背景技术
在铸造领域，垂直线的型板运行的速度350型/小时以上，因与主机型腔板之间的相对运动而导致的型板周边的磨损是模具失效形式之一。由于型板周边与主机型腔板有配合精度要求，型板磨损后会造成喷砂，直接影响产品的质量，模具也将报废。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种使用寿命长的垂直线型板，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案：一种使用寿命长的垂直线型板，包括型板本体，所述型板本体的四周边缘上可拆卸地固定有镶条。
进一步地，所述型板本体的四周边缘上设置有开孔，所述镶条通过沉头螺栓穿过开孔以固定在型板本体上。
进一步地，所述镶条为铜质镶条。
进一步地，所述型板本体的一长边的侧面上设置有刮砂胶条。

参照图1，本实用新型为一种使用寿命长的垂直线型板，包括型板本体1，型板本体1的四周边缘上可拆卸地固定有镶条。具体地，型板本体1的四周边缘上设置有开孔，镶条2通过沉头螺栓穿过开孔以固定在型板本体1上。可拆卸的镶条2既能避免型板本体1的四周边缘因与主机型腔板之间发生相对运动而导致磨损，又能在其磨损后立即更换新的镶条2以恢复型板的使用，方便快捷，使得型板可以反复使用，因此延长了型板的使用寿命，非常适用于垂直线的型板上。
其中，镶条2为铜质镶条，其耐磨性能好，滑动摩擦阻力小。
作为本实用新型的一种优选，型板本体1的一长边的侧面上设置有刮砂胶条3。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的使用寿命长的垂直线型板，其特征在于：所述镶条(2)为铜质镶条。
4.根据权利要求1所述的使用寿命长的垂直线型板，其特征在于：所述型板本体(1)的一长边的侧面上设置有刮砂胶条(3)。
