Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种节能环保锅炉,其特征在于,包括炉体,所述炉体外设置有保温层,所述炉体内设置有依次贯通连接的波形炉胆、燃烬室、前烟箱、第二回程螺纹烟管、第三回程螺纹烟管和后烟箱,所述后烟箱还与冷凝器连接;所述第二回程螺纹烟管和第三回程螺纹烟管的螺纹凸起端表面上设置有换热翅片;所述燃烬室内设置有导流板,所述导流板底部与燃烬室底部固定连接,所述导流板与燃烬室底部之间位于波形炉胆一侧的夹角为钝角;所述波形炉胆表面设置有多个直管段,所述直管段外表面与检测管连接,所述检测管一端穿过炉体至外部设置,所述检测管内设置有气体检测传感器。本实用新型具有较好的热量利用率,热效率大大提高,降低了生产成本。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及锅炉领域,具体涉及一种节能环保锅炉。
背景技术
锅炉一般用于能量转换,将燃烧或者电加热产生的热量转换到炉内的水中,得到热水,或者待水蒸发得到蒸汽使用。
因此锅炉的热转换效率是极为重要的,现有很多锅炉的转换效率不高,极大浪费资源;
并且在内燃式锅炉中,由于需要通过燃烧器喷火加热,火舌直接冲击在燃烬室内,导致燃烬室内壁受热不均匀,也导致部分热量冲击到观火通道内,存在较大的热损失。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种节能环保锅炉,具有较好的热量利用率,热效率大大提高,降低了生产成本。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种节能环保锅炉,包括炉体,所述炉体外设置有保温层,所述炉体内设置有依次贯通连接的波形炉胆、燃烬室、前烟箱、第二回程螺纹烟管、第三回程螺纹烟管和后烟箱,所述后烟箱还与冷凝器连接;
所述第二回程螺纹烟管和第三回程螺纹烟管的螺纹凸起端表面上设置有换热翅片;
所述燃烬室内设置有导流板,所述导流板底部与燃烬室底部固定连接,所述导流板与燃烬室底部之间位于波形炉胆一侧的夹角为钝角;
所述波形炉胆表面设置有多个直管段,所述直管段外表面与检测管连接,所述检测管一端穿过炉体至外部设置,所述检测管内设置有气体检测传感器;
所述导流板与燃烬室底部之间为锐角的夹角所对应的燃烬室与炉体外部之间设置有泄压通道,所述泄压通道与泄压组件连接。
进一步的,所述冷凝器底部设置有振动器,所述冷凝器的接口处设置有弹性接头。
进一步的,所述冷凝器还与湿式旋流除尘器连接。
进一步的,所述波形炉胆和燃烬室之间还设置有锥形炉胆。
进一步的,所述前烟箱和后烟箱均设置在炉体内。
进一步的,所述泄压组件包括隔热门以及至少三个导向柱,所述导向柱固定设置在炉体外壁上,所述隔热门周边设置有导向支板,所述导向支板套设在三个导向柱上,所述导向柱端部还设置有限位部,所述限位部与导向支板的导向柱上套设有弹簧。
本实用新型的有益效果:
用过燃烧器能够对波形炉胆内进行燃烧通过波纹结构以及多段回程,有效提高换热效果,节约能源;
其中在燃烬室底部设置有导流板,燃烧器的火焰和热量冲击在导流板上,并被导流板阻挡朝向烟气流动方向,具有有效的导流作用,辐射在泄压通道内的热量大大减少,并且导流后能够降低热量的聚集,有效快速的流动,提高换热效果;
在检测管中设置有气体检测传感器,气体检测传感器用于测试燃烧器在波形炉胆内点燃后波形炉胆内的温度分布、燃烧产物的含量、高温烟气速度信息。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明,以使本领域的技术人员可以更好地理解本实用新型并能予以实施,但所举实施例不作为对本实用新型的限定。
