Abstract

一种用于锂电池电芯之间连接的铜镍复合连接片,其特征在于所述铜镍复合连接片由镍极片和铜极片构成,所述的铜极片上至少开设一排通孔:镍极片上开设有与铜极片上的通孔相对应的通孔,镍极片上的各通孔一侧分别连体一小块延伸在通孔内的凸片;铜极片与镍极片的通孔相对,焊接为一整体。由于根据单体锂电池串、并联的数量要求,在铜极片和镍极片上开设相应数量的通孔,且在镍极片各通孔一侧分别连体一小块延伸在通孔内的凸片,既易于实现串、并联的各单体锂电池电芯极柱通过该凸片与铜极片之间的连接,减少镍极片的用量,降低生产成本:又提高了连接片的导电率,降低了连接片的内阻:还使得单体锂电池之间串、并联装配具有牢固性和整齐性。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于锂电池电芯之间连接的铜镍复合连接片。
背景技术
电动汽车发展的关键技术之一是动力电池。目前,电动汽车的动力电池一般都是采用大量的由数十甚至上百节单体锂电池通过串、并联的方式组成大功率的锂电池组,以满足电动汽车的动力需求。对于单体锂电池电芯之间的串、并联,通常是采用全镍片或全铜片进行连接。采用全镍片进行连接,虽然可焊性好,但成本高;采用全铜片进行连接,虽然导电性能好,成本低,但其与电芯极柱之间往往存在焊接不牢固的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种既易于焊接,成本又较低,且装配牢固的用于锂电池电芯之间连接的铜镍复合连接片。
其技术方案是:一种用于锂电池电芯之间连接的铜镍复合连接片,其特征在于:所述铜镍复合连接片由镍极片和铜极片构成,所述的铜极片上至少开设一排通孔;镍极片上开设有与铜极片上的通孔相对应的通孔,镍极片上的各通孔一侧分别连体一小块延伸在通孔内的凸片;铜极片与镍极片的通孔相对,焊接为一整体。
其技术效果是:由于根据单体锂电池串、并联的数量要求,在铜极片和镍极片上开设相应数量的通孔,且在镍极片各通孔一侧分别连体一小块延伸在通孔内的凸片,既易于实现串、并联的各单体锂电池电芯极柱通过该凸片与铜极片之间的连接,减少镍极片的用量,降低生产成本;又提高了连接片的导电率,降低了连接片的内阻;还使得单体锂电池之间串、并联装配具有牢固性和整齐性。

具体实施方式
以下选择两种方式进行说明:
如图1-3所示,一种用于锂电池电芯之间连接的铜镍复合连接片,由铜极片和镍极片构成,所述的铜极片1上开设一排与单体锂电池串、并联数量相同的椭圆形的通孔11。镍极片2上开设有与铜极片上的通孔相对应的通孔21,镍极片上的各通孔一侧分别连体一小块延伸在通孔内的、易于与电池极柱焊接的凸片22。铜极片与镍极片的通孔相对,焊接为一整体。
如图4所示,铜极片1上开设两排与单体锂电池串、并联数量相同的椭圆形的通孔。镍极片2上同样开设有与铜极片上两排通孔相对应的通孔,镍极片上的各通孔一侧分别连体一小块延伸在通孔内的、易于与电池极柱焊接的凸片21。铜极片与镍极片的通孔相对,焊接为一整体。

1.一种用于锂电池电芯之间连接的铜镍复合连接片,由镍极片和铜极片构成,其特征在于:所述的铜极片(1)上至少开设一排通孔(11);镍极片(2)上开设有与铜极片上的通孔相对应的通孔(21),镍极片上的各通孔一侧分别连体一小块延伸在通孔内的凸片(22);铜极片与镍极片的通孔相对,焊接为一整体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于锂电池电芯之间连接的铜镍复合连接片,其\特征在于:所述的铜极片(1)上的通孔(11)为椭圆形。
