Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种砂轮机除尘装置,包括操作台,操作台的顶部开设有蓄水槽,蓄水槽的右侧连通有第一排水管,操作台的顶部固定连接有防尘罩,操作台的顶部通过支撑块固定安装有驱动电机,驱动电机的输出端活动贯穿防尘罩的背面并延伸至其内部,驱动电机的输出端固定连接有磨砂轮。通过蓄水槽将一部份碎屑和灰尘直接吸收,另一部份由吸风机吸入处理箱中,通过抽水泵与喷水头对吸入进来的碎屑和灰尘喷淋湿润,由防尘网和过滤网进一步对空气残留的少量灰尘吸收,使得空气更加干净,从而避免了火花碎屑对人体皮肤造成烫伤,以及灰尘吸入鼻腔内长期容易造成鼻腔炎,并且同时使得排放的空气更加干净,符合净化标准。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及砂轮机技术领域,具体为一种砂轮机除尘装置。
背景技术
砂轮机是通常用来刃磨各种刀具和工具的设备,也能对工件表面进行抛光、研磨处理,是机械加工车间所必备的设备,砂轮机一般为台式结构,主要由基座、砂轮、电动机等组成,砂轮机工作时,砂轮高速旋转并与刀具或工件接触,会产生大量带有火花碎屑及粉尘,严重污染车间环境,并且对人体皮肤造成烫伤以及灰尘吸入鼻腔内长期容易造成鼻腔炎,虽有些砂轮机设有除尘装置,但是在使用时依然会有一部分粉尘弥散在车间内,对于排放的空气也没有达到净化标准,除尘效果较差。

(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供了一种砂轮机除尘装置,解决了排放的空气也没有达到净化标准,除尘效果较差的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种砂轮机除尘装置,包括操作台,所述操作台的顶部开设有蓄水槽,所述蓄水槽的右侧连通有第一排水管,所述操作台的顶部固定连接有防尘罩,所述操作台的顶部通过支撑块固定安装有驱动电机,所述驱动电机的输出端活动贯穿防尘罩的背面并延伸至其内部,所述驱动电机的输出端固定连接有磨砂轮,所述防尘罩的右侧插入有扩张头,所述扩张头的右端固定套接有吸尘管,所述吸尘管的另一端与吸风机的吸气端固定套接,所述吸风机的排气端贯穿处理箱的右侧并延伸至其内部,所述处理箱的顶部与操作台的底部固定连接,所述处理箱的左侧插有排气管,所述处理箱内壁底部的左侧固定安装有抽水泵,所述抽水泵的出水端固定插接有送水管,所述处理箱内壁的顶部固定连接有分挡板,所述送水管的一端贯穿分挡板的左侧,所述送水管的出水端固定套接有两个喷水头,所述分挡板的左侧固定连接有防尘网,所述防尘网的左侧固定连接有过滤网,所述过滤网的底部与处理箱内壁的底部固定连接,所述处理箱内壁的底部固定连接有支撑板,所述支撑板位于过滤网的右侧,所述支撑板的右侧固定连接有两个第一滑杆,两个所述第一滑杆的侧表面均与滑板的内壁滑动连接,所述第一滑杆的右端与处理箱内壁的右侧固定连接,所述滑板左侧的下方固定连接有壳体,所述壳体的右侧固定连接有套筒,所述套筒的内壁活动连接有第二滑杆,所述套筒的右端贯穿处理箱的右侧并延伸至其外部,所述套筒的侧表面与处理箱滑动连接,所述第二滑杆的左端活动贯穿壳体的右侧并延伸至其内部,所述第二滑杆的左端与壳体内壁的左侧转动连接,所述第二滑杆的侧表面分别固定套接有齿轮和限位套环,所述齿轮和限位套环均位于壳体的内部,所述齿轮的背面啮合有齿条,所述齿条的底部活动贯穿壳体的顶部和底部并延伸至其外部,所述齿条的底部固定连接有毛刷,所述第二滑杆的右端固定连接有拉把杆,所述壳体顶部的右侧插接有第二排水管。
