本实用新型的目的在于考虑上述问题而设计的一种箱涵分缝处不均匀沉降简易处理装置，本实用新型可以有效的控制混凝土箱涵分缝处的不均匀沉降，且结构简单，使用方便。

本实用新型的结构示意图如图1所示，本实用新型的箱涵分缝处不均匀沉降简易处理装置，包括有安装套1、套管2、钢筋3，其中安装套1固定在箱涵的钢筋上，套管2套入安装套1中，且套管2也固定在箱涵的钢筋上，钢筋3的一端装设在套管2上。
本实施例中，上述安装套1是10cm长的PVC套。
本实施例中，上述钢筋3一端插入套管2中，插入的钢筋3的直径比套管2的直径小即可，保证钢筋3能横向移动就可以。
本实施例中，上述套管2的外侧涂有沥青，以为了防止套管被混凝土中的化学物腐蚀。
本实施例中，上述套管2是PVC管。
本实施例中，上述安装套1与套管2的前端接触缝隙填沙头。
安装套1与套管2的前端接触缝隙填沙头等物，主要是为保证混凝土浇筑过程中不让浆液进去套管2。
本实施例中，箱涵分缝5处设有止水铜片4、止水橡胶6、沥青油麻绳7等，止水铜片4、止水橡胶6、沥青油麻绳7施工时按照设计要求进行施工。箱涵分缝5是两段箱涵之间的设计分缝，施工时按照设计的桩号及要求进行施工。
本实用新型安装时：
1）首先将10cm的安装套1固定在箱涵原已绑扎好的钢筋上；
2）再将适合大小的涂了沥青的套管2套入安装套1中，套子1与套管2前端接触缝隙填沙头等物；
3）固定套管2；
4）将适合大小的钢筋3一端插入套管2中，安装完成。
本实用新型通过在原有的设计分缝中利用套管2中插入钢筋3，钢筋3通过力的传递以及钢筋3的抗弯性能来有效的控制混凝土箱涵分缝处的不均匀沉降。

1.一种箱涵分缝处不均匀沉降简易处理装置，其特征在于包括有安装套、套管、钢筋，其中安装套固定在箱涵的钢筋上，套管套入安装套中，且套管也固定在箱涵的钢筋上，钢筋的一端装设在套管上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的箱涵分缝处不均匀沉降简易处理装置，其特征在于上述安装套是10cm长的PVC套。
3.根据权利要求1所述的箱涵分缝处不均匀沉降简易处理装置，其特征在于上述钢筋一端插入套管中。
4.根据权利要求1所述的箱涵分缝处不均匀沉降简易处理装置，其特征在于上述套管的外侧涂有沥青。
5.根据权利要求1所述的箱涵分缝处不均匀沉降简易处理装置，其特征在于上述套管是PVC管。
6.根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的箱涵分缝处不均匀沉降简易处理装置，其特征在于上述安装套与套管的前端接触缝隙填沙头。
