塑料注塑模具是生产塑料制品的工具，应用非常广泛。如图4所示，一些塑料产品100上设有金属嵌件101，为了防止金属嵌件101在注塑时移动，需要设计出固定金属嵌件101的机构。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种金属嵌件固定牢固的模具进料机构逼紧装置。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术解决方案是：
本实用新型是一种模具进料机构逼紧装置，包括动模板、第一滑块、滑块镶件、第二滑块、定位钢珠、定位弹簧、挡块、顶靠镶件；所述的挡块固定在动模板的外侧，第一滑块滑接在动模板上且第一滑块的外端与挡块顶靠，滑块镶件固定在第一滑块的内侧，在滑块镶件上开设有钢珠孔，定位弹簧和定位钢珠依次套置在钢珠孔内，定位钢珠的外端可伸出钢珠孔并与顶靠镶件外侧壁顶靠，顶靠镶件固定在动模板上；所述的第二滑块滑接在顶靠镶件的顶面，第二滑块的外端与第一滑块连接，第二滑块的内端伸向型腔，用于固定金属嵌件。
所述的第一滑块与固定在定模板上的压紧块顶靠。
采用上述方案后，由于本实用新型包括动模板、第一滑块、滑块镶件、第二滑块、定位钢珠、定位弹簧、挡块、顶靠镶件，第一滑块在定位钢珠和定位弹簧的作用下会向外移动，在第二滑块与型腔内形成一定的缝隙，方便金属嵌件的放入，具有金属嵌件固定牢固的优点。

如图1-图3、图4所示，本实用新型是一种模具进料机构逼紧装置，包括动模板1、第一滑块2、滑块镶件3、第二滑块4、定位钢珠5、定位弹簧6、挡块7、顶靠镶件8。
所述的挡块7固定在动模板1的外侧，第一滑块2滑接在动模板1上且第一滑块2的外端与挡块7顶靠，所述的第一滑块2上部外侧与固定在定模板20上的压紧块10顶靠。
所述的滑块镶件3固定在第一滑块2的内侧，在滑块镶件3上开设有钢珠孔31，定位弹簧6和定位钢珠5依次套置在钢珠孔31内，定位钢珠5的外端可伸出钢珠孔31并与顶靠镶件8外侧壁顶靠，顶靠镶件8固定在动模板1上；所述的第二滑块4滑接在顶靠镶件8的顶面，第二滑块4的外端与第一滑块2连接，第二滑块4的内端伸向型腔，用于固定金属嵌件101。
本实用新型的工作原理：
开模时，定模板20上的压紧块10脱离对第一滑块2外侧的顶压，第一滑块2在定位钢珠5和定位弹簧6的作用下会向外移动，带动第二滑块4向外移动，在第二滑块4与型腔30内形成一定的缝隙，方便金属嵌件101的放入。合模后，定模板20上的压紧块10对第一滑块2外侧的顶压，第一滑块2第二滑块4向内移动，将金属嵌件101固定在型腔30内。

1.一种模具进料机构逼紧装置，其特征在于：包括动模板、第一滑块、滑块镶件、第二滑块、定位钢珠、定位弹簧、挡块、顶靠镶件；所述的挡块固定在动模板的外侧，第一滑块滑接在动模板上且第一滑块的外端与挡块顶靠，滑块镶件固定在第一滑块的内侧，在滑块镶件上开设有钢珠孔，定位弹簧和定位钢珠依次套置在钢珠孔内，定位钢珠的外端可伸出钢珠孔并与顶靠镶件外侧壁顶靠，顶靠镶件固定在动模板上；所述的第二滑块滑接在顶靠镶件的顶面，第二滑块的外端与第一滑块连接，第二滑块的内端伸向型腔，用于固定金属嵌件。
