背景技术
目前建筑铝木门窗的木头结构形式种类繁多,但一般成品保护方面均不理想,许多技术人员为之作出了一定的努力,均未获得满意的结果。
由图1可见:主要缺点是门窗框20安装完毕后,土建方再进行内外墙面粉刷工作,木线条30极易在粉刷过程中被污染,易损坏,不易更换。图中:墙体2。

本实用新型提供了一种安装方便的铝木门窗安装结构,旨在解决上述问题。

本实用新型包括:门窗框架以及在门窗框架下的墙体;所述的门窗框架是指一般的铝木门窗铝型材骨架,所述墙体是指一般外墙或是有外墙保温的外墙;还包括:与墙体连接的钢质副框;所述的钢质副框与门窗框架是由连接件和第一螺钉配装实现的;一根木线条;所述的木线条通过第二螺钉连接卡件;所述的卡件处还包括一个与其对应的槽口;木线条下还包括一个密封胶。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:安装方便、降低成品损坏,有利于成品保护。

下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细描述:
由图2可见:本实用新型包括:门窗框架1以及在门窗框架1下的墙体2;所述的门窗框架1是指一般的铝木门窗铝型材骨架,所述墙体是指一般外墙或是有外墙保温的外墙;还包括:与墙体2连接的钢质副框8;所述的钢质副框8与门窗框架1是由连接件9和第一螺钉10配装实现的;一根木线条3;所述的木线条3通过第二螺钉4连接卡件5;所述的卡件5处还包括一个与其对应的槽口6;木线条3下还包括一个密封胶7。
本实用新型在需安装的建筑洞口内,先按照要求安装钢质副框8,与墙体2连接,钢质副框8安装完毕后,由土建方进行内外墙面粉刷。完毕后再安装门窗框架1,门窗框架1与钢质副框8连接是由连接件9螺钉10配装实现。门窗框架1安装完毕后,再由建筑室内装饰进行室内装饰施工。装饰工程完成后,再将木线条3安装在窗框上,木线条3的安装是由螺钉4与型材卡件5与窗框槽口6连接而成。木线条3可通过工具将卡件5从槽口6中脱卸,全部安装结束后再打密封胶7。
本实用新型通过卡件的连接将木线条在其他工种施工结束后再安装。操作简单,安装方便,有利于成品保护。也可根据用户要求脱卸木线条,方便更换木线产品。