优选的,所述限位套环的左侧与壳体内壁的右侧接触连接,所述壳体位于两个第一滑杆的中间。
优选的,所述喷水头位于吸风机的排气端的上方,所述喷水头位于分挡板的右侧。
优选的,所述第一排水管和第二排水管的内部均安装有开关阀。
优选的,所述操作台的底部固定连接有四个支撑腿,该四个支撑腿之间通过支撑横杆固定连接。
优选的,所述分挡板的正面和背面均与处理箱的内壁固定连接。
(三)有益效果
本实用新型提供了一种砂轮机除尘装置。具备以下有益效果:
(1)、该砂轮机除尘装置,通过操作台的设置,以及蓄水槽、第一排水管、防尘罩、扩张头、吸尘管、吸风机、处理箱、排气管、抽水泵、送水管、分挡板、喷水头、防尘网和过滤网的配合使用,通过蓄水槽将一部份碎屑和灰尘直接吸收,另一部份由吸风机吸入处理箱中,通过抽水泵与喷水头对吸入进来的碎屑和灰尘喷淋湿润,由防尘网和过滤网进一步对空气残留的少量灰尘吸收,使得空气更加干净,从而避免了火花碎屑对人体皮肤造成烫伤,以及灰尘吸入鼻腔内长期容易造成鼻腔炎,并且同时使得排放的空气更加干净,符合净化标准。
(2)、该砂轮机除尘装置,通过支撑板的设置,以及第一滑杆、滑板、壳体、套筒、第二滑杆、限位套环、齿轮、齿条、毛刷和拉把杆的相互配合使用,通过旋转拉把杆使得第二滑杆通过齿轮带动齿条和毛刷上下移动,往上使得毛刷离开水面,防止毛刷被水浸泡减少使用寿命,往下使得毛刷与处理箱内壁的底部接触,并来回拉取拉把杆,使得毛刷对处理箱底壁进行摩擦,从而便于对处理箱残留的碎屑和尘泥进行快速清理。

如图1-5所示,本实用新型提供一种技术方案:一种砂轮机除尘装置,包括操作台1,操作台1的顶部开设有蓄水槽2,通过设置蓄水槽2是对物件打磨时产生的金属碎屑和灰尘进行吸收,减少金属火花的产生,灰尘的污染,蓄水槽2的右侧连通有第一排水管3,第一排水管3的内部安装有开关阀,操作台1的顶部固定连接有防尘罩4,防尘罩4的左侧为开口状,通过设置防尘罩4将碎屑和灰尘进行初步收集,防止碎屑和灰尘四处飞散,且同时便于吸风机9从扩张头7进行抽取除尘,操作台1的顶部通过支撑块固定安装有驱动电机5,驱动电机5的输出端活动贯穿防尘罩4的背面并延伸至其内部,驱动电机5的输出端固定连接有磨砂轮6,防尘罩4的右侧插入有扩张头7,扩张头7的右端固定套接有吸尘管8,吸尘管8的另一端与吸风机9的吸气端固定套接,吸风机9的排气端贯穿处理箱10的右侧并延伸至其内部,处理箱10 的顶部与操作台1的底部固定连接,处理箱10的左侧插有排气管11,处理箱10内壁底部的左侧固定安装有抽水泵12,抽水泵12的出水端固定插接有送水管13,处理箱10内壁的顶部固定连接有分挡板14,分挡板14的正面和背面均与处理箱10的内壁固定连接,通过设置分挡板14使得进入的灰尘集合并通过喷水头15进行淋湿,从而对空气净化,送水管13的一端贯穿分挡板 14的左侧,送水管13的出水端固定套接有两个喷水头15,喷水头15位于吸风机9的排气端的上方,喷水头15位于分挡板14的右侧,分挡板14的左侧固定连接有防尘网16,防尘网16的前壁和后壁均与处理箱10的内壁固定连接,通过设置防尘网16使得被水淋湿净化后的空气进一步净化,使得空气中的少量的灰尘被隔离,从而使得排除的空气更加干净,防尘网16的左侧固定连接有过滤网17,过滤网17的底部与处理箱10内壁的底部固定连接,过滤网17的前壁和后壁均与处理箱10的内壁固定连接,通过设置过滤网17使得水中的碎屑和泥尘隔离,确保过滤到抽水泵12一侧的干净,保证抽水泵12 