本实用新型涉及污水处理领域,具体涉及一种高速除油装置及快速高效除油气浮滤池。
背景技术
生化或物化反应后的污水含有ss悬浮物,ss悬浮物指悬浮在水中的固体物质,包括不溶于水中的无机物、有机物及泥砂、黏土、微生物等。气浮是一种传统固液分离手段,气浮滤池(DAFF)是溶气浮选池与多介质滤池相结合的一种新型工艺,气浮滤池上部分为矩形溶气浮选池,下部分为多介质滤池。
一般气浮滤池由溶气释放系统、浮选过滤系统、气水反冲洗系统、污泥系统组成。气浮的原理是采用部分回流压力溶气气浮法,将进水总量的10%-27%泵入到溶气罐中,然后增压,同时利用空气压缩机向罐内压缩空气使之过饱和,然后由溶气释放系统瞬间减压,产生大量的微细气泡,从而由絮凝产生的絮体物质和一些细小颗粒与微小气泡结合在一起被浮到水面上,水中还有未被气浮去除的自由油、乳化油和部分的的悬浮物,滤池继续除油、除悬浮物。
现有的气浮滤池存在以下缺点:
(1)、当水质波动,气浮滤池的运行会不稳定;
(2)、在加混凝剂或絮凝剂的时候导致有些可以回收的浮油,无法回收利用;
(3)、气浮滤池反洗不彻底,滤料容易板结。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本实用新型的目的之一在于提供一种高速除油装置,其优点是:可以将污水中的浮油高效去除。
本实用新型的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种高速除油装置,包括沿污水流动方向依次设置的进水室和若干气浮室,所述进水室远离所述气浮室的一侧连接有进水管,所述进水管伸入所述进水室内且进水管伸入进水室的管段向上延伸;
各个气浮室内设置有导流槽以及设在导流槽内的溶气释放器,所述气浮室内插有与所述溶气释放器连接的进气管;
所述进水室与靠近所述进水室的气浮室之间通过一进水口连通,且设在靠近进水室的气浮室内的导流槽位于所述进水口处并与所述进水口连通;
相邻气浮室之间通过一过水孔道连通,相邻气浮室内设置的导流槽与所述过水孔道连通。
通过上述技术方案,溶气释放器会形成很多的细小气泡,细小的气泡在上浮过程中将水中的油粒带到水面上,在水面上形成油层,而且溶气释放器处于导流槽内水流方向上,加速油粒的上升速度,油粒上升至水面后,快速溶于油层。若干气浮室的设置将污水中的油粒进行多次去除实现高效去除的目的。
本实用新型进一步设置为:所述导流槽设置为半圆柱形导流槽,所述导流槽沿轴向一端设置有与过水孔道或所述进水口连通的导入口,导流槽远离所述导入口一端封闭;
所述导流槽的槽口所在平面与水平面形成40-60度的夹角。
通过上述技术方案,进水管内的污水流入与之连接的导流槽内,导流槽内水流与溶气释放器形成的气泡同路径运动,气泡在上浮过程中将水中油粒带到水面之上形成油层,导流槽内的水流通过过水孔道流入下一个气浮室,同理使得污水中的油粒上浮至水面形成油层,对流入气浮区的污水进行多次除油。
本实用新型进一步设置为:所述气浮室和所述进水室上部外侧壁还连接有集油槽,所述气浮室和所述进水室设有集油槽的侧壁顶端低于气浮滤池的顶端,且所述气浮室和所述进水室设有集油槽的侧壁上部设有顶部为锯齿状的撇油堰板,所述集油槽处于所述撇油堰板下方。
通过上述技术方案,随着上浮的油粒的积累,油粒溢过撇油堰板,流到集油槽,实现对油粒的收集,方便后期循环再利用。
本实用新型的目的之二是提供一种快速高效除油气浮滤池,一种快速高效除油气浮滤池,包括沿污水流动方向依次设置的高速除油区、气浮区和过滤区,所述高速除油区包括所述高速除油装置,所述气浮区与高速除油区的远离进水室的一侧之间通过一过水通道连通,所述过滤区底部连接有出水管。
通过上述技术方案,经过高速除油装置的污水依次经过气浮区和过滤区,对污水进行除油以及ss悬浮物的去除,最终从出水管流出。
