本实用新型涉及一种膨化食品挤出机的头芯的
改进。
在膨化食品挤出机的头芯下模上，装有菱形刃
口，在膨化食品挤出时，实现纵向切割，克服了膨化食
品在挤出冷却变脆，而不能切割的问题。
Description
本实用新型属于装在挤出机头芯上的膨化食品切割刀。
由于膨化食品酥，脆的特点，在膨化后很难实现切割成有一定规则形状的小块，已见美国专利US4.296.275所提出的是食品膨化前进行切割，但膨化后的食品形状不一。
本实用新型提出一种在挤出机头芯的模具上，装有菱形刃口的切割刀，实现纵向切割。
结合附图，本实用新型是这样实现的。
图1给出了挤出机头芯正视图。在上模1，下模2组成挤出机头芯狭缝中间，在下模上有两个菱形刃口3，刃口最宽处是3～3mm。
图2给出了下模刃口俯视图
挤出机头芯上的刃口，可以根据要切割食品的大小，在下模上作成1～5个刃口，刃口之间可以是等距的，也可以是不等距的。
图3挤出机头芯截面为环形狭缝，均布三个菱形刃口的切割刀。
图4给出了不等距膨化食品切割刀头芯的正视图。
按照上述结构制成的带刃口挤出机头芯，在膨化食品生产中，在出料口处压力由高压突然变成常压，体积迅速扩大，经刃口物料纵向被切割开，而出料口处，膨化食品仍处于高温状态，又粘连成一个整体，可实现牵引作业。其后在进行横向切割，冷却后，膨化食品收缩自行分成均匀规则小块，而不破碎。

1、一种膨化食品切割刀，其特征是在挤出机头芯的下模2上有1～5个菱形的刃口3，刃口最宽处为2～3mm。
