Abstract

本实用新型属于清洁机械技术领域,涉及一种同步带式拖地机。
背景技术
目前室内地面清洁装置按照结构分为下面五种,第一种是有刷盘和吸扒的扫地机,刷盘类的扫地机只能将大的杂物推到一边或者推着走,并不能将地面完全清洁,而吸扒类的扫地机能将污水吸走,但是吸管口的位置是固定,距离吸管口近的污水容易吸走,而距离吸口远的污水杂物,只能推着走,容易形成二次污染;第二种是洗地机,洗地机能够通过转动的刷轮和吸水电机清洗地面,但是由于吸水口小及吸力的影响,大点的垃圾无法吸入,且大多数的洗地机需要220V的电源支撑,不适合大型公共场合;第三种是小机器人扫地机,小机器人扫地机因为自身重量小,压力小,不易拖干净地面,同时它的高速转动的毛刷容易扬起灰尘,而且小机器人扫地机的拖布在整个扫地过程并不会自己进行清洁,使已经变脏的拖布在地面上进行不断摩擦,容易二次污染;同时较大的垃圾也只能推着前行。第四种是已经获得专利的扫地机,其可以对拖布清洗,但是只有一个水箱,前面的地面脏的话,后面的地面也只能由经过脏水洗过的拖布继续拖地了,不卫生;也不具备清除大的垃圾的功能,第五种拖地机能够将较大的垃圾清理,但是并未设置清洗拖布的结构,这样也是清洁不彻底,也很容易再次污染地面。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种同步带式拖地机,既能清洁地面,还能避免地面的二次污染。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是,一种同步带式拖地机,包括支撑架,支撑架的中部安装有低同步轮和高同步轮,低同步轮位于高同步轮的下方,支撑架的底部并排安装有前拖地轮和后拖地轮,前拖地轮和后拖地轮相互接触,前拖地轮、后拖地轮、低同步轮和高同步轮均相互平行,且前拖地轮位于后拖地轮远离低同步轮的一侧,前拖地轮和高同步轮间安装有第一同步带形成第一同步带传动机构,后拖地轮和低同步轮间安装有第二同步带形成第二同步带传动机构,第一同步带外表面均安装了与第一同步带形状相同的拖布,第二同步带的外表面均安装了与第二同步带形状相同的拖布;
支撑架上固接有能够驱动低同步轮和高同步轮上的链轮转动的电机,且低同步轮和高同步轮的转动方向相反;
支撑架上还安装有能够清洗第一同步带和第二同步带上的拖布的清洗装置,支撑架的底部还固接有污水垃圾箱,支撑架的底部还固接有万向轮
本实用新型的特点还在于:
有两个同步带传动机构,各自回转运动,转速相近,转动方向相反,两个同步带传动机构并排安装,前端、中间部分的两个同步带相互接触;其中,前拖地轮和后拖地轮并排安装,转向相反,能将垃圾带入两个同步带中间,在同步带转动过程中将垃圾带入污水垃圾箱。
清洗装置包括固接于支撑架顶部的清水箱,清水箱内配设有水泵,水泵的出水口连接有清水管,清水管的一端与水泵连接,清水管的另一端连接有喷头,喷头位于高同步轮和低同步轮的中间上方,污水垃圾箱位于喷头和低同步轮的下方。
污水垃圾箱内配设有滤网,污水垃圾箱的下部还配设有排污管。
支撑架上固接有与第一同步带弹性接触的第一垃圾刮片和第一挤水刮片,且第一垃圾刮片和第一挤水刮片均与高同步轮上的第一同步带接触,且第一垃圾刮片位于第一挤水刮片靠近喷头的一侧;
支撑架上固接有与第二同步带弹性接触的第二垃圾刮片和第二挤水刮片,且第二垃圾刮片和第二挤水刮片均与低同步轮上的第二同步带接触,且第二垃圾刮片位于第二挤水刮片靠近喷头的一侧。
第一垃圾刮片和第一挤水刮片与高同步轮相平行,且第一垃圾刮片和第一挤水刮片的长度与第一同步带的宽度相等;第二垃圾刮片和第二挤水刮片与低同步轮相平行,且第二垃圾刮片和第二挤水刮片的长度与第二同步带的宽度相等。
支撑架的底端呈长方形,第一同步带与支撑架的底端面之间的夹角不大于45°,第二同步带与支撑架的底端面之间的夹角也不大于45°。
支撑架上固接有电源控制台,电源控制台上固接有电池。
支撑架上固接有能够驱动拖地机移动的动力轮。

本实用新型一种同步带式拖地机中低同步轮和高同步轮的转动方向相反,使得第一同步带和第二同步带的运动方向也相反,使得前拖地轮和后拖地轮的转动方向也相反,前拖地轮和后拖地轮能够将宠物粪便等的垃圾卷入第一同步带和第二同步带之间并带入污水垃圾箱;
本实用新型一种同步带式拖地机,配设了同步带式拖布清洁装置,能够将第一同步带和第二同步带的上的拖布进行清洁,防止已经污染的拖布将地面进行二次污染。
本实用新型一种同步带式拖地机,配设了动力轮,能在电力驱动下使拖地机前行或者后退。把手可以改变行驶方向。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型进行详细说明。
