Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种腔内超声介入引导装置,包括塑料支架和设于塑料支架上的金属材质的进针导向通道,所述塑料支架具有与腔内超声探头可拆卸安装的装配结构,所述进针导向通道包括由金属进针头提供的进针槽和由金属导向管提供的引导槽,所述金属导向管至少部分地容置于塑料支架内,所述金属进针头的至少进针端露出塑料支架外。本实用新型的腔内超声介入引导装置在塑料支架上形成全金属的进针引导通道,使得进行超声介入手术时,穿刺针可以顺畅并且洁净的进入人体,保证介入手术的安全可靠及易操作。

腔内超声介入引导装置
技术领域
本实用新型涉及医疗器械,更具体地说,涉及一种腔内超声介入引导装置。
背景技术
目前结合腔内超声探头进行介入诊断和治疗的临床应用越来越广泛,介入手术时均需要给腔内超声探头配置针导引器,引导穿刺针到达手术目标位。常用的腔内针导引器有两种:一种是全部使用不锈钢材质加工的可反复消毒灭菌实现重复使用的金属导引器;另一种是使用塑料材质、出厂前已灭菌的可一次性使用的塑料导引器。对于一次性使用的腔内针导引器,其引导穿刺针的导向通道由进针槽和引导槽组成,进针槽和引导槽有均采用塑料材质的情况,也有进针槽用塑料材质和引导槽用金属材质的情况。两种情况下穿刺针在进入导引器的过程中,穿刺针锋利的针尖都可能与塑料材质的进针槽或引导槽接触,针尖容易扎入塑料材质中受力导致针尖变形损坏,同时针尖会将针导引器上的塑料材质表面划破,有可能削下一部分塑料碎屑残留在穿刺针上,从而导致附在穿刺针上的塑料碎屑进入人体造成健康隐患。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种能确保穿刺针顺畅并且洁净的进入人体的腔内超声介入引导装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提出一种腔内超声介入引导装置,包括塑料支架和设于塑料支架上的金属材质的进针导向通道,所述塑料支架具有与腔内超声探头可拆卸安装的装配结构,所述进针导向通道包括由金属进针头提供的进针槽和由金属导向管提供的引导槽,所述金属导向管至少部分地容置于塑料支架内,所述金属进针头的至少进针端露出塑料支架外。
根据本实用新型的一个实施例中,所述金属进针头的出针端和金属导向管的进针端通过定位结构定位以将进针槽和引导槽对接。
根据本实用新型的一个实施例中,所述金属进针头的出针端开设有与金属导向管的进针端相适配的定位槽,所述金属导向管的进针端插置于所述定位槽内。
根据本实用新型的一个实施例中,所述金属进针头与塑料支架之间设有相互配合以限制金属进针头沿金属导向管的轴线移动和绕金属导向管的轴线转动的限位结构。
根据本实用新型的一个实施例中,所述限位结构包括开设于金属进针头的出针端外表面的防转槽和形成于塑料支架上对应位置以填充入所述防转槽内的防转块。
根据本实用新型的一个实施例中,所述限位结构还包括开设于金属进针头的出针端外表面两侧并相对贯通至所述定位槽的第一限位槽和第二限位槽以及形成于塑料支架上对应位置以填充入所述第一限位槽和第二限位槽的第一限位块和第二限位块。
根据本实用新型的一个实施例中,所述塑料支架在所述进针导向通道上注塑一体成型。
根据本实用新型的一个实施例中,所述金属导向管为圆管,提供圆形的引导槽;所述金属进针头的进针槽呈喇叭形或上方开放的部分喇叭形。
根据本实用新型的一个实施例中,所述塑料支架设有与所述进针导向通道对接的出针口,且所述出针口的内表面尺寸大于进针导向通道的内表面尺寸。
本实用新型的腔内超声介入引导装置在塑料支架上形成全金属的进针引导通道,使得进行超声介入手术时,穿刺针可以顺畅并且洁净的进入人体,保证介入手术的安全可靠及易操作。

