背景技术
慢走丝,也叫低速走丝,是利用连续移动的细金属丝(称为电极丝,一般为铜丝)作电极,对工件进行脉冲火花,慢走丝加工原理是在线电极与工件之间存在的有缝间隙,持续放电去除金属的现象。
冷却,指使热物体的温度降低而不发生相变化的过程。
现有的模具慢走丝设备用冷却装置往往不方便清洗过滤网和更换树脂层,由于冷却的过程中容易将慢走丝上的杂质冲洗掉,过滤网和树脂层能过滤和吸附杂质,当装置使用久了,过滤网和树脂层上的杂质增多,从而影响装置的正常工作,由于过滤网和树脂层位于装置内部,从而不方便工作人员清洗过滤网和更换树脂层,同时现有的模具慢走丝设备用冷却装置往往水循环效果差,为了节约用水,一般会将水多次在装置内循环利用,但是多次循环的过程中,水容易变脏,从而影响装置对慢走丝冷却的质量。

工作原理:首先,工作人员将该装置移动至工作地点,接通电源,将冷却的慢走丝放入冷却室2内,接着水泵18启动通过进水管20将水送入喷水头5,喷水头5将水喷向冷却室2内的慢走丝,从而对慢走丝进行冷却,接着冷却室2内的水通过通孔进入聚水层6,聚水层6的水掉落进过滤箱7内,过滤箱7内的过滤网8对水进行过滤,树脂层9将水中的金属离子吸附,经过过滤箱7的水会掉落在过滤室3的内部下方,再通过连接管11进入净化室12,当水进入到净化室12时,电机13通过旋转轴14使光触媒板15旋转,光触媒板15旋转将净化室12内的水搅匀,紫外线灯17照射水进行杀菌,透明防水罩16能防止紫外线灯17进水,并且紫外线灯17照射光触媒板15,光触媒板15能产生强催化降解作用,从而进一步提高对水的杀菌作用,接着净化后的水被水泵18抽取,通过进水管20再次送入喷水头5内,当慢走丝冷却完成后,工作人员取出冷却的慢走丝,关闭进水管20上的水阀21,再扭开排水管19的水阀21,使水泵18将装置内的水通过排水管19排出,最后,当过滤网8和树脂层9使用久了后,工作人员通过把手10将过滤箱7抽取,从而使过滤网8和树脂层9从装置内取出,工作人员对取出的过滤网8进行清洗和对树脂层9进行更换即可。
