本实用新型提出一种光侦测元件,用于侦测转轮的转动。光侦测元件包括电路板与光收发组件。电路板具有第一导电层及第一绝缘层,第一导电层具有第一散热区块,第一绝缘层覆盖第一导电层并暴露出第一散热区块。光收发组件配置于第一散热区块,并电性连接至电路板。光收发组件包括光发射器及光接收器,光发射器适于发出光讯号至转轮,而光接收器适于接收从转轮反射的光讯号。本实用新型另外提出一种具有此光侦测元件的投影装置。本实用新型可提升光侦测元件的散热效果。

技术领域
本实用新型有关一种电子元件,尤其是有关一种光侦测元件与具有此光侦测元件的投影装置。
背景技术
单片光阀的投影装置通常会藉由滤光轮及/或荧光粉轮来将光源提供的光束依时序分成不同颜色的色光,以使光阀依时序产生不同颜色的影像光束,进而让使用者在屏幕上看到这些不同颜色的影像光束迭加而形成的彩色影像。
为了让投影装置能够正确输出彩色影像,光阀需精确配合各色光产生的时间来产生不同颜色的影像光束,因此一般会藉由侦测元件来侦测滤光轮及荧光粉轮的转动,以精确掌握各色光产生的时间。
此外,为了避免灰尘附着于滤光轮、荧光粉轮,通常会使用罩体来包覆滤光轮、荧光粉轮。然而,此将造成滤光轮、荧光粉轮散热不易,使周围的温度较高,而侦测元件有可能受到高温的影响而无法正常运作,导致投影装置无法正确输出彩色影像。

为达到上述之一或部分或全部目的或是其他目的,本实用新型一实施例提供一种光侦测元件,适于侦测转轮的转动。光侦测元件包括电路板与光收发组件。电路板具有第一导电层及第一绝缘层,第一导电层具有第一散热区块,第一绝缘层覆盖第一导电层并暴露出第一散热区块。光收发组件配置于第一散热区块,并电性连接至电路板。光收发组件包括光发射器及光接收器,光发射器适于发出光讯号至转轮,而光接收器适于接收从转轮反射的光讯号。
为达到上述之一或部分或全部目的或是其他目的,本实用新型一实施例提供一种投影装置,包括照明系统、光阀及投影镜头。照明系统包括光源,适于提供照明光束。光阀配置于照明光束的传递路径上,以将照明光束转换成影像光束。投影镜头配置于影像光束的传递路径上,以投影影像光束。照明系统更包括转轮模块,而转轮模块包括转轮及上述的光侦测元件。转轮配置于照明光束的传递路径上,以改变照明光束的波长,且转轮具有吸光标记。转轮每转一圈的周期包括吸光时段及反光时段,光讯号在吸光时段被吸光标记吸收,光讯号在反光时段被转轮反射至光接收器。
在本实用新型实施例的光侦测元件中,光收发组件是配置于电路板的第一散热区块上,且光收发组件与第一散热区块之间没有第一绝缘层的阻隔,因此可提升光侦测元件的散热效果。本实用新型实施例的投影装置因使用上述的光侦测元件,能避免光侦测元件因温度过高而无法正常运作的问题,所以能正确输出彩色影像。

图1为本实用新型一实施例的光侦测元件的俯视示意图,而图2为图1的电路板的俯视示意图。请参照图1与图2,本实施例的光侦测元件100适于侦测转轮的转动,但不限于此用途。所述转轮例如是投影装置的滤色轮(Filter Wheel)或光波长转换轮(PhosphorWheel),但不限于投影装置所使用的转轮。光侦测元件100包括电路板110与光收发组件120。电路板110具有第一导电层111及第一绝缘层112,第一导电层111具有第一散热区块113,第一绝缘层112覆盖第一导电层111并暴露出第一散热区块113。本实施例的电路板110例如具有多层导电层,各导电层具有线路图案,而上述的第一导电层111例如是位于最上层的导电层,第一导电层111的线路图案除了包括用于散热的第一散热区块113以外,还可包括导电线路(图未示)。导电层的材质例如是铜或其他导电材质。
