本实用新型涉及汽车车灯,具体涉及一种导光板结构,包括导光板本体,所述导光板本体内部设有空腔,所述导光板本体的内壁具有第一配光花纹、第二配光花纹和镜面,所述第一配光花纹的凸起尺寸为0.1‑0.4mm,所述第二配光花纹的凸起尺寸为0.5‑2mm。本实用新型既能够均匀的发光,达到美观的目的,又有较高的透光效率,使用低功率的LED灯作为光源也能达到制动灯或者转向灯的发光要求。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及汽车车灯,具体涉及一种导光板结构。
背景技术
随着汽车造型越来越个性化的发展,追求精致的外观美感已经是汽车制造厂家的努力方向,其中对车灯美化是重要的一个环节。在车灯美化过程中,配光花纹结构起到了很大的作用。
现有车灯用的导光板的内表面和外表面通常有光滑镜面结构和配光微花纹结构,光源发出光线后,在光滑镜面上发生全反射,在配光花纹上发生反射和折射,从外部能够观察到折射出的光线,即配光花纹发光。通常配光花纹构成一个图案,达到美观的目的。由于配光花纹反射后的光线会射向各个角度(即漫反射),并继续在光滑镜面上发生全反射,直到再次射到配光花纹上,这使得配光花纹各处能够均匀的发光。
配光花纹的结构如图5所示,配光花纹由多个小凸起构成,使得光线在配光花纹上发生漫反射和折射。为了达到发光均匀的目的,配光花纹的尺寸X约为0.2-0.4mm,但这使得配光花纹的透光效率低,一般小于30%,发出的光线弱,采用常用的LED灯作为光源时仅能作为位置灯使用。如果要达到制动灯或者转向灯的发光要求,可提高LED灯的功率,但使用大功率的LED灯会大幅提升成本。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种导光板结构,既能够均匀的发光,达到美观的目的,又有较高的透光效率,使用低功率的LED灯作为光源也能达到制动灯或者转向灯的发光要求。
为实现上述技术目的,本实用新型采用的方案如下:
一种导光板结构,包括导光板本体,所述导光板本体内部设有空腔,所述导光板本体的内壁具有第一配光花纹、第二配光花纹和镜面,所述第一配光花纹的凸起尺寸为0.1-0.4mm,所述第二配光花纹的凸起尺寸为0.5-2mm。
所述第一配光花纹、第二配光花纹和镜面充满导光板本体的内壁。
所述导光板本体上具有一个装饰面和一个指示面,所述第一配光花纹位于装饰面上,所述第二配光花纹位于指示面上。
所述导光板本体的外部安装有用于将光线照射到导光板本体内部的光源和聚光器。
所述光源为LED灯。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:由于采用了两种尺寸的配光花纹,第二配光花纹的透光效率高,采用低功率LED灯也能够达到制动灯或者转向灯的发光强度,第一配光花纹起到装饰作用;第一配光花纹使导光板本体内的光线发生漫反射,使得第一配光花纹和第二配光花纹均能够发光均匀,使得车灯更加精致、美观。

具体实施方式
为了使本领域的技术人员可以更好地理解本实用新型,下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型技术方案进一步说明。
如图1、图2、图4所示,一种导光板结构,包括导光板本体1,所述导光板本体1内部设有空腔,所述导光板本体1的内壁具有第一配光花纹2、第二配光花纹3和镜面4,所述第一配光花纹2的凸起尺寸X为0.1-0.4mm,所述第二配光花纹3的凸起尺寸Y为0.5-2mm。
所述第一配光花纹2、第二配光花纹3和镜面4充满导光板本体1的内壁。
所述导光板本体1上具有一个装饰面5和一个指示面6,所述第一配光花纹2位于装饰面5上,所述第二配光花纹3位于指示面6上。
所述导光板本体1的外部安装有用于将光线照射到导光板本体1内部的光源7和聚光器8。
所述光源7为LED灯。
如图3所示,LED灯发出的光线通过聚光器进入导光板本体1内部,部分光线在镜面4上发生全反射(光线a),部分光线在第一配光花纹2上发生反射(光线b)和折射(光线c),经第一配光花纹反射的光线最终由第二配光3花纹折射出(光线b)。由于光线在第一配光花纹2上发生了漫反射,使得光线照射到第一配光花纹2和第二配光花纹3的每个位置,从而使第一配光花纹2和第二配光花纹3均匀发光。第一配光花纹1可设计为任意图案,作为装饰作用,而第二配光花纹2的透光效率高,可作为制动灯或者转向灯使用;第二配光花纹的凸起尺寸Y为1mm时,其为透光效率提升至70%以上。

1.一种导光板结构,包括导光板本体(1),其特征在于:所述导光板本体(1)内部设有空腔,所述导光板本体(1)的内壁具有第一配光花纹(2)、第二配光花纹(3)和镜面(4),所述第一配光花纹(2)的凸起的尺寸为0.1-0.4mm,所述第二配光花纹(3)的凸起的尺寸为0.5-2mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的导光板结构,其特征在于:所述第一配光花纹(2)、第二配光花纹(3)和镜面(4)充满导光板本体(1)的内壁。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的导光板结构,其特征在于:所述导光板本体(1)上具有一个装饰面(5)和一个指示面(6),所述第一配光花纹(2)位于装饰面(5)上,所述第二配光花纹(3)位于指示面(6)上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的导光板结构,其特征在于:所述导光板本体(1)的外部安装有用于将光线照射到导光板本体(1)内部的光源(7)和聚光器(8)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的导光板结构,其特征在于:所述光源(7)为LED灯。