一种同步带式拖地机,如图1所示,包括底部呈长方形和垂直于底部的长方形两部分构成的支撑架4,支撑架4的中部分别安装有低同步轮8和高同步轮9,且低同步轮8位于高同步轮9的下方,支撑架4的底部安装有前拖地轮1和后拖地轮2,前拖地轮1、后拖地轮2、低同步轮8和高同步轮9均相互平行,且前拖地轮1位于后拖地轮2远离低同步轮8的一侧;前拖地轮1和高同步轮9间安装有第一同步带3形成第一同步带传动机构,第一同步带3与支撑架4的底端面之间的夹角不大于45°;后拖地轮2和低同步轮8间安装有第二同步带26形成第二同步带传动机构,第二同步带26与支撑架4的底端面之间的夹角也不大于45°;第一同步带3外表面均安装了与第一同步带3形状相同的拖布,第二同步带26的外表面均安装了与第二同步带26形状相同的拖布;
支撑架4上固接有能够驱动低同步轮8和高同步轮9上的链轮7转动的电机18,电机18的电机齿轮14和低同步轮8和高同步轮9上的链轮7间均配设有链条23,低同步轮8和高同步轮9的转动方向相反;
支撑架4上还安装有能够清洗第一同步带3和第二同步带26上的拖布的清洗装置,清洗装置包括固接于支撑架4顶部的清水箱6,清水箱6内配设有水泵5,水泵5的出水口连接有清水管19,清水管19的一端与水泵5连接,清水管19的另一端连接有喷头17,喷头17位于高同步轮9和低同步轮8之间的上方的;支撑架4的底部还配设有污水垃圾箱13,污水垃圾箱13位于喷头17和低同步轮8的下方,污水垃圾箱13内配设有滤网25,污水垃圾箱13的下部还配设有排污管12。
支撑架4上固接有与第一同步带3弹性接触的第一垃圾刮片10和第一挤水刮片11,且第一垃圾刮片10和第一挤水刮片11均与高同步轮9上第一同步带3接触,且第一垃圾刮片10位于第一挤水刮片11靠近喷头17的一侧;第一垃圾刮片10和第一挤水刮片11与高同步轮9相平行,且第一垃圾刮片10和第一挤水刮片11的长度均与第一同步带3的宽度相等;
支撑架4上固接有与第二同步带26弹性接触的第二垃圾刮片27和第二挤水刮片28,且第二垃圾刮片27和第二挤水刮片28均与低同步轮8上第二同步带26接触,且第二垃圾刮片27位于第二挤水刮片28靠近喷头17的一侧;第二垃圾刮片27和第二挤水刮片28均与低同步轮8相平行,且第二垃圾刮片27和第二挤水刮片28的长度与第二同步带26的宽度相等。
支撑架4上固接有电源控制台20,电源控制台20上固接有电池21,电池21和水泵5、电机18均电连接。支撑架4上固接有能够驱动拖地机移动的动力轮16;支撑架4上还固接有把手22。
本实用新型一种同步带式拖地机,电机18上的电机齿轮14通过链条23带动高同步轮9和低同步轮8上安装的链轮7转动,从而带动了高同步轮9和低同步轮8的转动。高同步轮9通过第一同步带3带动前拖地轮1进行转动形成同步带传动机构,低同步轮8通过第二同步带26带动后拖地轮2进行转动形成另一个同步带传动机构,前拖地轮1和后拖地轮2并排安装,相互接触,反方向转动,在转动的过程中,地面的类似宠物粪便大小的垃圾及污水被带入前拖地轮1和后拖地轮2之间,通过相互接触的第一同步带3和第二同步带26输送至污水垃圾箱13;而第一同步带3和第二同步带26在转动的过程中,第一同步带3和第二同步带26的拖布与地面摩擦清洁地面时,受到污染的拖布,通过喷头17喷洒始终是干净的、没有经过污染的水冲洗后,再通过第一垃圾刮片10将第一同步带3表面的污物刮下来,第二垃圾刮片27将第二同步带26表面的污物刮下来;然后在用第一挤水刮片11将第一同步带3上的污水挤刮干净,用第二挤水刮片28将第二同步带26上的污水挤刮干净即可进行下一轮清理;
本实用新型的电机18和水泵5的电力通过电池21提供,使得本实用新型的拖地机能够不受电源的限制;
本实用新型的拖地机上安装有动力轮16,能够推动整个拖地机前进或者后退,节省清洁人员的力气,把手22和万向轮15能够方便拖地机改变方向。
本实用新型的拖地机在使用时,先将电池21的电源通过电源控制台20打开,使得电机18转动,电机18上的电机齿轮14通过链条23带动高同步轮9和低同步轮8上的链轮7转动,从而使高同步轮9和低同步轮8转动,高同步轮9通过第一同步带3带动前拖地轮1进行转动;低同步轮8通过第二同步带26带动后拖地轮2转动;然后打开动力轮16的开关,使得拖地机移动,同时清洁人员紧握把手22控制拖地机的运动方向;拖地完成后,只需关上电源开关和动力轮16的开关即可。
