技术领域
本实用新型涉及医疗器械领域,具体地,涉及一种头部偏置骨锚固件,特别是一种适用于机器人微创脊柱手术的带偏置头部的骨锚螺钉。
背景技术
多轴椎弓根螺钉通常用于腰椎融合手术。这种螺钉被设计成可在和骨锚定之前或之后容纳其它的诸如稳定杆在内的器械或植入物。螺钉的定位和对准决定了可附加器械的位置和方向。在稳定脊柱的手术中,多个椎弓根螺钉被安置到椎骨上,并且一个或多个杆体在紧固件之间延伸,用以固定脊柱的某一部分。
由于椎弓根螺钉通常用于腰椎融合手术,因此螺钉植入的精确度至关重要。因此,机器人有时被用于辅助安置和固定这些螺钉。
典型的多轴椎弓根螺钉具有与郁金香轴向对齐的骨锚螺钉。但在许多情况下,多轴骨锚固件中的杆开口部不能直接安置在脊柱融合构造中的固定杆下方。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷,本实用新型的目的是提供一种头部偏置骨锚固件。
根据本实用新型提供的头部偏置骨锚固件,包含钉体,所述钉体包含伸长柄部与结合头部,伸长柄部与结合头部紧固连接或一体成型,所述结合头部从伸长柄部的轴线径向偏移;
伸长柄部包含依次连接的柄尖部、柄身部、柄尾部,柄尖部和/或柄身部上设置有加固突起,所述加固突起包含以下任一种或任多种结构:螺纹、倒刺、翅片、环形凸棱、弧形凸棱、直线凸棱、凸点;
柄尾部和/或结合头部上设置有加紧结构。
优选地,所述加紧结构包含加紧凸起或加紧凹槽。
优选地,所述伸长柄部中设置有流体通道;流体通道沿伸长柄部的轴向和/或径向贯穿伸长柄部的外端面;
流体通道与加紧凹槽相互连通;或者,
柄尾部上设置有灌注开孔,流体通道与灌注开孔连通。
优选地,所述柄尖部上设置有第一缺部,第一缺部与灌注开孔连通或不连通。
优选地,所述结合头部形状为球形或椭球形。
优选地,还包含接收构件,接收构件上设置有头部接收槽,所述结合头部安装在头部接收槽中。
优选地,所述接收构件上还设置有第一凹槽,所述第一凹槽中滑动安装有第一锁定构件;
结合头部能够到达第一凹槽中并与第一锁定构件接触。
优选地,所述接收构件上还设置有杆体接收槽,杆体接收槽中安装有固定杆。
优选地,所述接收构件上还设置有第二凹槽,所述第二凹槽中滑动安装有第二锁定构件;
所述第二锁定构件滑入第二凹槽中能够引起杆体接收槽形状的变化。
优选地,所述结合头部、柄身部分别分布在:
--柄尾部沿长度方向的两端;
--柄尾部沿厚度方向的两端;
或者,所述结构头部包含座体,所述座体连接在柄尾部的径向端面上。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下的有益效果:
1、本实用新型能够调节球形头部相对于伸长柄部的位置,并因此改变多轴接收构件(例如郁金香形件)相对于脊柱融合构造的位置。
2、本实用新型中偏置头部设计允许旋转螺钉杆以使偏置头部和郁金香形件与固定杆对准而不使用诸如横向偏置连接器等的附加硬件。
3、本实用新型能够在将钉体打入到椎体后,再进行接收构件与杆体的安装,便于实际的手术操作。
4、流体通道的设置,为骨水泥的注入提供了通道,进一步提高本实用新型与目标椎体的结合强度。

伸长柄部101用于与骨接合,实施例中,采用了螺纹伸长柄部101与偏置球形结合头部102。伸长柄部101具有长度LS。具有郁金香接合部的结合头部102从伸长柄部101 的轴线偏移距离RO。
优选地,所述加紧结构包含加紧凸起或加紧凹槽114。加紧结构用于使用螺丝刀等结构将伸长柄部101进行旋拧。上述的郁金香接合部属于所述加紧凹槽114的一种。实际操作中,在结合头部102上设置加紧凹槽114即可,但是还可以是在柄尾部113上设置加紧结构,方便进行旋拧。如图2所示,在其中一个俯视图中,偏置的结合头部102 示出为以角度A1旋转,导致X1和Y1发生笛卡尔位移。在第二个俯视图中,偏置的结合头部102示出为以角度A2旋转,导致X2和Y2发生笛卡尔位移。换句话说,结合头部102的位置可以通过旋转偏置的伸长柄部101来进行调节。通过三角法可以容易地计算出特定的旋转量所获得的偏置量。进而,可以移动结合头部102以更好地对准固定杆 500,该固定杆500已是部分完成的脊柱融合构造的一部分。