参照图1至图3所示,本实用新型的节能环保锅炉的一实施例,包括炉体1,炉体外设置有保温层2,炉体内设置有依次贯通连接的波形炉胆3、燃烬室4、前烟箱5、第二回程螺纹烟管6、第三回程螺纹烟管7和后烟箱8,后烟箱还与冷凝器9连接;通过燃烧器朝向波形炉胆内进行喷火燃烧,热量和烟气则顺序经过并最后在冷凝器中降温排出,具体流动方向和原理与现有方式一致,不做详述;
在第二回程螺纹烟管和第三回程螺纹烟管的螺纹凸起端表面上设置有换热翅片10,有效提高热交换效果,设置在螺纹凸起端上便于制备;
在燃烬室内设置有导流板11,导流板底部与燃烬室底部固定连接,导流板与燃烬室底部之间位于波形炉胆一侧的夹角为钝角,导流板能够将燃烧器的火焰和热量朝向燃尽室上方,具有良好的导流作用,使得热量和烟气快速流动;并且对于燃烬室的内壁来说,也能够提高使用寿命,热量不会在角落堆积(此处角落一般需要设置观察口,因此均为保温结构,不具备换热作用),有效提高换热效果。
由于导流板安装后就无法观察火焰燃烧情况,因此在波形炉胆表面设置有多个直管段12,直管段外表面与检测管13连接,检测管一端穿过炉体至外部设置,检测管内设置有气体检测传感器,气体检测传感器用于测试燃烧器在波形炉胆内点燃后波形炉胆内的温度分布、燃烧产物的含量、高温烟气速度信息,从而可以直接判断;
导流板与燃烬室底部之间为锐角的夹角所对应的燃烬室与炉体外部之间设置有泄压通道14,泄压通道与泄压组件15连接,包装燃烧室的使用安全性,也能够调节燃烧室的燃烧压力。
可以在上述冷凝器底部设置振动器,通过振动可以降低烟气中杂质粘附在冷凝器上,包装冷凝效果,冷凝器的接口处设置有弹性接头。
在上述冷凝器后还与湿式旋流除尘器连接,将烟气中的颗粒物质截留,达到排放标准。波形炉胆和燃烬室之间还设置有锥形炉胆16,提高烟气及热量的流动速度。前烟箱均设置在炉体内,前烟箱内的烟气温度还是极高的,前烟箱置于炉体内也可以进行热交换,提高换热效果。
参照图4所示,泄压组件包括隔热门17以及至少三个导向柱18,导向柱固定设置在炉体外壁上,隔热门周边设置有导向支板19,导向支板套设在三个导向柱上,导向柱端部还设置有限位部20,限位部与导向支板的导向柱上套设有弹簧21,当压力过高时,压力值大于弹簧抵紧力,隔热门沿导向柱移动,弹簧被压缩,隔热门打开实现泄压,当压力恢复时,压力值小于弹簧抵紧力,隔热门被弹簧压紧复位,达到自动效果。

1.一种节能环保锅炉,其特征在于,包括炉体,所述炉体外设置有保温层,所述炉体内设置有依次贯通连接的波形炉胆、燃烬室、前烟箱、第二回程螺纹烟管、第三回程螺纹烟管和后烟箱,所述后烟箱还与冷凝器连接;
所述第二回程螺纹烟管和第三回程螺纹烟管的螺纹凸起端表面上设置有换热翅片;
所述燃烬室内设置有导流板,所述导流板底部与燃烬室底部固定连接,所述导流板与燃烬室底部之间位于波形炉胆一侧的夹角为钝角;
所述波形炉胆表面设置有多个直管段,所述直管段外表面与检测管连接,所述检测管一端穿过炉体至外部设置,所述检测管内设置有气体检测传感器;
所述导流板与燃烬室底部之间为锐角的夹角所对应的燃烬室与炉体外部之间设置有泄压通道,所述泄压通道与泄压组件连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的节能环保锅炉,其特征在于,所述冷凝器底部设置有振动器,所述冷凝器的接口处设置有弹性接头。
3.如权利要求1所述的节能环保锅炉,其特征在于,所述冷凝器还与湿式旋流除尘器连接。
4.如权利要求1所述的节能环保锅炉,其特征在于,所述波形炉胆和燃烬室之间还设置有锥形炉胆。
5.如权利要求1所述的节能环保锅炉,其特征在于,所述前烟箱设置在炉体内。
6.如权利要求1所述的节能环保锅炉,其特征在于,所述泄压组件包括隔热门以及至少三个导向柱,所述导向柱固定设置在炉体外壁上,所述隔热门周边设置有导向支板,所述导向支板套设在三个导向柱上,所述导向柱端部还设置有限位部,所述限位部与导向支板的导向柱上套设有弹簧。