本实用新型一种同步带式拖地机中前拖地轮和后拖地轮的转动方向相反,能够将类似宠物粪便大小的垃圾清理干净;且配设了拖布清洁装置,能够始终用干净、没有经过污染的水将同步带式拖布进行清洁,防止已经污染的拖布将地面进行二次污染。
Claims (9)
1.一种同步带式拖地机,其特征在于,包括支撑架(4),所述支撑架(4)的中部安装有低同步轮(8)和高同步轮(9),所述低同步轮(8)位于高同步轮(9)的下方,所述支撑架(4)的底部并排安装有前拖地轮(1)和后拖地轮(2),所述前拖地轮(1)和后拖地轮(2)相互接触,所述前拖地轮(1)、后拖地轮(2)、低同步轮(8)和高同步轮(9)均相互平行,且所述前拖地轮(1)位于后拖地轮(2)远离低同步轮(8)的一侧,所述前拖地轮(1)和高同步轮(9)间安装有第一同步带(3)形成第一同步带传动机构,后拖地轮(2)和低同步轮(8)间安装有第二同步带(26)形成第二同步带传动机构,所述第一同步带(3)外表面均安装了与第一同步带(3)形状相同的拖布,所述第二同步带(26)的外表面均安装了与第二同步带(26)形状相同的拖布;
所述支撑架(4)上固接有能够驱动低同步轮(8)和高同步轮(9)上的链轮7转动的电机(18),使得高同步轮(9)和低同步轮(8)同时转动,且低同步轮(8)和高同步轮(9)的转动方向相反;
所述支撑架(4)上还安装有能够清洗第一同步带(3)和第二同步带(26)上的拖布的清洗装置,所述支撑架(4)的底部还固接有污水垃圾箱(13),所述支撑架(4)的底部还固接有万向轮(15)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种同步带式拖地机,其特征在于,所述清洗装置包括固接于支撑架(4)顶部的清水箱(6),所述清水箱(6)内配设有水泵(5),所述水泵(5)的出水口连接有清水管(19),所述清水管(19)的一端与水泵(5)连接,所述清水管(19)的另一端连接有喷头(17),所述喷头(17)位于高同步轮(9)的上方;所述污水垃圾箱(13)位于喷头(17)和低同步轮(8)的下方。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种同步带式拖地机,其特征在于,所述污水垃圾箱(13)内配设有滤网(25),污水垃圾箱(13)的下部还配设有排污管(12)。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种同步带式拖地机,其特征在于,所述支撑架(4)上固接有与第一同步带(3)弹性接触的第一垃圾刮片(10)和第一挤水刮片(11),且所述第一垃圾刮片(10)和第一挤水刮片(11)均与高同步轮(9)上第一同步带(3)的接触,且所述第一垃圾刮片(10)位于第一挤水刮片(11)靠近喷头(17)的一侧;
所述支撑架(4)上固接有与第二同步带(26)弹性接触的第二垃圾刮片(27)和第二挤水刮片(28),且所述第二垃圾刮片(27)和第二挤水刮片(28)均与低同步轮(8)上的第二同步带(26)接触,且所述第二垃圾刮片(27)位于第二挤水刮片(28)靠近喷头(17)的一侧。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种同步带式拖地机,其特征在于,所述第一垃圾刮片(10)和第一挤水刮片(11)与高同步轮(9)相平行,且所述第一垃圾刮片(10)和第一挤水刮片(11)的长度均与第一同步带(3)的宽度相等;所述第二垃圾刮片(27)和第二挤水刮片(28)均与低同步轮(8)相平行,且第二垃圾刮片(27)和第二挤水刮片(28)的长度与第二同步带(26)的宽度相等。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种同步带式拖地机,其特征在于,所述支撑架(4)的底端呈长方形,所述第一同步带(3)与支撑架(4)的底端面之间的夹角不大于45°,所述第二同步带(26)与支撑架(4)的底端面之间的夹角也不大于45°。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种同步带式拖地机,其特征在于,所述支撑架(4)上固接有电源控制台(20),所述电源控制台(20)上固接有电池(21)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种同步带式拖地机,其特征在于,所述支撑架(4)上固接有能够驱动拖地机移动的动力轮(16)。
