[0001] 本实用新型属于工业除尘技术领域,具体涉及一种利于电场检修的静电除尘系 统。
背景技术
[0002] 静电除尘是工业粉尘治理的配套设备,它的功能是将排放到烟气中的颗粒烟尘加 以清除,从而大幅度降低排入大气的粉尘量,这是改善环境污染,提高空气质量的重要环保 设备。目前,国内外大中型静电除尘器主要有三类:第一,固定极板式静电除尘器,此类静电 除尘器是应用最广泛的,但是传统的结构效率偏低,故障率高。第二,移动电极式静电除尘 器,此类静电除尘器虽然应用前景良好,但由于国内的冶金、热处理、部件加工以及安装水 平与国外尚有很大差距,在装置投产运行一段时间后会由于部件磨损严重导致电极板受剪 切力而变形,最终使设备完全失灵。第三,传统刮板式静电除尘器,此类静电除尘器由于板 线配合不科学及二次飞扬严重,也不能达到国家排放标准。
[0003] 现有的静电除尘器现场出现问题检修比较困难,很难满足生产线的要求。 实用新型内容
[0004] 为了解决技术背景所提出的问题,本实用新型提供一种利于电场检修的静电除尘 系统,该系统对工业排放废烟气进行除尘和除烟处理,净化效果好,净化后排出的气体符合 国家标准,同时使用方便。
[0005] 为了达到上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
[0006] 本实用新型提供了一种利于电场检修的静电除尘系统,它包括静电除尘器本体, 静电除尘器本体的一侧设有烟气入口,烟气入口上设有烟气入口管道,静电除尘器本体的 另一侧设有烟气出口,烟气出口上设有烟气出口管道,静电除尘器本体的下部设有集尘斗, 所述静电除尘器本体的内部从烟气入口到烟气出口之间设有1〜4个电场,每个电场前后侧 设有人孔和检修通道;所述烟气入口管道为负压管道,烟气入口管道上设有烟气初级过滤 装置和烟气均匀分布装置,烟气入口管道的进入端通过管道与烟气初级过滤装置的进口相 连通,烟气初级过滤装置的出口通过管道与烟气均匀分布装置的进口相连通,烟气均匀分 布装置的出口通过管道与静电除尘器本体的烟气入口相通;所述烟气初级过滤装置内设有 1〜5层烟尘颗粒过滤板;所述烟气出口管道上设有活性炭吸附板;所述集尘斗的外侧壁上 设有振动器,集尘斗上设有料位监测窗,集尘斗的下部设有集尘管道,集尘管道的输出端上 设有灰尘输出装置。
[0007] 根据上述的利于电场检修的静电除尘系统,所述静电除尘器本体包括阳极系统和 阴极系统,阳极系统和阴极系统的振打方式均采用间歇式机械侧部振打。
[0008] 根据上述的利于电场检修的静电除尘系统,所述烟气入口和烟气出口为倒锥体结 构。
[0009] 根据上述的利于电场检修的静电除尘系统,所述集尘斗内设有阻流板。
[0010] 根据上述的利于电场检修的静电除尘系统,所述集尘斗的侧壁上开设有捅灰孔, 捅灰孔上设有密封盖。
[0011] 根据上述的利于电场检修的静电除尘系统,所述灰尘输出装置是由车架、密闭的 箱体和移动轮组成,车架的上方设有密闭的箱体,车架的下方设有移动轮,移动轮上设有刹 车机构;所述密闭箱体的上方设有进料口,进料口为喇叭状结构,进料口上设有封盖。
[0012] 根据上述的利于电场检修的静电除尘系统,所述烟气初级过滤装置的上方设有喷 淋,烟气初级过滤装置的下方设有污泥排出口。

[0014] 1、本实用新型结构包括静电除尘器本体,静电除尘器本体的一侧设有烟气入口, 烟气入口上设有烟气入口管道,静电除尘器本体的另一侧设有烟气出口,烟气出口上设有 烟气出口管道,静电除尘器本体的下部设有集尘斗,所述静电除尘器本体的内部从烟气入 口到烟气出口之间设有1〜4个电场,每个电场前后侧设有人孔和检修通道;所述烟气入口 管道为负压管道,烟气入口管道上设有烟气初级过滤装置和烟气均匀分布装置,烟气入口 管道的进入端通过管道与烟气初级过滤装置的进口相连通,烟气初级过滤装置的出口通过 