上述的光收发组件120配置于第一散热区块113,并电性连接至电路板110。亦即,光收发组件120与第一散热区块113之间并未有第一绝缘层112。光收发组件120例如是电性连接至电路板110的第一导电层111的上述导电线路,本实用新型不限制光收发组件120电性连接至电路板110的方式。此外,光收发组件120包括光发射器121及光接收器122,光发射器121适于发出光讯号至转轮,而光接收器122适于接收从转轮反射的光讯号。在一实施例中,光发射器121所发出的光讯号例如是红外光,而光接收器122用以接收从转轮反射的红外光,但上述的光讯号并不限于红外光。
在本实施例中,第一散热区块113与光收发组件120之间并未有第一绝缘层112阻隔热能的传递,所以能提升光侦测元件100的散热效率。此外,为了进一步提升散热效率,光收发组件120与第一散热区块113之间可以涂布一层散热材质(例如散热膏)或是配置一高效能导热片(thermal pad)。
图3是本实用新型一实施例的光侦测元件的电路板的仰视示意图。请参照图2与图3,本实施例的光侦测元件100a与上述的光侦测元件100相似,以下仅针对其结构上的差异处进行说明。在本实施例中,电路板110a的俯视图与图2相同,且电路板110a除了包括图2所示的第一导电层113与第一绝缘层112之外更包括图3所示的第二导电层114及第二绝缘层115,其中,电路板110a具有相对的两表面(未标号),第一导电层111与第一绝缘层112(绘示于图2)例如配置于电路板110a的一表面而第二导电层114及第二绝缘层115例如配置于电路板110a的另一表面,更进一步来说,第一导电层111及第二导电层114例如分别完整地覆盖于电路板110a的两相对表面上。第一导电层111配置于第一绝缘层112与第二导电层114之间,第二导电层114配置于第一导电层111与第二绝缘层115之间。具体来说,第二导电层114例如是电路板110a最下层的导电层,而第一导电层113与第二导电层114之间有绝缘层。第一导电层111与第二导电层114之间也可以设有其他导电材料。此外,第二导电层114的材质可与第一导电层111的材质相同,而第二绝缘层115的材质可与第一绝缘层112的材质相同,在此不再重述。
上述的第二导电层114具有第二散热区块116及多个接垫117,而第二绝缘层115覆盖第二导电层114并暴露出第二散热区块116及该些接垫117,图3是以三个接垫117为例,但本实用新型不以此为限。这些接垫117用以电性连接传输线118,以传输电力及传输感测讯号。此外,第二散热区块116中可能会有未使用到的导通孔(via hole,图未示)被暴露出,在一实施例中,可对导通孔进行塞孔处理,例如填充油墨、树脂等,以保护电路板110a。
在本实施例中,由于第二绝缘层115暴露出第二散热区块116,可藉由第二散热区块116与外界空气进行热交换,所以能提升光侦测元件100a的散热效率。在一实施例中,第二散热区块116的面积例如是大于第二绝缘层115的面积,以提供更佳的散热效果。此外,还可增大电路板110a的尺寸,以增加第二散热区块116在电路板110a的该表面上的面积,进而提升散热效率。另外,在一实施例中,还可以于第二散热区块116配置散热器。如图4所示,光侦测元件100b还包括散热器130,此散热器130配置于第二散热区块116(如图3所示),散热器130例如直接接触第二散热区块116,以提升散热效率。本实施例的散热器130例如是散热鳍片(Heat Sink),在散热器130与电路板110a之间还可涂布一层散热材质(例如散热膏)或是配置一高效能导热片(thermal pad)。
