本实用新型涉及一种连轴器,尤其涉及一种膜片连轴器。
背景技术
膜片联轴器靠膜片的弹性变形来补偿所联两轴的相对位移,是一种高性能的金属强元件挠性联轴器,不用润油,结构较紧凑,强度高,使用寿命长,无旋转间隙,不受温度和油污影响,具有耐酸、耐碱防腐蚀的特点,适用于高温、高速、有腐蚀介质工况环境的轴系传动。膜片联轴器能补偿主动机与从动机之间由于制造误差、安装误差、承载变形以及温升变化的影响等所引起的轴向、径向和角向偏移。目前膜片连轴器存在径向偏移补偿相对较小、震动较大时易松动等问题,不能够满足较大震动环境下的使用。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种膜片连轴器,以解决上述技术问题。
为实现上述目的本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
一种膜片连轴器,包括第一安装盘、膜片、连接轴、第二安装盘,其特征在于:所述连接轴的两端分别安装有第一安装盘和第二安装盘,所述第一安装盘与连接轴和第二安装盘与连接轴之间均设置有膜片,所述第一安装盘与第二安装盘采用相同的结构,均包括安装板、轴套,所述安装板的一侧设置有轴套,并且在轴套的内测壁上设置有键槽,所述安装板的上等间距的开设有3个螺栓孔,并且在每两个相邻的螺栓孔之间开有偏移缺口,所述连接轴的两侧板上同样等间距的设置有3个螺栓孔,并且在每两个螺栓孔之间开有一个偏移缺口。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述连接轴上的偏移缺口与第一安装盘和第二安装盘上的偏移缺口均相互错开。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述膜片上等间距的开设有6个螺栓孔,所述连接轴与膜片螺栓连接,所述第一安装盘与膜片螺栓连接,所述第二安装盘与膜片螺栓连接。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述螺栓孔内嵌有衬套,所处衬套采用弹性材料制成。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有以下优点:本实用新型结构设计合理,造价成本低;安装盘上的偏移缺口与连接轴上的偏移缺口错开设置,给连接螺栓流出更多的偏移量,在较大径向偏移时,螺栓不会松动;螺栓上嵌套有弹性内衬,进一步提高径向偏移;采用双膜片结构设计,具有更好的径向补偿量,能够满足高速强震环境下的使用。

如图1~5所示,一种膜片连轴器,包括第一安装盘1、膜片2、连接轴3、第二安装盘4,所述连接轴3的两端分别安装有第一安装盘1和第二安装盘4,所述第一安装盘1与连接轴3和第二安装盘4与连接轴3之间均设置有膜片2,所述第一安装盘1与第二安装盘4采用相同的结构,均包括安装板5、轴套7,所述安装板5的一侧设置有轴套7,并且在轴套7的内测壁上设置有键槽9,所述安装板5的上等间距的开设有3个螺栓孔8,并且在每两个相邻的螺栓孔8之间开有偏移缺口6,所述连接轴3的两侧板上同样等间距的设置有3个螺栓孔8,并且在每两个螺栓孔8之间开有一个偏移缺口6,所述连接轴3上的偏移缺口6与第一安装盘1和第二安装盘4上的偏移缺口6均相互错开,所述膜片2上等间距的开设有6个螺栓孔8,所述连接轴3与膜片2螺栓连接,所述第一安装盘1与膜片2螺栓连接,所述第二安装盘4与膜片2螺栓连接,所述螺栓孔8内嵌有衬套10,所处衬套10采用弹性材料制成。
本实用新型的工作原理:本实用新型在具体使用时,第一安装盘1与第二安装盘4上的轴套7分别与两待连接轴键连接;安装盘上的偏移缺口6与连接轴3上的偏移缺口6错开设置,给连接螺栓流出更多的偏移量,在较大径向偏移时,螺栓不会松动;螺栓上嵌套有弹性内衬10,进一步提高径向偏移,并采用双膜片结构设计,具有更好的径向补偿量,能够满足高速强震环境下的使用。

1.一种膜片连轴器,包括第一安装盘(1)、膜片(2)、连接轴(3)、第二安装盘(4),其特征在于:所述连接轴(3)的两端分别安装有第一安装盘(1)和第二安装盘(4),所述第一安装盘(1)与连接轴(3)和第二安装盘(4)与连接轴(3)之间均设置有膜片(2),所述第一安装盘(1)与第二安装盘(4)采用相同的结构,均包括安装板(5)、轴套(7),所述安装板(5)的一侧设置有轴套(7),并且在轴套(7)的内测壁上设置有键槽(9),所述安装板(5)的上等间距的开设有3个螺栓孔(8),并且在每两个相邻的螺栓孔(8)之间开有偏移缺口(6),所述连接轴(3)的两侧板上同样等间距的设置有3个螺栓孔(8),并且在每两个螺栓孔(8)之间开有一个偏移缺口(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种膜片连轴器,其特征在于:所述连接轴(3)上的偏移缺口(6)与第一安装盘(1)和第二安装盘(4)上的偏移缺口(6)均相互错开。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种膜片连轴器,其特征在于:所述膜片(2)上等间距的开设有6个螺栓孔(8),所述连接轴(3)与膜片(2)螺栓连接,所述第一安装盘(1)与膜片(2)螺栓连接,所述第二安装盘(4)与膜片(2)螺栓连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种膜片连轴器,其特征在于:螺栓孔(8)内嵌有衬套(10),所处衬套(10)采用弹性材料制成。
