Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种利用电除尘器改造的袋式除尘器,包括原电除尘器的基础、灰斗(2)、壳体(1)和进出口喇叭,在原壳体(1)上部增设由清灰系统、下部花板(4)和上部检修台(5)组成的净气箱(3),其特征在于:壳体(1)两侧架设风道(11),风道(11)上部与净气箱(3)相连、下部通过接管(14)伸入壳体(1)内;风道(11)内斜向设置一面导流板(16),导流板(16)下方的风道为下风道(12),与进口喇叭(17)相通,导流板(16)上方的风道为上风道(13),与出口喇叭(18)相通;原壳体出入口截面上分别设有隔板(19)。本实用新型的优点是采用外挂式风道技术,减少了施工量及除尘器停机的时间,缩短了改造周期,提高了施工效率和净气质量。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及除尘器技术领域,尤其涉及一种利用电除尘器改造的袋式除尘器。
背景技术
电除尘器在振打过程中,粉尘会产生二次扬尘,造成排放超标,这是由电除尘器的原理决定的,无法避免。随着国家环保标准的提高,电除尘器要达到20mg/Nm3以下、甚至是10mg/Nm3以下的环保排放标准,因此现役电除尘器几乎全部需要进行改造。对现役电除尘器进行改造,必须整个系统停机,如果周期太长,会影响生产,增加生产成本,因此在短周期内完成现役电除尘器的达标改造而又对生产造成较小影响是改造的重要指标。
目前,国内常规的电改袋方式主要是在原有电除尘器的基础上进行改造,不加长柱距,不加宽跨距,拆除原电除尘器内部的阴阳极系统、阴阳极振打、灰斗挡风和内外顶板,保留壳体及内部管撑,在除尘器壳体高度不变的情况下,在原壳体上部增设净气室。如图3所示,净气室包括下部花板、上方检修门、提升阀门和清灰系统;清灰系统包括储气包、脉冲阀、分气箱和喷吹管,清灰系统中各组成构件依次通过管道相连;喷吹管架设在花板上方,花板下方设有过滤袋,喷吹管下部设置的引流喷嘴正对着过滤袋口设置。除此之外,改造中最重要的一步就是在壳体内重新布置风道。
如图1、图2所示,风道的形式通常有两种。第一种是不拆除进出口喇叭,直接在进口喇叭至出口喇叭之间斜向设置一面导流板,其优点是保留进出口喇叭可以减少拆除和安装管道的工作量,缺点是内部风道很长,且不规整,施工难度大;第二种是拆除进出口喇叭,在壳体内部布置风道,即封住原有进出口喇叭与除尘器出入口的连接面,在连接面中间各开出一个通风口,然后在两端通风口之间斜向设置一面导流板,其优点是风道较短,缺点是拆除喇叭及增加管道加大了工作量。以上两种方式均是在壳体内布置风道,需要在除尘器内部进行施工,除尘器内环境恶劣且有锈蚀,不利于风道的安装和焊接;且内部结构复杂,施工难度大,若拆除部分阻挡的管撑,则无法保证施工质量;在施工期间,除尘器还需要停机,施工周期长会对经济造成很大的损失。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了解决现有电改袋除尘器存在的施工周期长、内设风道不易的问题,提供了一种利用电除尘器改造的袋式除尘器,通过采用外部风道,可在不停机的状态下完成整体吊装,大大缩短了改造周期,同时不拆除原有进出口喇叭和内部管撑,减少了工作量,保证了施工的质量。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用了如下技术方案:
一种利用电除尘器改造的袋式除尘器,包括原电除尘器的基础、灰斗、壳体和进出口喇叭,在原壳体上部增设包含清灰系统的净气箱,净气箱下部设有花板、上方设有检修平台;所述清灰系统由储气包、脉冲阀 和喷吹管依次通过管道连接而成;喷吹管架设在花板上方,花板下方设有过滤袋,喷吹管下部的引流喷嘴正对着过滤袋口设置。其特征在于:
包括除尘器壳体两侧架设的风道,风道上部与净气箱相连,风道下部通过接管与除尘器壳体下方相连,且接管伸入壳体内的一端设在过滤袋下方。
所述风道内斜向设置一面导流板,将风道分隔成两个部分;导流板下方的风道为下风道,下风道入口与进口喇叭相通,导流板上方的风道为上风道,上风道出口与出口喇叭相通。
下风道底部按照相等间隔设置一组小灰斗;小灰斗与下风道相通,且小灰斗下端与所述接管相连,接管上均设有一个电动调节蝶阀。
进口喇叭与除尘器入口相连的截面上设置一面隔板,出口喇叭与除尘器出口相连的截面上设置一面隔板,两隔板尺寸与除尘器出入口尺寸一致,以堵住原除尘器出入口,使烟气进入外挂式风道中。
本实用新型的技术方案中,含尘烟气由进口喇叭直接进入下风道,通过接管进入除尘器内部各个仓室中,经过滤袋净化后输送至上部净气箱中,再通过上风道由出口喇叭排出。安装时,由于风道采取外挂式,因此可先制作完成风道,而后吊装在除尘器两侧即可,大大减少了除尘器因改造停机而耽误的时间,缩短了改造周期;其次,省去了拆除和内部安装,不仅提高了施工效率,而且使得壳体内部空间得到充分利用,滤袋数量多、过滤面积大、过滤风速低,保证了烟气的充分混合和净化,可实现10mg/m3以下粉尘排放的严格要求。

