本实用新型公开了一种针织无缝透气一片式帽顶棒球帽，所述棒球帽由帽顶和帽舌构成，帽顶外层为内嵌定型丝的涤纶层，帽顶为碗状无缝结构区域，帽顶的内层为涤纶材质，帽顶的内层靠近下缘的内壁上附有一圈止汗带，帽顶表面分布有镂空部。由于是一片式定型帽顶，比起传统的六片帽，大量的减少了帽子生产中工序的环节，从而减少了生产成本的输出。减少了生产过程中的报废率。有效提升了产品的档次。最主要的是提升了产品穿戴的舒适度。

本实用新型涉及帽子的技术领域，尤其是一种针织无缝透气一片式帽顶棒球帽，别涉及其机械连接结构。
背景技术
目前，市场上现有的针织无缝棒球帽采用圆筒式帽顶收针的方式，下口大、上口形成收敛状闭合的空间，然后通过头模进行整烫定型。最后做成帽子。
上述这个种技术生产出来的帽子存在诸多技术缺陷：
（1）帽顶收针针迹明显，直观感受不够精细。成品结构与人的头型并不符合，需要后期的加工定型才能呈现帽子的造型；
（2）圆筒式帽顶材质单一，花型单一，针法组织单一；
（3）圆筒式冒顶针数固定，尺寸的调整不够灵活；
（4）此种类型的帽子在制作过程中报废率比较高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种针织无缝透气一片式帽顶棒球帽，其帽顶结构采用一片式透气结构，材料使用全涤纱线加定型丝混合编织。先设计好镂空的位置，然后使两种材料混合编制。帽型的结构设计可使用多排横机针进行编织，这就使得其中变化的多样性：包括针法的变化，材质的拼撞变化，颜色的拼撞变化，尺寸的大小可以自行调节等其中每种变化的相互渗透和演变。使此款帽子的可塑性增强。克服了现有技术中存在的缺点和不足。织片通过模具热压，使定型丝溶解，冷却定型，织片则有平面变成3D，其造型取决于模具。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案为：所述棒球帽由帽顶和帽舌构成，帽顶外层为涤纶纱线材质，外层内嵌定型丝，帽顶为碗状无缝结构区域，帽顶的内层为涤纶材质，帽顶的内层靠近下缘的内壁上附有一圈止汗带，帽顶表面分布有镂空部，帽舌内缘固定于帽顶下缘的外侧。
本实用新型公开了一种无缝一片式帽顶棒球帽，由于是一片式定型帽顶，比起传统的六片帽，大量的减少了帽子生产中工序的环节，从而减少了生产成本的输出。减少了生产过程中的报废率。有效提升了产品的档次。最主要的是提升了产品穿戴的舒适度。

本实用新型公开了一种针织无缝透气一片式帽顶棒球帽，其区别于现有技术在于：所述棒球帽由帽顶1和帽舌2构成，帽舌2内缘固定于帽顶1下缘的外侧，帽顶外层为涤纶纱线材质，外层内嵌定型丝，帽顶1的内层为涤纶材质，帽顶1的内层靠近下缘的内壁上附有一圈止汗带3，帽顶1表面分布有镂空部4，所述帽顶1采用模具热压成型。
在具体实施时，帽顶1针织物是由平面通过模具压成3D立体的原理，在编制的过程中加入定型丝，方便后期的整烫定型。利用横机多排针的切换原理，使得帽子组织变化多端。
在具体实施时，帽舌部分材质为面料，里面有填充物帽舌芯，主要功能遮阳。
在具体实施时，止汗带部分的主要材质是氨纶，起固定尺寸的作用。帽子的整体效果。
在具体实施时，帽顶1的顶部设有两排镂空部4，两排镂空部4呈对称分布，所述镂空部4呈短条状，帽顶1的左右两侧各设有两排镂空部4，两排镂空部4呈对称分布。两侧的两排镂空部和顶部的两排镂空部之间的帽顶上还分布有两排镂空部，该两排镂空部之间呈交替分布。
