背景技术
3#线转炉炉前挡火门为铸铁大门，铸铁大门隔热性差，走行轮频繁损坏，严重影响转炉安全生产。分析故障原因均为转炉炉前挡火门走行轮轴承寿命短，故障高所致。转炉炉前挡火门润滑形式采用的是脂润滑，在高温环境下导致轴承润滑失效，轴承寿命短。
发明内容
本实用新型旨在提供一种可延长使用寿命，避免事故发生的转炉挡火门走行轮。
为此，本实用新型所采取的技术解决方案为：
一种转炉挡火门走行轮，采用石墨润滑滑动轴承，石墨润滑滑动轴承通过定位钢套镶嵌在走行轮轮轴上；所述石墨润滑滑动轴承是将轴承套分成8等份，以每等份为一组，每组安装4个石墨柱，每个轴承套内共安装32个石墨柱。
所述石墨圆柱直径为8～12mm，高度为18～22mm。

由附图1-3可见，本实用新型转炉挡火门走行轮4系采用耐高温强度更好的石墨润滑滑动轴承1，将石墨润滑滑动轴承1的轴承套分成8等份，以每等份为一组，每组安装4个石墨柱2，每个石墨润滑滑动轴承1的轴承套内共安装 32个石墨柱2，石墨润滑滑动轴承1通过定位钢套3镶嵌在走行轮4的轮轴上。选用的石墨柱2直径为φ10mm、高度为20mm。