本实用新型进一步设置为:所述高速除油区与所述气浮区之间还设置有混凝区,所述混凝区内安装有第一搅拌器,所述混凝区靠近所述高速除油区一侧的底部设有连通所述高速除油区与所述混凝区的过水通道。
通过上述技术方案,经过高速除油后的污水从过水通道进入到混凝区,在第一搅拌器作用下,污水与混凝区中的混凝剂在搅拌下充分混合,形成大量的细小矾花,小矾花通过絮凝区絮凝后,进入气浮区。
本实用新型进一步设置为:所述高速除油区与所述混凝区之间还设置有推流区,所述推流区与所述高速除油区和所述混凝区之间均通过一过水通道连通;
所述推流区与所述高速除油区之间的所述过水通道处于气浮滤池的下端,所述推流区与所述混凝区之间的所述过水通道处于气浮滤池的上端。
通过上述技术方案,推流区的设置使得推流区内的污水从混凝区的上端流入,再结合第一搅拌器的作用,混凝剂投入时污水与混凝剂接触更加充分。
本实用新型进一步设置为:所述混凝区与所述气浮区之间还设置有絮凝区,所述絮凝区内部安装有导流筒,所述导流筒内部设置有第二搅拌器;
所述絮凝区靠近所述高速除油区一侧的底部设有连通所述气浮室与所述絮凝区的过水孔道,所述过水孔道与所述导流筒之间设置有导水管,所述导水管一端设置在所述过水孔道处且与所述过水孔道连通,另一端处于所述导流筒内。
通过上述技术方案,经混凝区内经过混凝后的混合液进入絮凝区,在絮凝区投加絮凝剂,污水中的ss悬浮物在絮凝剂的作用下形成絮体进入气浮区。导流筒和第二搅拌器的设置使得污水在絮凝区形成一个内部循环,使得絮凝区内的污水可以充分与絮凝剂接触。

通过上述技术方案,气浮区的溶气释放器会形成大量的气泡,气泡将污水中形成的大矾花带到水面上,部分污水翻过挡板进入过滤区。
本实用新型进一步设置为:所述挡板上部朝向过滤区一侧倾斜,且与水平方向形成50-70度夹角。
通过上述技术方案,如此设置能够使得配水均匀,气浮区不会产生死水区;还可以降低小气泡碰撞产生大气泡的机率。
本实用新型进一步设置为:所述过滤区下部设置有滤料层,所述过滤区上端设置有刮渣机,所述过滤区上端设有所述刮渣机的一侧设置有对刮渣机刮渣后的浮渣收集的刮渣槽。
通过上述技术方案,翻过挡板进入过滤区的矾花一部分在滤池表面形成一层浮渣,通过刮渣机刮除,落在刮渣槽内;还有一些较密实较重的矾花会因为重力慢慢的沉淀下来,通过滤料层的滤料将其过滤。
本实用新型进一步设置为:所述滤料层与气浮滤池底部之间还设置有反洗装置,所述反洗装置包括设置在所述滤料层内的汽提导管,所述汽提导管上下连通且靠近气浮滤池底部一端处于滤料层内,所述汽提导管内填充有滤料;
所述汽提导管一端连通有反洗进气管,所述反洗进气管远离所述汽提导管一端穿过所述气浮滤池的侧壁连接有一风机。
通过上述技术方案,使用时,通过反洗进气管向汽提导管内充气,就可以实现汽提导管内滤料的内部循环,滤料之间相互摩擦扰动,达到滤料清洗的过程。相较于现有技术,这种反洗装置不需要布置反洗进水管就可以实现对滤料的清洗作业,减少了投资,而且简化了反洗流程,使得反洗更加简洁方便。
本实用新型进一步设置为:所述滤料层上方还安装有若干绕丝滤水管,各个绕丝滤水管一端封闭,另一端直接或连通后穿出气浮滤池的室壁并连通有一反洗废水池。
通过上述技术方案,绕丝滤水管的设置将反洗废水排至反洗废水池,同时不会使滤料流出。
本实用新型进一步设置为:所述滤料层下方还设置有若干滤头和滤板,所述滤板与所述气浮滤池的室壁固接,且所述滤头固接在所述滤板上。

综上所述,本实用新型具有以下有益效果:
1、占地面积比较小。由于将气浮池与过滤池叠加,占地面积能够减少50%,特别适合占地面积紧张的厂区改造项目;
2、可实现浮油的收集重复利用,首先通过气浮池的多室设计快速将浮油收集;
3、适用领域比较广,油田采出水、海上平台采出水、炼油和石化含油污水、煤化工含油污水、油轮压舱水、造纸厂白水、采矿业污水、食品加工厂污水、老厂改造,占地受限的场合、对油有回收需求的场合、现有涡凹气浮与溶气气浮除油不达标的场合等;
