本实用新型涉及一种冷却装置，尤其是涉及一种可对热轧球磨钢球进行均匀冷却的装置，属于钢球生产设备技术领域。
背景技术
目前，热轧钢球因其硬度高等优异特性而得到了广泛的应用；热轧钢球在回火前需要进行冷却，现有的冷却装置冷却速度较慢，冷却效率较低，如中国专利201620347886.1公开的“一种高温钢球冷却机”，其冷却时间较长，且冷却时钢球与传输带接触的一面散热效果较差，因此影响到冷却后的钢球金属内部组织结构，直接导致冷却后的钢球强度较低；为此亟需一种能够使得钢球在冷却过程中均匀冷却的装置。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种能够使得钢球均匀冷却的热轧球磨钢球均匀冷却装置。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：
一种热轧球磨钢球均匀冷却装置，所述装置包含有安装于机架上的冷却平台，所述冷却平台的两侧沿其长度方向设置有两条相互平行的传动链条，两条传动链条之间设置有多根推板条，且推板条位于冷却平台的上方。
本实用新型一种热轧球磨钢球均匀冷却装置，所述推板条与冷却平台之间的间隙小于钢球的直径。
本实用新型一种热轧球磨钢球均匀冷却装置，所述冷却平台的上方沿其长度方向设置有多台散热风机。
本实用新型一种热轧球磨钢球均匀冷却装置，机架上设置有多个龙门架，龙门架上安装的散热风机的出风口朝向冷却平台。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：
本实用新型通过推板条使得钢球在传输冷却的过程中不断滚动，从而避免某一面长时间接触搁置平面而影响散热效果；同时，滚动后使得散热更为均匀和快捷，提高了散热效率，减少了散热时间，有利于提高钢球的质量。

参见图1和图2，本实用新型涉及的一种热轧球磨钢球均匀冷却装置，所述装置包含有安装于机架101上的冷却平台1，所述冷却平台1的两侧沿其长度方向设置有两条相互平行的传动链条2，两条传动链条2之间设置有多根推板条3，且推板条3位于冷却平台1的上方；
进一步的，所述推板条3与冷却平台1之间的间隙小于钢球的直径；
使用时，推板条3跟随传动链条2移动，从而使得冷却平台1上的钢球在前行的过程中不断被推动滚动，从而散热更为均匀；
进一步的，所述冷却平台1的上方沿其长度方向设置有多台散热风机；具体的将，机架101上设置有多个龙门架，龙门架上安装的散热风机的出风口朝向冷却平台1；从而进一步提高散热性能，缩短散热时间；
另外：需要注意的是，上述具体实施方式仅为本专利的一个优化方案，本领域的技术人员根据上述构思所做的任何改动或改进，均在本专利的保护范围之内。

1.一种热轧球磨钢球均匀冷却装置，其特征在于：所述装置包含有安装于机架(101)上的冷却平台(1)，所述冷却平台(1)的两侧沿其长度方向设置有两条相互平行的传动链条(2)，两条传动链条(2)之间设置有多根推板条(3)，且推板条(3)位于冷却平台(1)的上方。
2.如权利要求1所述一种热轧球磨钢球均匀冷却装置，其特征在于：所述推板条(3)与冷却平台(1)之间的间隙小于钢球的直径。
3.如权利要求1所述一种热轧球磨钢球均匀冷却装置，其特征在于：所述冷却平台(1)的上方沿其长度方向设置有多台散热风机。
4.如权利要求3所述一种热轧球磨钢球均匀冷却装置，其特征在于：机架(101)上设置有多个龙门架，龙门架上安装的散热风机的出风口朝向冷却平台(1)。