具体实施方式
为了使本实用新型的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本实用新型进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。
如图1至图3所示,根据本实用新型一个实施例的腔内超声介入引导装置2主要由塑料支架21、金属导向管22和金属进针头23构成,金属导向管22容置在塑料支架21内,金属进针头23露出塑料支架21外。金属导向管22优选为圆管,提供沿介入手术引导方向延伸的圆形引导槽221。金属进针头23提供与该引导槽221对接的进针槽231,从而在塑料支架21上形成全金属的进针导向通道,引导穿刺针4进行介入手术,避免穿刺针4与塑料支架21接触。
参见图3所示,金属进针头23的出针端开设有定位槽232,该定位槽232的形状与金属导向管22的进针端相适配。将金属导向管22的进针端插置于定位槽232内,便可将金属导向管22与金属进针头23相对定位从而将引导槽221和进针槽231对接。金属导向管22与金属进针头23二者定位之后,可以放入安装在注塑机上的注塑模具内,然后通过注塑的方式在其上形成塑料支架21。完成注塑后,塑料支架21、金属导向管22以及金属进针头23就形成一个整体零件,即腔内穿刺引导装置2。参见图2所示,在注塑完成之后,金属导向管22被包裹在塑料支架21中,金属进针头23则通过与塑料支架21相互配合的限位结构固定于塑料支架21上。具体如图3所示,金属进针头23的出针端外表面开设有防转槽233,,塑料支架21上对应位置形成有防转块211填充入该防转槽233内;金属进针头23的出针端外表面两侧开设有相对贯通至定位槽232的第一限位槽234和第二限位槽235,塑料支架21上对应位置形成有第一限位块212和第二限位块213填充入该第一限位槽234和第二限位槽235内。金属进针头23上的防转槽233与塑料支架21上的防转块211配合,限制金属进针头23沿金属导向管22的轴线做旋转运动,金属进针头23上的第一限位槽234及第二限位槽235与塑料支架21上的第一限位块212及第二限位块213配合,限制金属进针头23沿金属导向管22的轴线移动及绕金属导向管22的轴线旋转。至此,塑料支架21、金属导向管22及金属进针头23就能牢靠无松脱地结合在一起。本领域技术人员显然可知的是,根据本实用新型的不同实施例中,塑胶支架21、金属导向管22和金属进针头23亦可分别加工后再装配形成一体。
再如图2所示,塑料支架21上对应于金属导向管22的出针端设有出针口214,并且出针口214的内表面尺寸大于金属导向管22的内表面尺寸。因此,当穿刺针4移动到出针口214位置时,不会与塑料材质的出针口214接触。进一步如图2和图3所示,金属进针头23的进针槽231呈上方开放的部分喇叭形与引导槽221对接,以方便穿刺针4的进针。
当进行超声介入手术时,腔内探头1外部套上保护套3进行无菌隔离,腔内超声介入引导装置2通过设置在塑料支架21上的装配结构215与腔内探头1可拆卸地安装固定。如图1所示的箭头方向为介入手术时的引导方向,穿刺针4先与金属进针头23接触,然后经过金属导向管22,最后由塑料支架21的出针口214出来并开始进入手术目标位。穿刺针4在从金属进针头23上的进针槽231进入金属导向管22内的引导槽221再从塑料支架21的出针口214出来的整个过程中,都没有跟塑料材质接触,避免了穿刺针4的针尖划破塑胶材质导致碎屑进入人体的情况,保证介入手术的安全可靠及易操作。
根据本实用新型另一个实施例的腔内超声介入引导装置中,塑料支架21可由彼此独立的进针端支架和出针端支架两部分组成,二者分别具有与腔内超声探头2可拆卸安装的装配结构。金属导向管22的两端分别容置在进针端支架和出针端支架内而中间部分露出,金属进针头23以与前述实施例相同的方式设置于进针端支架上并与金属导向管22的引导槽221对接,同样地,出针端支架可设有与前述实施例相同形式的出针口214。

Claims (9)

1.一种腔内超声介入引导装置,其特征在于,包括塑料支架和设于塑料支架上的金属材质的进针导向通道,所述塑料支架具有与腔内超声探头可拆卸安装的装配结构,所述进针导向通道包括由金属进针头提供的进针槽和由金属导向管提供的引导槽,所述金属导向管至少部分地容置于塑料支架内,所述金属进针头的至少进针端露出塑料支架外。
2.根据权利要求1所述的腔内超声介入引导装置,其特征在于,所述金属进针头的出针端和金属导向管的进针端通过定位结构定位以将进针槽和引导槽对接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的腔内超声介入引导装置,其特征在于,所述金属进针头的出针端开设有与金属导向管的进针端相适配的定位槽,所述金属导向管的进针端插置于所述定位槽内。
4.根据权利要求3所述的腔内超声介入引导装置,其特征在于,所述金属进针头与塑料支架之间设有相互配合以限制金属进针头沿金属导向管的轴线移动和绕金属导向管的轴线转动的限位结构。
5.根据权利要求4所述的腔内超声介入引导装置,其特征在于,所述限位结构包括开设于金属进针头的出针端外表面的防转槽和形成于塑料支架上对应位置以填充入所述防转槽内的防转块。
6.根据权利要求5所述的腔内超声介入引导装置,其特征在于,所述限位结构还包括开设于金属进针头的出针端外表面两侧并相对贯通至所述定位槽的第一限位槽和第二限位槽以及形成于塑料支架上对应位置以填充入所述第一限位槽和第二限位槽的第一限位块和第二限位块。
7.根据权利要求1所述的腔内超声介入引导装置,其特征在于,所述塑料支架在所述进针导向通道上注塑一体成型。
8.根据权利要求1所述的腔内超声介入引导装置,其特征在于,所述金属导向管为圆管,提供圆形的引导槽;所述金属进针头的进针槽呈喇叭形或上方开放的部分喇叭形。
9.根据权利要求1所述的腔内超声介入引导装置,其特征在于,所述塑料支架设有与所述进针导向通道对接的出针口,且所述出针口的内表面尺寸大于进针导向通道的内表面尺寸。