4、通过气浮区和过滤区的设置将污水中的ss悬浮物进行分离过滤;
5、通过气浮室将浮油收集,减少了加药量,较少加药量,运行成本低,运行能耗较低,建设投资省,可实现整体钢结构建造;
6、反洗装置的设置可以实现滤料层的反冲洗,保证出水水质和水量;
7、绕丝滤水管的设置可以将过滤区内反洗废水流出,同时防止滤料随之流出;
8、可以实现最终出水含油≤5ppm,设置混凝区、絮凝区气浮区以及过滤区,最终实现出水悬浮物≤5ppm,处理精度高,出水水质好。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细说明。其中相同的零部件用相同的附图标记表示。需要说明的是,下面描述中使用的词语“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“上”、“下”、“底面”和“顶面”指的是附图中的方向,词语“内”和“外”分别指的是朝向或远离特定部件几何中心的方向。
实施例1
如图1所示,本实施例提供的一种高速除油装置,包括沿污水流动方向依次设置的进水室25和若干气浮室24,进水室25远离气浮室24一侧连接有进水管1,进水管1穿过进水室25远离气浮室24一侧的室壁并向上延伸。进水室25与气浮室24之间通过一过水孔道23连通,相邻的气浮室24之间也通过过水孔道23连通,过水孔道23分别设置在相邻气浮室24或气浮室24与进水室25的共用室壁上。每个气浮室24内设置有溶气释放器7和导流槽21,溶气释放器7处于导流槽21内,溶气释放器7通过进气管连接有溶气罐71,进气管插在气浮室24内。
进水管1与高速除油区2之间还可以设置有螺旋分离器,螺旋分离器倾斜安装,螺旋分离器的设置可以将进入高速除油区2内污水中比重较大的颗粒进行初步分离。
溶气释放器7会形成很多的细小气泡,细小的气泡在上浮过程中将水中的油粒带到水面上,在水面上形成油层。进水室25的设置将由进水管1进入高速除油区2内的污水进行粗过滤,而且进水管1在进水室25内且在竖直方向上设置,使得进水室25内的污水经过一定的扰动进入气浮室24 ,再次在溶气释放器7的作用下将污水内的油粒带到液面上。若干气浮室24的设置将污水中的油粒进行多次去除。溶气释放器7处于导流槽21内污水流动方向上,加速油粒的上升速度,油粒上升至水面后,快速溶于油层。
为了实现对液面上方浮油的收集,在气浮室24和进水室25的上部外侧壁还连接有集油槽241,设有集油槽241的室壁上部设有顶部为锯齿状的撇油堰板22,且撇油堰板22顶端低于气浮滤池顶端,撇油堰板22沿着设有集油槽241的室壁的长度方向设置,集油槽241处于处于撇油堰板22下方。如此设置使得随着浮油的积累,液面上方的浮油溢过撇油堰板22流入集油槽241,实现对油粒的收集,方便后期循环再利用。撇油堰板22与气浮室24或进水室25可拆卸连接,可以调节撇油堰板22的高度。若干气浮室24下端设置有排放阀,当对气浮室24进行清理或维修的时候,将气浮室24内的污水排出,方便清理。
如图2和图3所示,导流槽21设置为半圆形导流槽,导流槽21沿轴向一端设置有与过水孔道23或进水口242连通的导入口211,导流槽21远离导入口211一端封闭。设置在靠近进水室25一侧的气浮室24内的导流槽21设在进水口242处并与进水口242连通。其余气浮室24内导流槽21的导入口211与过水孔道23连通。导流槽21的槽口构成供污水从导流槽21流到气浮室24的出水口212,出水口212在径向方向上一端高于另一端,也就是说导流槽21槽口所在平面与水平面呈现40-60度的夹角。导流槽21使水流与气泡同路径运动,细小的气泡在上浮的过程中将水中的油粒带到水面,同时出水口212的设置使得导流槽21内的污水可以从低端流出,进而从过水孔道23流至下一个气浮室24的导流槽21,推动气浮室24内的水流扰动,使得污水中的油粒更多地漂浮至水面上。依次循环,若干气浮室24对污水中的油粒进行多次除油。
