本实用新型属环保行业隔音墙制作、安装领域，具体涉及一种由型钢与隔音板的连接方式。
背景技术
常规的隔音墙为在工厂进行型钢和隔音板制作、现场进行型钢支撑架的安装以后，再将成品隔音板插入型钢翼缘之间的制作安装方法。由于型钢支撑架已完成安装，型钢与型钢之间跨距已固定，故对隔音板的尺寸误差要求很小，且因隔音板安装在型钢翼缘之间，隔音墙从外观上无法保持整齐与统一性。
发明内容
为了解决项目现场因隔音板尺寸误差或型钢与型钢之间跨距误差所导致的无法安装的问题，本实用新型提供结构简单、安装方便的一种型钢与隔音板的连接结构。
一种型钢与隔音板的连接结构，包括型钢支撑架、隔音板、连接螺栓，其特征是所述隔音板内预埋连接件，连接件设置螺栓连接孔，螺栓一头与预埋件的连接孔连接，螺栓另一头通过连接压板与型钢翼缘紧固连接。
本实用新型提高了生产、施工效率，可以实现工程设备化、设备模块化、模块标准化生产。

图1所示，一种型钢与隔音板的连接结构，包括H型钢4、隔音板1、螺栓3，其特征是所述隔音板1内预埋连接件5，连接件5设置螺栓连接孔，螺栓3一头与连接件的连接孔连接，螺栓另一头通过连接压板2与H型钢4的翼缘紧固连接。
