背景技术
真空热水机组因具有负压运行,没有爆炸危险;机组内部处于真空状态,没有氧气腐蚀;热媒水封闭循环,不会产生水垢等优点而应用越来越广泛。现有真空热水机组结构较简单,未采用波纹炉胆、螺纹烟管等高效传热元件;炉胆一端悬空,造成炉胆与前管板连接处焊缝应力较大。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术存在的缺陷,本实用新型提供了一种中心回燃式全湿背真空热水机组,采用波纹炉胆、螺纹烟管等高效传热元件,波纹炉胆后端通过直拉杆与后管板连接,减小波纹炉胆与前管板连接处焊缝应力,采用波纹炉胆和螺纹烟管,大大减小膨胀热应力,提高设备使用寿命和运行可靠性。

本实用新型的有益效果主要表现在:
1.采用中心回燃式全湿背结构,前湿背式夹套与前管板连接,前湿背式夹套内介质通过前管板上的开孔与加热夹套内介质相通,构成前部的湿背式结构;波纹炉胆后封板通过直拉杆与后管板连接,波纹炉胆后封板与后管板之间的间隙构成后部的湿背式结构;
2.采用波纹炉胆、螺纹烟管等高效传热元件,提高换热效率,使结构更紧凑;
3.采用大直径波纹炉胆,中心回燃式结构,既增加辐射受热面积,降低炉膛温度,减少热力氮的产生,又增加烟气与氧气混合程度,且采用进口燃烧器,低过量空气系数燃烧,可大大降低氮氧化物的产生和排放;
4.采用波纹炉胆和螺纹烟管,可有效降低膨胀热应力。
5.采用直拉杆将炉胆封板与后管板连接,避免炉胆后端悬空,减小炉胆与前管板连接处应力。

在图1所示,燃烧器11产生的烟气在波纹炉胆3中燃烧和放热,高温烟气折返到前湿背式夹套1后,转弯180°进入螺纹烟管7,经过换热降温后,从后端出来,经过后烟箱10,从出烟口排出。
加热夹套中的介质(经过处理后干净的水)通过波纹炉胆3和螺纹烟管7的传热,在真空状态下被加热到饱和温度并汽化,饱和蒸汽加热换热管组件9中的换热管,放出汽化潜热后冷凝成水回落到加热夹套中,周而复始地循环。换热管组件9中的换热管将热量传递给管内介质水,向外供应热水。
前湿背式夹套1内介质与加热夹套内介质通过前管板2上的多个均布开孔相通,形成自然循环。
筒体外壳8顶部开有数个直径较大的开孔,加热夹套内介质与换热管组件9管外介质相通。
通过装设于换热管组件9上出水口处的温度传感器温度信号控制燃烧器11的火力大小。
Claims (3)
1.一种中心回燃式全湿背真空热水机组,其特征在于:包括换热管组件、前湿背式夹套、前管板、炉膛、后管板、螺纹烟管、后烟箱和燃烧器,所述换热管组件设置在所述炉膛的上方,所述前管板设置在所述炉膛的前端与前湿背式夹套之间,所述后管板设置在所述炉膛的后端与后烟箱之间,所述燃烧器设置在所述炉膛的前端处且安装在所述前管板上;
所述换热管组件包括热交换室和换热管,所述换热管横向布置在所述热交换室内,所述热交换室的前端设有进水口,所述热交换室的后端设有出水口,所述换热管的前端与所述进水口连通,所述换热管的后端与所述出水口连通;
所述炉膛包括筒体外壳和波纹炉胆,所述波纹炉胆位于所述筒体外壳内且与所述筒体外壳同轴设置,所述波纹炉胆的前端开口朝向燃烧器布置,所述波纹炉胆的后端设有炉胆封板,所述炉胆封板通过直拉杆固定在后管板上;所述波纹炉胆与所述筒体外壳之间形成加热夹套,所述螺纹烟管横向设置在所述加热夹套内且周向布置在波纹炉胆一周;所述螺纹烟管的前端通过前管板与波纹炉胆的前端连通,所述螺纹烟管的后端通过后管板与所述后烟箱连通,所述后烟箱上设有出烟口;
所述加热夹套的前端与波纹炉胆的前端不连通,所述加热夹套的后端与所述后烟箱不连通;
所述加热夹套内设有可汽化的介质水,所述加热夹套的前端通过前管板与所述前湿背式夹套连通,所述前湿背式夹套盛装有用于循环使用的介质水;所述加热夹套与所述热交换室连通。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种中心回燃式全湿背真空热水机组,其特征在于:所述加热夹套通过筒体外壳顶部上多个均布开孔与所述热交换室连通。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种中心回燃式全湿背真空热水机组,其特征在于:所述出水口处设有用于检测水温的温度传感器,所述温度传感器通过控制器与所述燃烧器连接。