过水孔道23或进水口242可以设置在气浮室24室壁的中间部位也可以设置在气浮室24内的其他部位,当过水孔道23或进水口242处于气浮室24室壁的下方时,此时导流槽21也处于气浮室24室壁的下方,如此设置更方便气浮室24内的污水上下扰动,与气泡接触面积更大,除油更干净高效。
实施例2
如图1所示,本实施例提供的一种带有高速除油装置的快速高效除油装置,包括沿着污水流动方向依次设置的高速除油区2、混凝区3、絮凝区4、气浮区5和过滤区6,高速除油区2包括实施例1中的高速除油装置,高速除油区2与混凝区3、絮凝区4与气浮区5之间均通过一过水通道8连通,过水通道8可以设在气浮滤池相邻区域的共用壁面的底端混凝区3与絮凝区4之间通过过水孔道23连通。过滤区6底部连通有供气浮过滤后的水流出的出水管64。高速除油区2用于对污水的油粒进行多次高效除去,使得将油粒去除后的污水通过过水通道8进入混凝区3,混凝区3使得污水中的ss悬浮物形成细小的小矾花,带有小矾花的污水混合液通过过水孔道23进入絮凝区4,絮凝区4将细小的小矾花聚合形成均一密实的大矾花,矾花混合液通过过水通道8进入气浮区5,通过气浮区5将大矾花带到水面上,还有一部分污水进入过滤区6,经过过滤区6处理将污水中的ss悬浮物进行过滤,最后过滤后后的水从出水管64流出。
如图1和图2所示,混凝区3内安装有第一搅拌器31和混凝剂加入管32,过水通道8处于混凝区3靠近絮凝区4一侧的底部,过水通道8的设置将高速除油区2与混凝区3连通,使得高速除油区2内经过高速除油后的水从过水通道8进入到混凝区3,通过混凝剂加入管32向混凝区3内加入混凝剂,在第一搅拌器31作用下,污水与混凝区3中的混凝剂充分混合搅拌,此过程中加入的混凝剂为铝盐,通过吸附电中和、吸附架桥、压缩双电子层等作用脱稳形成大量的细小矾花。
高速除油区2与混凝区3之间还设置有推流区9,推流区9与高速除油区2和混凝区3之间均通过过水通道8连通,且推流区9与高速除油区2之间的过水通道8处于气浮滤池的下端,推流区9与混凝区3之间的过水通道8处于气浮滤池的上端。推流区9的设置使得高速除油区2内除油后的污水通过过水通道8流向推流区9再通过过水通道8流向混凝区3,使得污水从混凝区3的上端流入,再结合第一搅拌器31的作用,混凝剂投入时污水与混凝剂接触更加充分。
絮凝区4内部安装有导流筒42和絮凝剂加入管43,导流筒42内部设置有第二搅拌器41,过水孔道23处于絮凝区4靠近混凝区3一侧的底部,过水孔道23将混凝区3与絮凝区4相连通,过水孔道23与导流筒42之间通过导流管44连通,导流管44一端设置在过水孔道23处且与过水孔道23连通,另一端处于导流筒42内部。经过混凝处理后的污水通过过水孔道23进到絮凝区4,通过絮凝剂加入管43在絮凝区4投加絮凝剂,絮凝剂通过投加环投加,导流管44的设置使得污水从导流筒42内部向上流与絮凝剂充分接触,然后从导流筒42顶部向下流,然后再次从导流筒42底部进入到导流筒42,在经过的絮凝区4会形成一个内部循环,第二搅拌器41增大对污水的扰动效果,使得污水更充分地与絮凝剂接触。絮凝剂将形成的细小矾花聚合在一起,形成比较大的均一密实的大矾花,所形成的矾花混合液通过过水通道8进入到气浮区5。
絮凝剂和混凝剂都可以将污水中的单独颗粒聚合形成矾花,当处理油滴粒径≥100μm的含油污水,不需投加混凝药剂;处理油滴粒径<100μm的含油污水,投加混凝药剂,将小颗粒物质形成小矾花。
气浮区5内也设置有溶气释放器7,溶气释放器7与溶气罐71连接,过滤区6靠近气浮区5的一侧设有将过滤区6与气浮区5分隔开的挡板61,挡板61顶端朝向过滤区6一侧倾斜。挡板61上端面低于气浮滤池上端面以供气浮区5内混合液流入过滤区6。气浮区5的溶气释放器7会形成大量的气泡,气泡将污水中形成的大矾花带到水面上,部分污水翻过挡板61进入过滤区6。
