背景技术
现有的肥料搅拌装置种类较多，但普遍存在以下不足：第一，采用单一的搅拌器设计，存在搅拌盲区，无法最大限度地搅拌物料，搅拌效果较差；第二，现有的肥料搅拌装置，容易出现物料粘连在搅拌装置内壁上，堵塞搅拌器的问题，影响搅拌器使用。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种改进结构的肥料搅拌设备，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：一种改进结构的肥料搅拌设备，包括搅拌箱和出料箱；所述搅拌箱的顶端左侧设置有进料口，所述出料箱安装在搅拌箱的底端；所述搅拌箱顶部中间设置有电机，搅拌箱内设置有搅拌轴，所述搅拌轴穿过搅拌箱顶部与电机的输出轴连接；所述搅拌轴上部设置有搅拌叶片；所述搅拌叶片至少为2片，搅拌叶片围绕搅拌轴均匀设置；搅拌轴中部设置有搅拌桨，所述搅拌桨为4片，上面两片搅拌桨呈倒八字型设置，下面两片搅拌桨呈八字型设置；所述搅拌桨上设置有若干个搅拌尖锥；所述搅拌轴下部设置有刮板，所述刮板为2块，对称固定连接在搅拌轴上；所述刮板远离搅拌轴一端设置有软刷，所述软刷与搅拌箱内壁相接触；所述搅拌箱底板左侧设置有液压缸，液压缸的液压杆连接挡块，所述挡块随液压杆左右滑动；所述出料箱顶部中间设置有下料口，底部中间设置有出料口，出料口处设置有阀门。

有益效果：（1）采用搅拌轴上部设置搅拌片，中部设置搅拌桨的设计，避免搅拌盲区，最大限度地搅拌物料，搅拌效果好；（2）搅拌轴下部设置有刮板，刮板远离搅拌轴一端设置有软刷，软刷与搅拌箱内壁相接触，避免出现物料粘连在搅拌箱内壁上，堵塞下料口；同时，刮板也起到了搅拌的作用，这样能够将位于搅拌箱的上部、中部和下部的肥料都搅拌到，保证了肥料的充分搅拌。

如图1所示，一种改进结构的肥料搅拌设备，包括搅拌箱1和出料箱2；所述搅拌箱1的顶端左侧设置有进料口3，所述出料箱2安装在搅拌箱1的底端；所述搅拌箱1顶部中间设置有电机4，搅拌箱1内设置有搅拌轴5，所述搅拌轴5穿过搅拌箱1顶部与电机4的输出轴连接；所述搅拌轴5上部设置有搅拌叶片6；所述搅拌叶片6至少为2片，搅拌叶片6围绕搅拌轴5均匀设置；搅拌轴5中部设置有搅拌桨7，所述搅拌桨7为4片，上面两片搅拌桨7呈倒八字型设置，下面两片搅拌桨7呈八字型设置；所述搅拌桨7上设置有若干个搅拌尖锥8；所述搅拌轴5下部设置有刮9板，所述刮板9为2块，对称固定连接在搅拌轴5上；所述刮板9远离搅拌轴5一端设置有软刷10，所述软刷10与搅拌箱1内壁相接触；所述搅拌箱1底板左侧设置有液压缸11，液压缸11的液压杆12连接挡块13，所述挡块13随液压杆12左右滑动；所述出料箱2顶部中间设置有下料口14，底部中间设置有出料口15，出料口15处设置有阀门16。
所述软刷10为尼龙材质。
本实用新型工作原理：肥料从进料口3进入搅拌箱1内，启动电机4驱动搅拌轴5旋转，带动搅拌叶片6、搅拌桨7和刮板9转动，对肥料进行充分搅拌，搅拌均匀后，关闭电机4；然后，液压缸11驱动液压杆12带动挡块13向右侧滑动，打开下料口14，肥料从下料口14处进入出料箱2，完成出料后，液压缸11驱动液压杆12带动挡块13向左侧滑动，关闭下料口14；需要打包时，打开阀门16，肥料从出料口15输出；出料箱2可以存储搅拌均匀的物料，避免了打包过程中搅拌装置1无法进行搅拌工作，进而影响生产效率。
