件包括铜或黄铜材料,其表现的特征是相应于材料的高甚至极高的导电性,但相比玻璃热膨胀系数较高,这使得连接件和玻璃之间界面处的机械张力增加。特别借助于铟或铋基焊料来提供缓解,由于它们的特殊的材料特性,这些焊料可补偿连接件和玻璃之间的张力,或者在铋的情况下当冷却时可显示反向膨胀行为,然而,由于它们在比常规含铅合金 (约180℃至250℃)更低的温度范围(约110℃至150℃)内熔化,因此这需要在温度应用范围内作出妥协。