图5是本实用新型一实施例的投影装置的方块示意图。请参照图5,本实施例的投影装置200包括照明系统210、光阀220及投影镜头230。照明系统210包括光源211,光源211用于提供照明光束L1,光阀220配置于照明光束L1的传递路径上,以将照明光束L1转换成影像光束L2,而投影镜头230配置于影像光束L2的传递路径上,以将影像光束L2投射至屏幕,进而在屏幕上形成影像。光阀220可以是穿透式光阀或是反射式光阀,其中穿透式光阀可以为穿透式液晶面板,而反射式光阀可以为数位微镜元件(digital micro-mirror device,DMD)或硅基液晶面板(liquid crystal on silicon panel,LCOS panel),但不局限于此。投影镜头230例如包括具有屈光度的一或多个光学镜片的组合,例如包括双凹透镜、双凸透镜、凹凸透镜、凸凹透镜、平凸透镜以及平凹透镜等非平面镜片的各种组合。在一实施例中,投影镜头230也可以包括平面光学镜片。本实用新型对投影镜头230的型态及其种类并不加以限制。
此外,照明系统210更包括转轮模块212,而转轮模块212包括转轮213及上述的光侦测元件100。转轮213配置于照明光束L1的传递路径上,以改变至少部分照明光束L1的波长。通过转轮213的照明光束L1例如是依时序而区分成不同颜色的光束。本实施例的转轮213可以是滤色轮(Filter Wheel)或光波长转换轮(Light Wavelength ConversionWheel),其中光波长转换轮的波长转换材料可以是荧光、磷光、量子点等。在一实施例中,转轮模块212的数量可以是两个,例如分别为滤色轮及光波长转换轮。由于滤色轮、光波长转换轮的结构及功能为投影装置中常见的元件,且为本领域技术人员所熟知,在此不加以详述。
图6是本实用新型一实施例的投影装置的转轮模块的剖面示意图。请参照图6,上述的转轮213具有吸光标记216,本实施例的吸光标记216例如是黑色吸光材,但本实用新型不以此为限。吸光标记216可用以吸收光收发组件120的光发射器121所发出的光讯号L3(例如为红外光)。具体而言,转轮213包括马达214,马达214具有转轴215,本实施例的吸光标记216例如是配置于转轴215上,但本实用新型并不限制吸光标记216的位置,只要能与光侦测元件100互相搭配即可。此外,转轮213可更包括转盘217,转盘217套接于马达214的转轴215上,而马达214用以驱使转盘217转动。若转轮213为滤色轮,则转盘217包括多种不同颜色的滤色片(Color Filters),若转轮213为光波长转换轮,则转盘217上配置至少一种光波长转换材料。本实施例的转轮模块212例如更包括罩体218,此罩体218包覆转轮213且不影响转轮230的转动操作,以提供防尘的效果。罩体218具有开口219,此开口219暴露出转轮213,而光侦测元件100配置于开口219,且光侦测元件100的电路板110完全覆盖开口219,以避免灰尘进入罩体218,且光收发组件120面向转轮213。
在本实施例中,光发射器121例如是朝向转轴215发出光讯号L3,转轴215之未设置吸光标记216的部分可以反射光讯号L3,因此随着马达214的转动,转轮213每转一圈的周期包括吸光时段及反光时段,光讯号L3在吸光时段被吸光标记216吸收,光讯号L3在反光时段被转轮213反射至光接收器122。当光接收器122未接收到光讯号L3时,即表示吸光标记216转动到与光侦测元件120相对的位置,如此可精确掌控各色光产生的时间。详细而言,上述的投影装置200例如更包括控制单元(图未示),控制单元电性连接至图5的光源211、光阀220及转轮模块212,控制单元可根据光侦测元件100提供的感测讯号来掌控各色光产生的时间,并藉以控制光阀220根据各色光产生的时间来产生不同颜色的影像光束,进而正确输出彩色影像。
由于本实施例使用的光侦测元件100具有较佳的散热效果,能避免光侦测元件100因温度过高而无法正常运作的问题,进而使投影装置200能正确输出彩色影像。本实施例的光侦测元件100也可替换成上述其他实施例的光侦测元件,例如光侦测元件100a、100b,以进一步提升散热效果。特别是,光侦测元件100a设置于开口219时,第二散热区块116能直接与罩体218外的空气进行热交换,有助于提升散热效率。同样地,当光侦测元件100b设置于开口219时,散热器130能直接与罩体218外的空气进行热交换,有助于提升散热效率。
