背景技术
污水,通常指受一定污染的、来自生活和生产的废弃水。污水主要有生活污水,工业废水和初期雨水。污水的主要污染物有病原体污染物,耗氧污染物,植物营养物,有毒污染物、杂质等。针对污水的处理,需要通过污水处理过滤器进行处理,使其可以循环使用。现有技术的污水过滤器中,由于现有污水过滤器本身的结构特点,在过滤排污的过程中随着杂质在过滤器上不断堆积,将会导致过滤器的过滤效率降低,直至完全堵塞,导致需要频繁更换滤芯或对滤芯清理,不便于对水流中污物连续性处理使用,而且在实现污物与水过滤分离的过程中,往往由于滤芯内外两侧的压力差较小,导致污水过滤效率低;实际过滤时,无法进一步对污水增压处理。针对滤除的污物也不方便分离排出,导致了现有技术的污水过滤器的效率低下,不能满足目前日益增长的环保节水要求。

1.一种涡轮增压式自清洁高效过滤器,包括旋转轴(4)、滤芯(9)和过滤器壳体(12),其特征在于,所述过滤器壳体(12)内部安装有滤芯(9),滤芯(9)上端连接有布水器(26),所述滤芯(9)下端连接自动排渣器(13),自动排渣器(13)底端连接排渣管(14);所述滤芯(9)内部设为增压滤前水腔室(10),所述增压滤前水腔室(10)内竖直安装有旋转轴(4),旋转轴(4)顶端穿出导流管(5)连接电机(2),旋转轴(4)上安装有上旋转涡轮(6)和下旋转涡轮(15),所述滤芯(9)由上锁紧盖(7)、下锁紧盖(17)、嵌入框架(19)、内过滤网筒(20)、滤网骨架(21)、不锈钢筒(22)、嵌入槽(23)、活性炭层(24)和外过滤网筒(25)组成,所述内过滤网筒(20)、滤网骨架(21)、不锈钢筒(22)、嵌入框架(19)、活性炭层(24)和外过滤网筒(25)自内而外依次套设,上锁紧盖(7)和下锁紧盖(17)分别固定在滤芯(9)的两端并将内过滤网筒(20)、滤网骨架(21)、不锈钢筒(22)、嵌入框架(19)、活性炭层(24)和外过滤网筒(25)固定;所述内过滤网筒(20)固定在滤网骨架(21)内壁上,滤网骨架(21)上设有若干导流槽(29),滤网骨架(21)外侧套设不锈钢筒(22),不锈钢筒(22)上开设有若干导流孔(30),导流孔(30)的孔径小于内过滤网筒(20)的筛孔孔径;所述嵌入框架(19)上设有嵌入槽(23),活性炭层(24)设置在嵌入槽(23)内,嵌入框架(19)外侧套设外过滤网筒(25),外过滤网筒(25)的筛孔孔径小于导流孔(30)的孔径。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种涡轮增压式自清洁高效过滤器,其特征在于,所述布水器(26)顶端连接导流管(5),导流管(5)上侧连接进水管(1)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种涡轮增压式自清洁高效过滤器,其特征在于,所述滤芯(9)外侧与过滤器壳体(12)之间设为净化水腔室(8),过滤器壳体(12)底侧连接排水管(18),排水管(18)连通净化水腔室(8)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种涡轮增压式自清洁高效过滤器,其特征在于,所述上旋转涡轮(6)安装在增压滤前水腔室(10)顶部的旋转轴(4),下旋转涡轮(15)安装在增压滤前水腔室(10)底部的旋转轴(4),上旋转涡轮(6)和下旋转涡轮(15)的叶片推动方向相反。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种涡轮增压式自清洁高效过滤器,其特征在于,所述增压滤前水腔室(10)的旋转轴(4)侧壁上连接有若干橡胶清洁刷(11),橡胶清洁刷(11)与滤芯(9)内壁相抵。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种涡轮增压式自清洁高效过滤器,其特征在于,所述自动排渣器(13)中部设有排渣口(27),排渣口(27)与排渣管(14)连通,自动排渣器(13)底端内壁上固定有若干导流片(16),导流片(16)之间设为导流槽(29)。