具体实施方式
为了使本实用新型更加清楚明白,下面结合附图对本实用新型的利用电除尘器改造的袋式除尘器进一步说明,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。
参见图3、图4,一种利用电除尘器改造的袋式除尘器,包括原电除尘器的基础、灰斗2、壳体1和进口喇叭17、出口喇叭18,在原壳体1上部增设包含清灰系统的净气箱3,净气箱3下部设有花板4、上方设有检修平台5;所述清灰系统由储气包9、脉冲阀8和喷吹管7依次通过管道连接而成;喷吹管7架设在花板4上方,花板4下方设有过滤袋6,喷吹管7下部的引流喷嘴10正对着过滤袋6端口设置。其特征在于:
参见图4、图5,除尘器壳体1两侧架设风道11,风道11上部与净气箱3相连,风道11下部通过接管14与除尘器壳体1下方相连,且接管14伸入壳体1内的一端设在过滤袋6下方。
所述风道11内斜向设置一面导流板16,将风道11分隔成两个部分;
导流板16下方的风道11为下风道12,下风道12入口与进口喇叭17相通,导流板16上方的风道11为上风道13,上风道13出口与出口喇叭18相通。
下风道12底部按照一定间隔设置一组小灰斗21;小灰斗21与下风道12相通,且小灰斗21下端与接管14相连,接管14上均设有一个电动调节蝶阀15。
进口喇叭17与除尘器壳体1入口相连的截面上设置一面隔板19,出口喇叭18与除尘器壳体1出口相连的截面上设置一面隔板20,两隔板尺寸与除尘器壳体1出入口尺寸一致,以用来堵住原除尘器出入口,使烟气进入外挂式风道11中。
本实用新型中,含尘烟气由进口喇叭17直接进入下风道12,通过接管14进入除尘器壳体1内部各个仓室中,经过滤袋6净化后输送至上部净气箱3中,再通过上风道13由出口喇叭18排出。本发明采用外挂式的风道,不必拆除原除尘器内部结构,直接将制作好的风道吊装在除尘器两侧即可,大大减少了除尘器因改造停机而耽误的时间,缩短了改造周期,提高了施工效率;其次,电动蝶阀可以调节每个接管的风量,保证分配给每个仓室的风量更加均匀,可实现分别控制与关断检修;此外,壳体内部空间得到充分利用,滤袋数量多、过滤面积大、过滤风速低,保证了烟气的充分混合和净化,可实现10mg/m3以下粉尘排放的严格要求。

1.一种利用电除尘器改造的袋式除尘器,包括原电除尘器的基础、灰斗(2)、壳体(1)和进口喇叭(17)与出口喇叭(18),在原壳体(1)上部增设包含清灰系统的净气箱(3),净气箱(3)下部设有花板(4)、上方设有检修平台(5);所述清灰系统由储气包(9)、脉冲阀(8)和喷吹管(7)依次通过管道连接而成;喷吹管(7)架设在花板(4)上方,花板(4)下方设有过滤袋(6),喷吹管(7)下部的引流喷嘴(10)正对着过滤袋(6)端口设置,其特征在于:
除尘器壳体(1)两侧架设风道(11),风道(11)上部与净气箱(3)相连,风道(11)下部通过接管(14)与除尘器壳体(1)下方相连,且接管(14)伸入壳体(1)内的一端设在过滤袋(6)下方;
风道(11)内斜向设置一面导流板(16),将风道(11)分隔成两个部分;
导流板(16)下方的风道(11)为下风道(12),下风道(12)入口与进口喇叭(17)相通,导流板(16)上方的风道(11)为上风道(13),上风道(13)出口与出口喇叭(18)相通;
进口喇叭(17)与除尘器壳体(1)入口相连的截面上设置一面第一隔板(19),出口喇叭(18)与除尘器壳体(1)出口相连的截面上设置一面第二隔板(20),两隔板尺寸与除尘器壳体(1)出入口尺寸一致。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种利用电除尘器改造的袋式除尘器,其特征在于:
下风道(12)底部按照一定间隔设置一组小灰斗(21),小灰斗(21)与下风道(12)相通,且小灰斗(21)下端与接管(14)相连。

接管(14)上设有一个电动调节蝶阀(15),以调节风量、实现关断时离线检修。