如图4所示,本实用新型提供的头部偏置骨锚固件还包含接收构件200,接收构件200上设置有头部接收槽211,所述结合头部102安装在头部接收槽211中。所述接收构件200上还设置有第一凹槽212,所述第一凹槽212中滑动安装有第一锁定构件300;结合头部102能够到达第一凹槽212中并与第一锁定构件300接触。所述接收构件200 上还设置有杆体接收槽221,杆体接收槽221中安装有固定杆500。所述接收构件200 上还设置有第二凹槽222,所述第二凹槽222中滑动安装有第二锁定构件400;所述第二锁定构件400滑入第二凹槽222中能够引起杆体接收槽221形状的变化。也就是说,通过调整第一锁定构件300或第二锁定构件400,能够实现接收构件200对结合头部102 或固定杆500的固定或解锁。

1.一种头部偏置骨锚固件,其特征在于,包含钉体(100),所述钉体(100)包含伸长柄部(101)与结合头部(102),伸长柄部(101)与结合头部(102)紧固连接或一体成型,所述结合头部(102)从伸长柄部(101)的轴线径向偏移;
伸长柄部(101)包含依次连接的柄尖部(111)、柄身部(112)、柄尾部(113),柄尖部(111)和/或柄身部(112)上设置有加固突起,所述加固突起包含以下任一种或任多种结构:螺纹、倒刺、翅片、环形凸棱、弧形凸棱、直线凸棱、凸点;
柄尾部(113)和/或结合头部(102)上设置有加紧结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的头部偏置骨锚固件,其特征在于,所述加紧结构包含加紧凸起或加紧凹槽(114)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的头部偏置骨锚固件,其特征在于,所述伸长柄部(101)中设置有流体通道;流体通道沿伸长柄部(101)的轴向和/或径向贯穿伸长柄部(101)的外端面;
流体通道与加紧凹槽(114)相互连通;或者,
柄尾部(113)上设置有灌注开孔,流体通道与灌注开孔连通。
4.根据权利要求3所述的头部偏置骨锚固件,其特征在于,所述柄尖部(111)上设置有第一缺部(115),第一缺部(115)与灌注开孔连通或不连通。
5.根据权利要求1所述的头部偏置骨锚固件,其特征在于,所述结合头部(102)形状为球形或椭球形。
6.根据权利要求1所述的头部偏置骨锚固件,其特征在于,还包含接收构件(200),接收构件(200)上设置有头部接收槽(211),所述结合头部(102)安装在头部接收槽(211)中。
7.根据权利要求6所述的头部偏置骨锚固件,其特征在于,所述接收构件(200)上还设置有第一凹槽(212),所述第一凹槽(212)中滑动安装有第一锁定构件(300);
结合头部(102)能够到达第一凹槽(212)中并与第一锁定构件(300)接触。
8.根据权利要求6所述的头部偏置骨锚固件,其特征在于,所述接收构件(200)上还设置有杆体接收槽(221),杆体接收槽(221)中安装有固定杆(500)。
9.根据权利要求7所述的头部偏置骨锚固件,其特征在于,所述接收构件(200)上还设置有第二凹槽(222),所述第二凹槽(222)中滑动安装有第二锁定构件(400);
所述第二锁定构件(400)滑入第二凹槽(222)中能够引起杆体接收槽(221)形状的变化。
10.根据权利要求1所述的头部偏置骨锚固件,其特征在于,所述结合头部(102)、柄身部(112)分别分布在:
--柄尾部(113)沿长度方向的两端;
--柄尾部(113)沿厚度方向的两端;
或者,所述结构头部包含座体(121),所述座体(121)连接在柄尾部(113)的径向端面上。