循环对喷水头提供水,并且将碎屑和泥尘隔离在过滤网17的右侧便于日后的清理,处理箱10内壁的底部固定连接有支撑板18,支撑板18位于过滤网17 的右侧,支撑板18的右侧固定连接有两个第一滑杆19,两个第一滑杆19的侧表面均与滑板20的内壁滑动连接,第一滑杆19的右端与处理箱10内壁的右侧固定连接,滑板20左侧的下方固定连接有壳体21,壳体21位于两个第一滑杆19的中间,壳体21的右侧固定连接有套筒22,套筒22的内壁活动连接有第二滑杆23,套筒22的右端贯穿处理箱10的右侧并延伸至其外部,套筒22的侧表面与处理箱10滑动连接,第二滑杆23的左端活动贯穿壳体21 的右侧并延伸至其内部,第二滑杆23的左端与壳体21内壁的左侧转动连接,第二滑杆23的侧表面分别固定套接有齿轮25和限位套环24,齿轮25和限位套环24均位于壳体21的内部,限位套环24的左侧与壳体21内壁的右侧接触连接,齿轮25的背面啮合有齿条26,齿条26的底部活动贯穿壳体21的顶部和底部并延伸至其外部,齿条26的底部固定连接有毛刷27,第二滑杆23 的右端固定连接有拉把杆28,壳体21顶部的右侧插接有第二排水管29,第二排水管29的内部安装有开关阀,操作台1的底部固定连接有四个支撑腿,该四个支撑腿之间通过支撑横杆固定连接。
使用时,在蓄水槽2和处理箱10内放入一定量水,开启驱动电机5使得磨砂轮6逆时针旋转,同时开启抽水泵12和吸风机9,将物件从防尘罩4的左侧靠近磨砂轮6进行打磨,打磨产生的火花碎屑和灰尘一部分被蓄水槽2 的水吸收,另一部分通过扩张头7被吸风机9吸入到处理箱10内,并由喷水头15的对其淋湿,少量的灰尘通过空气继续透过防尘网16和过滤网17进一步净化,净化后的气体经排气管11排放出去,并且通过旋转拉把杆28驱使第二滑杆带动齿轮旋转,从而使齿条26和毛刷27下降,继而左右反复拉取拉把杆28使得毛刷27对处理箱10底部的碎屑和尘泥进行清理,并打开第二排水管29的阀门将水与混合物排放出去,同时本说明书中未作详细描述的内容均属于本领域专业技术人员公知的现有技术。
综上可得,该砂轮机除尘装置,通过操作台1的设置,以及蓄水槽2、第一排水管3、防尘罩4、扩张头7、吸尘管8、吸风机9、处理箱10、排气管 11、抽水泵12、送水管13、分挡板14、喷水头15、防尘网16和过滤网17 的配合使用,通过蓄水槽2将一部份碎屑和灰尘直接吸收,另一部份由吸风机9吸入处理箱中,通过抽水泵12与喷水头15对吸入进来的碎屑和灰尘喷淋湿润,由防尘网16和过滤网17进一步对空气残留的少量灰尘吸收,使得空气更加干净,从而避免了火花碎屑对人体皮肤造成烫伤,以及灰尘吸入鼻腔内长期容易造成鼻腔炎,并且同时使得排放的空气更加干净,符合净化标准。
并且,该砂轮机除尘装置,通过支撑板18的设置,以及第一滑杆19、滑板20、壳体21、套筒22、第二滑杆23、限位套环24、齿轮25、齿条26、毛刷27和拉把杆28的相互配合使用,通过旋转拉把杆28使得第二滑杆23通过齿轮25带动齿条26和毛刷27上下移动,往上使得毛刷27离开水面,防止毛刷27被水浸泡减少使用寿命,往下使得毛刷27与处理箱10内壁的底部接触,并来回拉取拉把杆28,使得毛刷27对处理箱10底壁进行摩擦,从而便于对处理箱10残留的碎屑和尘泥进行快速清理。