综上所述,在本实用新型实施例的光侦测元件中,光收发组件是配置于电路板的第一散热区块上,且光收发组件与第一散热区块之间没有第一绝缘层的阻隔,因此可提升光侦测元件的散热效果。本实用新型实施例的投影装置因使用上述的光侦测元件,能避免光侦测元件因温度过高而无法正常运作的问题,所以能正确输出彩色影像。

Claims (13)

1.一种光侦测元件,适于侦测转轮的转动,所述光侦测元件包括:电路板以及光收发组件;其特征在于,
所述电路板具有第一导电层及第一绝缘层,所述第一导电层具有第一散热区块,所述第一绝缘层覆盖所述第一导电层并暴露出所述第一散热区块;以及
所述光收发组件配置于所述第一散热区块,并电性连接至所述电路板,所述光收发组件包括光发射器及光接收器,所述光发射器适于发出光讯号至所述转轮,而所述光接收器适于接收从所述转轮反射的所述光讯号。
2.如权利要求1所述的光侦测元件,其特征在于,所述电路板还包括第二导电层及第二绝缘层,所述第一导电层配置于所述第一绝缘层与所述第二导电层之间,所述第二导电层配置于所述第一导电层与所述第二绝缘层之间,所述第二导电层具有第二散热区块及多个接垫,而所述第二绝缘层覆盖所述第二导电层并暴露出所述第二散热区块及所述多个接垫。
3.如权利要求2所述的光侦测元件,其特征在于,所述第二散热区块的面积大于所述第二绝缘层的面积。
4.如权利要求2所述的光侦测元件,其特征在于,所述光侦测元件还包括散热器,所述散热器配置于所述第二散热区块。
5.如权利要求1所述的光侦测元件,其特征在于,所述光收发组件及所述第一散热区块之间配置导热片。
6.一种投影装置,其特征在于,包括照明系统、光阀及投影镜头,所述照明系统包括光源,所述光源适于提供照明光束,所述光阀配置于所述照明光束的传递路径上,以将所述照明光束转换成影像光束,而所述投影镜头配置于所述影像光束的传递路径上,以投影所述影像光束,
其中所述照明系统还包括转轮模块,所述转轮模块包括转轮及光侦测元件,所述转轮配置于所述照明光束的传递路径上,以改变所述照明光束的波长,且所述转轮具有吸光标记,所述光侦测元件包括:电路板以及光收发组件;其中,
所述电路板具有第一导电层及第一绝缘层,所述第一导电层具有第一散热区块,所述第一绝缘层覆盖所述第一导电层并暴露出所述第一散热区块;以及
所述光收发组件配置于所述第一散热区块,并电性连接至所述电路板,所述光收发组件包括光发射器及光接收器,所述光发射器适于发出光讯号至所述转轮,所述转轮每转一圈的周期包括吸光时段及反光时段,所述光讯号在所述吸光时段被所述吸光标记吸收,所述光讯号在所述反光时段被所述转轮反射至所述光接收器。
7.如权利要求6所述的投影装置,其特征在于,所述转轮包括马达,所述马达具有转轴,而所述吸光标记配置于所述转轴上。
8.如权利要求6所述的投影装置,其特征在于,所述转轮模块还包括罩体,包覆所述转轮,所述罩体具有开口,暴露出所述转轮,而所述光侦测元件配置于所述开口,且所述光收发组件面向所述转轮。
9.如权利要求6所述的投影装置,其特征在于,所述转轮包括滤色轮或光波长转换轮。
10.如权利要求6所述的投影装置,其特征在于,所述电路板还包括第二导电层及第二绝缘层,所述第一导电层配置于所述第一绝缘层与所述第二导电层之间,所述第二导电层配置于所述第一导电层与所述第二绝缘层之间,所述第二导电层具有第二散热区块及多个接垫,而所述第二绝缘层覆盖所述第二导电层并暴露出所述第二散热区块及所述多个接垫。
11.如权利要求10所述的投影装置,其特征在于,所述第二散热区块的面积大于所述第二绝缘层的面积。
12.如权利要求10所述的投影装置,其特征在于,所述光侦测元件还包括散热器,所述散热器配置于所述第二散热区块上。
13.如权利要求10所述的投影装置,其特征在于,所述光收发组件及所述第一散热区块之间配置导热片。
