背景技术
动力电池是新能源电池的重要组成部分,动力电池性能的优劣直接影响着新能源汽车的整体性能。动力电池结构在不断的优化,而电池盖板是电池结构件极为重要的环节,其中不可忽视为电池盖板中的绝缘垫片,它起到绝缘和固定的作用。传统的电池盖板负极绝缘垫片的定位功能还需要若干个陶瓷柱之类的绝缘材料辅助配合。动力电池制作过程中,盖板装配需要装配若干个小陶瓷柱,因此装配效率低且容易漏装。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种动力电池负极绝缘垫片,将绝缘与定位固定功能集合于一体,不仅提高了装配效率还提升了装配良率,同时也降低了生产成本。
本实用新型采用的技术方案如下:
一种动力电池负极绝缘垫片,包括有方形绝缘垫片,方形绝缘垫片的正面设有沉槽,方形绝缘垫片上开设有铆钉安装孔、SSD凸台安装孔,方形绝缘垫片的正反面分别设有两个定位柱,两个定位柱分别位于铆钉安装孔的两侧。
所述的方形绝缘垫片、定位柱由绝缘材料制成。
所述正反面的两个定位柱位于方形绝缘垫片的同一位置。
所述的定位柱为圆柱体。
本实用新型的垫片先与配套的负极压板装配,再装配在电池基板的负极端,垫片由绝缘材料制成,它能很好的使基板与压板隔离绝缘,其定位柱的存在也能很好定位压板和基板。本实用新型的优点在于:它能很好的使基板与压板隔离绝缘,定位柱将陶瓷柱替代,不仅提高了装配效率还提升了装配良率,同时也降低了生产成本。

参见附图,一种动力电池负极绝缘垫片,包括有方形绝缘垫片1,方形绝缘垫片1的正面设有沉槽2,方形绝缘垫片1上开设有铆钉安装孔3、SSD凸台安装孔5,方形绝缘垫片1的正反面分别设有两个定位柱4,两个定位柱4分别位于铆钉安装孔3的两侧;方形绝缘垫片1、定位柱4由绝缘材料制成;正反面的两个定位柱4位于方形绝缘垫片1的同一位置,定位柱4为圆柱体,铆钉安装孔3用于负极铆钉钉柱通,SSD凸台安装孔5用于SSD凸台通过。

1.一种动力电池负极绝缘垫片,包括有方形绝缘垫片,其特征在于,方形绝缘垫片的正面设有沉槽,方形绝缘垫片上开设有铆钉安装孔、SSD凸台安装孔,方形绝缘垫片的正反面分别设有两个定位柱,两个定位柱分别位于铆钉安装孔的两侧。