1.一种砂轮机除尘装置,包括操作台(1),其特征在于:所述操作台(1)的顶部开设有蓄水槽(2),所述蓄水槽(2)的右侧连通有第一排水管(3),所述操作台(1)的顶部固定连接有防尘罩(4),所述操作台(1)的顶部通过支撑块固定安装有驱动电机(5),所述驱动电机(5)的输出端活动贯穿防尘罩(4)的背面并延伸至其内部,所述驱动电机(5)的输出端固定连接有磨砂轮(6),所述防尘罩(4)的右侧插入有扩张头(7),所述扩张头(7)的右端固定套接有吸尘管(8),所述吸尘管(8)的另一端与吸风机(9)的吸气端固定套接,所述吸风机(9)的排气端贯穿处理箱(10)的右侧并延伸至其内部,所述处理箱(10)的顶部与操作台(1)的底部固定连接,所述处理箱(10)的左侧插有排气管(11),所述处理箱(10)内壁底部的左侧固定安装有抽水泵(12),所述抽水泵(12)的出水端固定插接有送水管(13),所述处理箱(10)内壁的顶部固定连接有分挡板(14),所述送水管(13)的一端贯穿分挡板(14)的左侧,所述送水管(13)的出水端固定套接有两个喷水头(15),所述分挡板(14)的左侧固定连接有防尘网(16),所述防尘网(16)的左侧固定连接有过滤网(17),所述过滤网(17)的底部与处理箱(10)内壁的底部固定连接,所述处理箱(10)内壁的底部固定连接有支撑板(18),所述支撑板(18)位于过滤网(17)的右侧,所述支撑板(18)的右侧固定连接有两个第一滑杆(19),两个所述第一滑杆(19)的侧表面均与滑板(20)的内壁滑动连接,所述第一滑杆(19)的右端与处理箱(10)内壁的右侧固定连接,所述滑板(20)左侧的下方固定连接有壳体(21),所述壳体(21)的右侧固定连接有套筒(22),所述套筒(22)的内壁活动连接有第二滑杆(23),所述套筒(22)的右端贯穿处理箱(10)的右侧并延伸至其外部,所述套筒(22)的侧表面与处理箱(10)滑动连接,所述第二滑杆(23)的左端活动贯穿壳体(21)的右侧并延伸至其内部,所述第二滑杆(23)的左端与壳体(21)内壁的左侧转动连接,所述第二滑杆(23)的侧表面分别固定套接有齿轮(25)和限位套环(24),所述齿轮(25)和限位套环(24)均位于壳体(21)的内部,所述齿轮(25)的背面啮合有齿条(26),所述齿条(26)的底部活动贯穿壳体(21)的顶部和底部并延伸至其外部,所述齿条(26)的底部固定连接有毛刷(27),所述第二滑杆(23)的右端固定连接有拉把杆(28),所述壳体(21)顶部的右侧插接有第二排水管(29)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种砂轮机除尘装置,其特征在于:所述限位套环(24)的左侧与壳体(21)内壁的右侧接触连接,所述壳体(21)位于两个第一滑杆(19)的中间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种砂轮机除尘装置,其特征在于:所述喷水头(15)位于吸风机(9)的排气端的上方,所述喷水头(15)位于分挡板(14)的右侧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种砂轮机除尘装置,其特征在于:所述第一排水管(3)和第二排水管(29)的内部均安装有开关阀。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种砂轮机除尘装置,其特征在于:所述操作台(1)的底部固定连接有四个支撑腿,该四个支撑腿之间通过支撑横杆固定连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种砂轮机除尘装置,其特征在于:所述分挡板(14)的正面和背面均与处理箱(10)的内壁固定连接。