过滤区6下端设置有滤料层63,滤料层63内设置有滤料。当出水水质对除油要求较高时,滤料层63滤料选用核桃壳滤料;出水水质对ss要求较高时,滤料层63滤料选用石英砂滤料。过滤区6上方设置有刮渣机62和对刮渣机62刮渣后的浮渣收集的刮渣槽621,刮渣槽621处于过滤区6上方且设置在刮渣机62一侧。翻过挡板61进入过滤区6的比重较小的矾花在滤池表面形成一层浮渣,通过刮渣机62刮除,落在刮渣槽621内;还有一些较密实较重的矾花会因为重力慢慢的沉淀下来,通过滤料层63的滤料将其过滤。最终浮渣处于刮渣槽621内,经过滤分离后的水从出水管64流出。刮渣机62可以设置为行车式刮渣机,刮渣机62的工作原理和工作过程属于本领域公知常识,刮渣机62的设置也是常用技术手段,本实施例不再详细描述。
过滤区6工作一段时间后,随着滤料层63截污量的增加,滤料的孔隙率不断减少,污泥渗透度加深,对水流的阻力增大,致使滤速下降,滤池水位就逐渐上升,滤后水浊度升高。为使滤池在短时间内恢复正常运行,保证出水水质和水量,因此通常需要利用反洗装置的反向水流对滤料层63进行冲洗,从而使滤料层63再生,过滤区6重新开始正常工作。如图1和图4所示,在滤料层63与气浮滤池底部之间设置有反洗装置,反洗装置包括设置在滤料层63中的若干汽提导管65和与汽提导管65连通的反洗进气管66,汽提导管65上下连通且汽提导管65靠近气浮滤池底部一端处于滤料层63内部,汽提导管65内填充有滤料。汽提导管65的设置根据滤料层63的大小设置,可以根据滤料层63等面积设置。反洗进气管66一端与汽提导管65贯通连接,另一端穿出气浮滤池侧壁连接有风机,反洗进气管66上设置有手动阀门。出水管64上设置有出水阀门。需要反洗时,首先停止进水,然后降低过滤区的液位,当液位低于挡板61时,关闭出水阀门,给风机通电,风机不断向反洗进气管66内吹气,进而流向汽提导管65,汽提导管65内的滤料在气体的作用下向上运动,汽提导管65周边的滤料会从汽提导管65下端补充到汽提导管65内,同时汽提导管65内的滤料从上端移动到汽提导管65两边,又会再次向下移动补充到汽提导管65内部,从而使得滤料和滤料上的污物形成了一个扰动的内部循环,滤料之间相互摩擦扰动,达到滤料清洗的过程。
为了将过滤区6内反洗废水排出,本实施例中,滤料层63上方还安装有若干绕丝滤水管67,各个绕丝滤水管67一端封闭,另一端直接或连通后穿出气浮滤池的室壁并连通有一反洗废水池。绕丝滤水管67上设置有阀门。在一种实施方案中,气浮滤池的室壁与绕丝滤水管67连接且将绕丝滤水管67与气浮滤池的室壁连接一端封闭,在这种方案中,绕丝滤水管67的另一端可以直接伸出气浮滤池的室壁并与反洗废水池连通,也可以是相互连通后通过一总管伸出气浮滤池的室壁并与反洗废水池连通。在另一种实施方案中,绕丝滤水管67一端处于过滤区6内且呈封闭状态,在这种方案中,绕丝滤水管67的另一端也可以直接或连通后伸出气浮滤池的室壁与反洗废水池连通。不限于上述方案,绕丝滤水管67的布置也可以有其他方式,只需要保证绕丝滤水管67两端不是呈敞开状态处于过滤区6内,防止滤料流入绕丝滤水管67即可。采用绕丝滤水管的设置方式,当反洗完成后,打开绕丝滤水管67上的阀门,在滤料清洗过程中,滤料上的污物流动到污水中,带有污物的反洗废水通过绕丝滤水管67流出,进入到反洗废水池。将相较于现有技术,这种反洗装置不需要布置反洗进水管就可以实现对滤料的清洗作业,减少了投资,而且简化了反洗流程,使得反洗更加简洁方便。
此外,在滤料层63还设置有若干滤头68和滤板69,滤板69与气浮滤池的室壁固接,滤头68固定设置在滤板69上。滤头68的设置使得滤料层63内过滤过后的污水通过滤头69流入气浮滤池的底端进而从出水管64流出,同时防止滤料从滤头69流入气浮滤池的底部。
通过高速除油区2的设置,对污水中的浮油进行多次除油,通过混凝区3、絮凝区4和气浮区5以及过滤区6对污水中悬浮物的聚合、气浮和过滤作用最终使得气浮滤池对污水的处理精度高,出水水质好,可以达到出水悬浮物≤5ppm,含油≤5ppm的效果。
