本实用新型公开了一种无线充电的无人机和无人机无线充电系统。无人机充电系统包括包括带有充电感应线圈的无人机和密布有无线充电线圈的停机台。充电感应线圈设置于四根翼梁的末端下方。本实用新型的无人机充电感应线圈布置可以有效减少干扰,提高充电效率。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及无人机,特别涉及无人机的无线充电系统。
背景技术
无线充电的原理是利用送电线圈和受电线圈之间电磁感应,送电线圈中通过交流电产生交互感应磁场,交互感应磁场使受电线圈产生感应电流。由于无人机无人值守自动化管理的特点,相比于充电插头的方式,无人机无线充电的方式更符合无人机值守自动化管理的特性。比如,专利文献CN 108233541 A公开了一种无人机无线充电系统。由于无线充电的特性,一般无人机的无线充电系统中的送电线圈设于停机台上,而受电线圈则设于无人机的起落架上。但现有无线充电技术存在两个问题:第一个问题是送电传输距离太短,第二个问题是无线充电过程容易受到干扰。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的问题:无人机无线充电系统送电距离太短以及无线充电过程容易受到干扰的问题。
为解决上述问题,本实用新型采用的方案如下:
一种无线充电的无人机,该无人机为四旋翼无人机,包括主体和四个旋翼;四个旋翼分别通过电机安装在四根翼梁的末端上方;四根翼梁安装在主体上,向外伸展;四根翼梁的末端下方设置有充电感应线圈。
进一步,翼梁的末端下方还设置有起落架。
进一步,起落架呈竖直设置的圆柱体,充电感应线圈位于起落架的底端。
一种无人机无线充电系统,包括上述无人机和停机台;停机台的台面板上密布有无线充电线圈。
本实用新型的技术效果如下:
1、充电感应线圈设于四根翼梁的末端使得各个受电线圈在无人机上距离最大化,从而最大程度减少受电线圈之间的磁场相互干扰。
2、停机台上的无线充电线圈采用多个送电线圈密布替代单一线圈的方式,从而提高了送电距离,本无人机无线充电系统,当无人机位于停机台上方3米内即可感应到停机台上的感应磁场,从而开始充电。

其中,11是无人机的主体,12是翼梁,13是起落架,14是电机,15旋翼,16是充电感应线圈,2是停机台,21是无线充电线圈。
具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步详细说明。
如图1、图2所示,一种无人机无线充电系统,包括无人机和停机台2。其中无人机为四旋翼无人机,包括主体11、翼梁12、起落架13、电机14、旋翼15和充电感应线圈16。四根翼梁12安装在主体上,向外伸展。四个旋翼15分别通过电机14设于四根翼梁12的末端上方。起落架13和充电感应线圈16设于翼梁12的末端下方。充电感应线圈16也就是受电线圈。停机台2的台面板上设置有密布的无线充电线圈21。无线充电线圈21也就是送电线圈。
需要指出的是本实施例中,起落架13为带有弧形的扁状的立柱,充电感应线圈16位于翼梁12的侧边。考虑到当无人机停在停机台2上时,充电感应线圈16可以更接近无线充电线圈21。起落架13可设置为空心圆柱体,此时,充电感应线圈16也可以设置于空心圆柱体起落架13的底端。

1.一种无线充电的无人机,该无人机为四旋翼无人机,包括主体(11)和四个旋翼(15);四个旋翼(15)分别通过电机(14)安装在四根翼梁(12)的末端上方;四根翼梁(12)安装在主体(11)上,向外伸展;其特征在于,四根翼梁(12)的末端下方设置有充电感应线圈(16)。
2.如权利要求1所述的无人机,其特征在于,翼梁(12)的末端下方还设置有起落架(13)。
3.如权利要求2所述的无人机,其特征在于,起落架(13)呈竖直设置的圆柱体,充电感应线圈(16)位于起落架(13)的底端。
4.一种无人机无线充电系统,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1或2或3所述的无人机和停机台(2);停机台(2)的台面板上密布有无线充电线圈(21)。
