Abstract

一种用于铜电解的复合式阴极种板,它是由钛 板、铜挂耳组成,钛板与铜挂耳中间有一层钛铜复 板。其钛面、铜面分别与钛板和铜挂耳相焊接。这样 的复合式阴极种板使用寿命长,比一般钛种板长2-3 倍。

Description

本实用新型是用于铜电解生产中作阴极用的种板。
在铜电解生产过程中,制作阴极所用的种板,过去皆用紫铜板制作。由于使用寿命短和操作不方便等原因,近年来已逐渐改用钛板制作。因钛板的导电率低,起导电作用的挂耳,仍需用紫铜材料。钛板和铜挂耳铆接连接。
这种钛种板,在使用中由于钛板及挂耳的铆接不能太紧密,电阻增大,铆接处逐渐发热,长时间发热又使金属表层氧化,进一步增大电阻,因而越发发热,直至不能使用。这种铆接式的钛种板,使用寿命一般为二年左右。本实用新型是为延长种板使用寿命。
本实用新型是一种复合式阴极种板,由钛板,铜挂耳及中间一层钛铜复合板组成。复合板之钛面与钛板相焊接,复合板的铜面与铜挂耳相焊接。中间层钛铜复合板可以用爆炸法或固相轧制法生产,这样的复合板,两种材料之间只有一个原子直径的距离,所以有足够的接合力,保证此两种金属贴合紧密。而复合板与钛板及铜耳都是焊接的结合紧密,电阻很小。
图1为本实用新型实施例,1为钛板,2为紫铜挂耳,图2是A-A剖面,3为钛铜复合板,4、5分别为铜铜、钛钛焊缝。
本实用新型克服了因铆接产生电阻过大,发热引起表面氧化等现象。因此使用寿命可延长2~3倍。

1、一种铜电解用复合式阴极种板,它是由钛板、铜挂耳组成,其特征是在钛板和铜挂耳中间有一层钛铜复合板,其复合板的钛面与钛板相焊接,铜面与铜挂耳相焊接。