工作过程:进水管1内的污水进入进水室25然后进入气浮室24,溶气释放器7会形成很多的细小气泡,细小的气泡在上浮过程中将水中的油粒带到水面上,在水面上形成油层,然后溢过撇油堰板22流入集油槽241内,同时导流槽21内的污水从低端的出水口流出,进而从过水孔道23流至下一个气浮室24的导流槽21。依次循环,若干气浮室24对污水中的油粒进行多次除油。经过高速除油后的水从过水通道8进入到混凝区3,在第一搅拌器31作用下,污水与混凝区3中的混凝剂充分混合搅拌,形成细小矾花,通过过水孔道23进入絮凝区4,投加絮凝剂,将细小矾花聚合形成比较大的均一密实的大矾花,矾花混合液通过过水通道8进入到气浮区5,气浮区5的溶气释放器7会形成大量的气泡,气泡将污水中形成的大矾花带到水面上,部分污水翻过挡板61进入过滤区6。翻过挡板61进入过滤区6的矾花一部分在滤池表面形成一层浮渣,通过刮渣机62刮除,落在刮渣槽621内;还有一些较密实较重的矾花会因为重力慢慢的沉淀下来,通过滤料层63的滤料将其过滤。最终浮渣处于刮渣槽621内,经过滤分离后的水从出水管64流出。
采用本实用新型的气浮滤池用于处理石化含油污污水水质,本实用新型中溶气罐71运行压力6Bar,溶气量大于传统溶气气浮,气浮室24停留时间短,15~20分钟,可用于游离油的快速回收。而且溶气罐71和溶气释放器7可以保证30至80微米的气泡,且分布均匀,可有效附着在油粒和悬浮物上,一起浮至液面。其中污水水质和处理后的结果如下。

从上述表中可以看出,通过处理,污水最终达到出水悬浮物含油≤5ppm的效果,经过气浮滤池的处理,最终实现出水悬浮物≤5ppm,气浮滤池处理精度高,出水水质好。

1.一种高速除油装置,其特征是:包括沿污水流动方向依次设置的进水室和若干气浮室(24),所述进水室(25)远离所述气浮室(24)的一侧连接有进水管(1),所述进水管(1)伸入所述进水室(25)内且进水管(1)伸入进水室(25)的管段向上延伸;
各个气浮室(24)内设置有导流槽(21)以及设在导流槽(21)内的溶气释放器(7),所述气浮室(24)内插有与所述溶气释放器(7)连接的进气管;
所述进水室(25)与靠近所述进水室(25)的气浮室(24)之间通过一进水口(242)连通,且设在靠近进水室(25)的气浮室(24)内的导流槽(21)位于所述进水口(242)处并与所述进水口(242)连通;
相邻气浮室(24)之间通过一过水孔道(23)连通,相邻气浮室(24)内设置的导流槽(21)与所述过水孔道(23)连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高速除油装置,其特征是:所述导流槽(21)设置为半圆柱形导流槽,所述导流槽(21)沿轴向一端设置有与过水孔道(23)或所述进水口(242)连通的导入口(211),导流槽(21)远离所述导入口(211)一端封闭;
所述导流槽(21)的槽口所在平面与水平面形成40-60度的夹角。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高速除油装置,其特征是:所述气浮室(24)和所述进水室(25)上部外侧壁还连接有集油槽(241),所述气浮室(24)和所述进水室(25)设有集油槽(241)的侧壁顶端低于气浮滤池的顶端,且所述气浮室(24)和所述进水室(25)设有集油槽(241)的侧壁上部设有顶部为锯齿状的撇油堰板(22)侧壁设有撇油堰板(22),所述集油槽(241)处于所述撇油堰板(22)下方。