管道与烟气均匀分布装置的进口相连通,烟气均匀分布装置的出口通过管道与静电除尘器 本体的烟气入口相通;所述烟气初级过滤装置内设有1〜5层烟尘颗粒过滤板;所述烟气出 口管道上设有活性炭吸附板;所述集尘斗的外侧壁上设有振动器,集尘斗上设有料位监测 窗,集尘斗的下部设有集尘管道,集尘管道的输出端上设有灰尘输出装置;该结构中所述静 电除尘器本体的内部从烟气入口到烟气出口之间设有1〜4个电场,每个电场前后侧设有人 孔和检修通道,人孔和检修通道的设计以便对电场进行检修;该结构中烟气入口管道为负 压管道,便于烟气灰尘的吸入;烟气初级过滤装置用过初步过滤烟气中携带的大颗粒灰尘, 避免大颗粒灰尘堵塞进入静电除尘器本体之前的系统管道内;烟气均匀分布装置的目的是 将初步过滤后的烟气均质化,然后使得烟气均匀进入静电除尘器本体内进行分离;活性炭 吸附板的设计为了进一步保证排出烟气符合环保标准,集尘斗的外侧壁上设有振动器,振 动器的设计便于灰尘下料;集尘斗上设有料位监测窗,监测窗的设计为了检测集尘斗内的 料位,便于及时清理集尘斗。
[0015] 2、本实用新型结构中所述静电除尘器本体包括阳极系统和阴极系统,阳极系统和 阴极系统的振打方式均采用间歇式机械侧部振打,振打系统开始工作,使粉尘脱落入集尘 斗;所述烟气入口和烟气出口为倒锥体结构,倒锥体结构的设计便于烟气的进入和排出;所 述集尘斗内设有阻流板,阻流板的设计为了避免系统中烟气短路;所述集尘斗的侧壁上开 设有捅灰孔,捅灰孔上设有密封盖,捅灰孔的设计既便于下料,又便于与外界气压保持平 衡;所述灰尘输出装置是由车架、密闭的箱体和移动轮组成,车架的上方设有密闭的箱体, 车架的下方设有移动轮,移动轮上设有刹车机构,该结构实现了排出灰尘的清洁运输;所述 密闭箱体的上方设有进料口,进料口为喇叭状结构,进料口上设有封盖,喇叭状结构便于下 料;所述烟气初级过滤装置的上方设有喷淋,烟气初级过滤装置的下方设有污泥排出口,喷 淋的设计便于处理初级过滤装置内的灰尘。

[0021] 参见图1-3所示,本实用新型提供了一种利于电场检修的静电除尘系统,它包括静 电除尘器本体1,静电除尘器本体1的一侧设有烟气入口 2,烟气入口 2上设有烟气入口管道 3,静电除尘器本体的另一侧设有烟气出口 4,烟气出口 4上设有烟气出口管道5,烟气入口 2 和烟气出口 4均为倒锥体结构,静电除尘器本体1的下部设有集尘斗6,所述静电除尘器1本 体的内部从烟气入口 2到烟气出口 4之间设有1〜4个电场,每个电场前后侧设有人孔21和检 修通道22;所述烟气入口管道3为负压管道,烟气入口管道上设有烟气初级过滤装置7和烟 气均匀分布装置8,烟气入口管道3的进入端通过管道与烟气初级过滤装置7的进口相连通, 烟气初级过滤装置7的出口通过管道与烟气均匀分布装置8的进口相连通,烟气均匀分布装 置8的出口通过管道与静电除尘器本体的烟气入口3相通;所述烟气初级过滤装置7内设有 1〜5层烟尘颗粒过滤板;所述烟气出口管道5上设有活性炭吸附板9;所述集尘斗6的外侧壁 上设有振动器10,集尘斗6上设有料位监测窗11,集尘斗6内设有阻流板12,集尘斗的下部设 有集尘管道13,集尘管道的输出端上设有灰尘输出装置14,灰尘输出装置14是由车架141、 密闭的箱体142和移动轮143组成,车架的上方设有密闭的箱体,车架141的下方设有移动轮 143,移动轮143上设有刹车机构144;所述密闭箱体的上方设有进料口 15,进料口 15为喇叭 状结构,进料口 15上设有封盖16。
[0022]为了便于清理集尘斗和方便下料,所述静电除尘器本体1包括阳极系统101和阴极 系统102,阳极系统101和阴极系统102的振打方式均采用间歇式机械侧部振打;所述集尘 斗6的侧壁上开设有捅灰孔17,捅灰孔上设有密封盖18。
[0023]为了便于处理初级过滤装置内的灰尘,所述烟气初级过滤装置的上方设有喷淋 19,烟气初级过滤装置的下方设有污泥排出口 20。
