背景技术
随着时代的发展,无纺布由于其有着良好的过滤性、通气性、价格低廉等优点,逐渐代替了传统的布艺,而在现有的技术领域里,无纺布清洗一般是放入圆筒洗衣装置里清洗,然后在人工取出,这种清洗方法不但耗时耗力,而且清洗布料相对不均匀,清洗不彻底,并且清洗后的废水一般都排放到下水道中,不仅浪费水资源,还污染了环境,而清洗过后还需要一系列烘干操作,加大了企业对时间和资金的浪费,严重耽误了对无纺布的生产。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种无纺布全面清洗装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:
一种无纺布全面清洗装置,包括清洗主体,所述清洗主体包括金属外壳,所诉金属外壳包括支架,所诉支架上设有进料转动辊、第一转动辊、第二转动辊、出料转动辊四个转动辊,进料转动辊与第一转动辊处于同一水平位置,第二转动辊与出料转动辊处于同一水平位置且低于进料转动辊与第一转动辊,所述四个转动辊之间连接运输带,所述出料转动辊出口处设有吹风装置,所述支架上设有三组导向辊和滑动轴,分别位于进料转动辊上方、第一转动辊上方、进料转动辊与第二转动辊之间。所述滑动轴与所述支架处设有电机,滑动轴上设有滑动件,所述滑动件下方设有清洗刷,所述滑动件上设有分叉喷头,所述支架下方设有废液池。
作为本实用新型的进一步方案:所述吹干装置上的风口呈梯形体。
作为本实用新型的再进一步方案:所述清洗装置上的清洗刷活动连接,可自由拆卸。
作为本实用新型的再进一步方案:所述分叉喷头活动连接,可自由拆卸。
作为本实用新型的再进一步方案:所述分叉喷头尾部连接软管。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:水平左右滑动的分叉喷头可以全方位的清洗无纺布,水平上下两个分叉喷头可以两面清洗无纺布,水平左右滑动的清洗刷可以更加有效的清洗无纺布,使无纺布更加洁净,清洗过后的吹干装置可以有效的吸收无纺布表面上的水和粉尘,工业废水的回收再利用可以防治污染环境,减少到对大自然的危害,本装置安全稳定,操作简单。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本专利的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
请参阅图1-4,一种无纺布全面清洗装置,包括清洗主体,所述清洗主体包括金属外壳11,所诉金属外壳11包括支架10,所诉支架10上设有进料转动辊1、第一转动辊2、第二转动辊3、出料转动辊4四个转动辊,进料转动辊1与第一转动辊2处于同一水平位置,第二转动辊3与出料转动辊4处于同一水平位置且低于进料转动辊1与第一转动辊2,所述四个转动辊之间连接运输带15,无纺布在运输带15上随着转动辊转动而移动,所述出料转动辊4出料口16处设有吹风装置,节约了传统的对无纺布烘干等一系列操作时间,吹风装置上设有电机19和吹风口17,所述支架10上设有三组导向辊9和滑动轴6,分别位于进料转动辊上方1、第一转动辊上方2、进料转动辊1与第二转动辊3之间。所述滑动轴6与所述支架10处设有第二电机21,滑动轴6上设有滑动件20,所述滑动件20下方设有清洗刷5,清洗刷5的活动连接可以更加节约成本,所述滑动件20上设有分叉喷头8,分叉喷头8在导向辊9上的来回运动更加全面的冲洗无纺布,所述支架下方设有废液池7,实现对工业废水的循环利用,减少对环境的污染。
本实用新型的工作原理是:将所要清洗的无纺布从进料口12平铺放入进料转动辊1,发动机器,开始运作,无纺布在运输带15上随着转动辊的转动而移动,无纺布置于进料转动辊1时,第二电机21带动滑动轴6运动使分叉喷头8对无纺布的一面进行冲洗,无纺布置于第一转动辊2时,第二电机21带动滑动辊6于运动使清洗刷5来回移动,使得清洗更加完善,然后当无纺布置于第二转动辊3时,上方的分叉喷头8对无纺布另一面进行全方位清洗,之后无纺布从出料转动辊4出来时,外部合金支架22上的电机19转动带动吹风口17对着无纺布进行吹干,可以使无纺布干燥取出,而支架下方设有废液池7,可将废水进行回收利用。

1.一种无纺布全面清洗装置,包括清洗主体,所述清洗主体包括金属外壳(11),所诉金属外壳(11)包括支架(10),所诉支架(10)上设有进料转动辊(1)、第一转动辊(2)、第二转动辊(3)、出料转动辊(4)四个转动辊,进料转动辊(1)与第一转动辊(2)处于同一水平位置,第二转动辊(3)与出料转动辊(4)处于同一水平位置且低于进料转动辊(1)与第一转动辊(2),所述四个转动辊之间连接运输带(15),所述出料转动辊(4)出料口(16)处设有吹风装置,吹风装置上设有电机(19)和吹风口(17),所述支架(10)上设有三组导向辊(9)和滑动轴(6),分别位于进料转动辊(1)上方、第一转动辊(2)上方、进料转动辊(1)与第二转动辊(3)之间;所述滑动轴(6)与所述支架(10)处设有第二电机(21),滑动轴(6)上设有滑动件(20),所述滑动件(20)下方设有清洗刷(5),所述滑动件(20)上设有分叉喷头(8),所述支架下方设有废液池(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无纺布全面清洗装置,其特征在于,所述吹风装置上的风口(17)呈梯形体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种无纺布全面清洗装置,其特征在于,所述清洗装置上的清洗刷(5)活动连接,可自由拆卸。