4.一种快速高效除油气浮滤池,其特征是:包括沿污水流动方向依次设置的高速除油区(2)、气浮区(5)和过滤区(6),所述高速除油区(2)包括如权利要求1-3任一所述的高速除油装置,所述气浮区(5)与高速除油区(2)的远离进水室(25)的一侧之间通过一过水通道(8) 连通,所述过滤区(6)底部连接有出水管(64)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种快速高效除油气浮滤池,其特征是:所述高速除油区(2)与所述气浮区(5)之间还设置有混凝区(3),所述混凝区(3)内安装有第一搅拌器(31),所述混凝区(3)靠近所述高速除油区(2)一侧的底部设有连通所述高速除油区(2)与所述混凝区(3)的过水通道(8)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种快速高效除油气浮滤池,其特征是:所述高速除油区(2)与所述混凝区(3)之间还设置有推流区(9),所述推流区(9)与所述高速除油区(2)和所述混凝区(3)之间均通过一过水通道(8)连通;
所述推流区(9)与所述高速除油区(2)之间的所述过水通道(8)处于气浮滤池的下端,所述推流区(9)与所述混凝区(3)之间的所述过水通道(8)处于气浮滤池的上端。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种快速高效除油气浮滤池,其特征是:所述混凝区(3)与所述气浮区(5)之间还设置有絮凝区(4),所述絮凝区(4)内部安装有导流筒(42),所述导流筒(42)内部设置有第二搅拌器(41);
所述絮凝区(4)靠近所述高速除油区(2)一侧的底部设有连通所述气浮室(24)与所述絮凝区(4)的过水孔道(23),所述过水孔道(23)与所述导流筒(42)之间设置有导水管(44),所述导水管(44)一端设置在所述过水孔道(23)处且与所述过水孔道(23)连通,另一端处于所述导流筒(42)内。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种快速高效除油气浮滤池,其特征是:所述气浮区(5)内也设置有溶气释放器(7),所述溶气释放器(7)连接有一溶气罐(71),高速除油装置的气浮室(24)中所设置的进气管与所述溶气罐(71)相连;
所述过滤区(6)靠近所述气浮区(5)的一侧设有将所述过滤区(6)与所述气浮区(5)分隔开的挡板(61),所述挡板(61)上端面低于气浮滤池上端面以供所述气浮区(5)内混合液流入过滤区(6)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种快速高效除油气浮滤池,其特征是:所述挡板(61)上部朝向过滤区(6)一侧倾斜, 且与水平面形成50-70度的夹角。
10.根据权利要求4所述的一种快速高效除油气浮滤池,其特征是:所述过滤区(6)内下部设置有滤料层(63),所述过滤区(6)上端设置有刮渣机(62),所述过滤区(6)上方在所述刮渣机(62)的一侧设置有对刮渣机(62)刮渣后的浮渣收集的刮渣槽(621)。
11.根据权利要求10所述的一种快速高效除油气浮滤池,其特征是:所述滤料层(63)与气浮滤池底部之间还设置有反洗装置,所述反洗装置包括设置在所述滤料层(63)内的汽提导管(65),所述汽提导管(65)上下连通且靠近气浮滤池底部一端处于滤料层(63)内,所述汽提导管(65)内填充有滤料;
所述汽提导管(65)靠近气浮滤池一端连通有反洗进气管(66),所述反洗进气管(66)远离所述汽提导管(65)一端穿过所述气浮滤池的侧壁连接有一风机。
12.根据权利要求10所述的一种快速高效除油气浮滤池,其特征是:所述滤料层(63)上方还安装有若干绕丝滤水管(67),各个绕丝滤水管(67)一端封闭,另一端直接或连通后穿出气浮滤池的室壁并连通有一反洗废水池。
13.根据权利要求10所述的一种快速高效除油气浮滤池,其特征是:所述滤料层(63)下方还设置有滤板(69),所述滤板(69)与所述气浮滤池的室壁固接,且所述滤板(69)上设有若干滤头(68)。
